What a terrible experience. Just purchased a house and had some questionable thermostat connections. The dog$hit tech's recommendation was to replace the whole system than figure it out. Going elsewhere.

Great service! Francisco was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He came out to do a consultation within a couple hours of calling and he was able to fix our issue quickly. Francisco explained what he was doing during the process which was nice to be able to understand needed to be done.

Just had an amazing & unexpected experience ~ You couldn’t dream of better service! I submitted the request through American Home Shield (my warranty) Friday about 11am & received confirmation call from 5 Star within 25 minutes saying they could have someone out Sat. between 9-1. Their technician, Garry, called at 8:45 Sat to say he was on the way! He was knowledgeable & extremely thorough, but also quick & efficient. Super professional & friendly guy ~ he identified the problems in a few minutes, explained them, and fixed them quickly.

Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.

Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is the best plumbing and water heater company in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We woke up one morning recently to a major leak from our hot water heater and had to make the call to Sound Plumbing. The staff was friendly, courteous and concerned. Although they couldn't get out to us right away (extremely busy-a good sign), Sean walked me through the disconnect of the hot water heater over the phone during his off hours, so that we could do the repair work to the damaged drywall prior to the heater replacement.

Once we had the drywall repaired, Noel arrived on time, grabbed the broken heater and headed back out to get the replacement. He returned about an hour later (having had to go to 2 different warehouses) to install. He had everything he needed and knocked it out quickly. Noel was professional and competent. He even spent time to review future options such as a tank-less water heater at my request. The entire staff was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Sound Plumbing & Heating, Inc. You will not be disappointed. Consequently, this was not the first time I have used them, repeat customer for life!

Of course our AC went out in the middle of the summer! That’s the way it always goes. After a ridiculous bid from a different company, I called around to a few places and am so glad I found Daryl and his crew. He gave me an honest price right up front and had a crew out the next day. The technicians were so professional and polite. And very clean. They had to come inside and laid cloths down to not track dirt. They also replaced the trim they had to remove and even swept after themselves. I have already recommended them to a friend who found herself in a similar scenario and will use them without hesitation when our next unit needs replaced!

I have no complaints about the work they performed and 702 PlumbER gave me a good price for the repair. I had 2 other companies give me estimates and theirs was definitely fair. The vehicle they arrived in was new, clean and professional looking. Both gentlemen were polite and patient with all my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future if need be. Thank you !

Made an appointment for a simple service call days in advance. I take 1/2 day off work in anticipation of appointment. Day of called to confirm appt... 'yes our guy will be there'. Appointment time comes & goes... no-call / no-show by these folks. I then call in asking what's up & get janked around by call staff. Eventually some tech calls me asking me questions like I had just cold-called in real-time & says if they do come there'll be additional charges because it's now 'after hours'....wait wat? Long story short, they never came when they were supposed to & nobody followed up the next business day. YMMV but for my $ I'll take my plumbing biz to a company that actually wants my business.

They were prompt in responding and very efficient. Kerwin Lacson was friendly and took time to clearly explain what the problem was and how he proposed to fix it. It was a little more complicated than I hoped for but after his explanation I understood. I like people who talk to you and not down to you and so he was appreciated. Thank you

DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .

All employees were professional and very polite. They were very good at explaining what they had installed and the process of getting permits and when they would be back to complete all the new installs including our new tankless system we had them installed.

Very professional and experience. Took the time to explain and do the job right, did not rush.
