I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

Excellent quality, fair pricing, exceptionally professional are words that come to mind when we utilized the services of Mastermind Mechanical. After scheduling we received an email confirmation of the appointment and the name of the person who would be arriving: it had a picture of the person as well. They arrived on time and gave notice when they were on their way. It was a wonderful relief to have a service company arrive on time.

Upon arrival he diagnosed the issue and provided options and explained the recommended course of action in order to save us money. He took the time to show us everything, answer our questions and was patient throughout the process. His knowledge was top notch. A price was established which was very fair.

Once the course of action was complete (which was done over the course of a few days - on time every time) the technician would not consider the job complete until he saw the results he felt were necessary. Anyone else would have done what was agreed upon and left the job sight without further concern. But, Mastermind Mechanical went above and beyond to ensure the a/c was producing cool air as efficiently as possible. And, he did not increase the price despite having to purchase additional items that were not part of the original quote. It is so refreshing to have a company that honors their quote and still goes above and beyond.

Water main broke. Johnathan came out from Anytime. He was dressed in uniform, spoke well, inquired as to the problem, discovered the problem, made a plan to fix the problem, then fixed the problem. So, if you are in need of someone who understands plumbing from the street through the last valve in the back of your home, you need to call these people and cut through the normal BS found in the Las Vegas Valley.

Technician Jared was professional, friendly and fully explained work needed and completed. Impressed with quick appointment and prompt arrival. Jared made recommendations for future work by written estimate without any pressure. Highly recommend this company,

Nick was very polite and knowledgeable but the fact a repair call had to be made just over a WEEK after a new unit was installed completely eliminated any trust I had in the reliability of the A/C unit that was purchased.

These people lie through their teeth!!! The worst company I've ever had to deal with. DONT USE THEM EVER THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY

I am glad that it was Mike V that came today after rescheduling three times because of schedule time mismanagement. Mike was on time within the time frame quoted. I have peace of mind because I know Mike takes care of everything, very thorough and explains the work done in layman’s term. I ask him if I could request for him for every service and he said, yes! He also installed my new water heater last year and did excellent job. He deserve the 5 stars and more.

My technicians name was Robert. Great guy and knowledgeable. He was more than able to answer all my questions. He went through a few basic procedures before concluding that I needed a charge on my unit. He also gave me some tips on how to make my unit more efficient with things I could do on my own that falls under periodic maintenance. I'm glad I called Alaskan Heating & Air Conditioning. If any problems arise in the future or if I need a new unit I'm calling this company again and request Robert. Top notch guy! Thanks so much Robert. You da man!

We just got a new water softening system by Puronics. The service from Adan was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the system and very thorough. He removed the previous connection that looked sloppy and replaced it with a much better look. Quality work.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
