My outdoor spigot pipe cracked and was leaking a lot of water. They were at my house within the hour on a Saturday and did an excellent job on the repair. Would definitely recommend using them to others.

I had a broken water heater. They came out so quickly and had professional install lightning fast. The owner Mike was very caring too. Will use again.

Robert came out on his DAY OFF and fixed our bath faucet because we had to shut the water off to the whole house to keep it from running. He was quick and efficient and so very nice. He even pointed out some potential issues in a couple of areas of the house that could cause problems later on if not addressed. I highly recommend using them and Robert especially.

I must share my extremely disappointing experience with Star 5 Plumbing, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. After my old water heater broke down, I decided to hire them to install a new one on my property. Unfortunately, the decision to trust them turned out to be a costly mistake.

First and foremost, the new water heater they installed has been nothing but trouble. It keeps shutting off, leaving my household without hot water, and causing immense inconvenience. Naturally, I expected them to rectify the situation promptly, but that was far from the case.

When I contacted Star 5 Plumbing to report the issue, they sent out their technicians, only to charge me for multiple visits to diagnose the problem. Instead of taking responsibility for their shoddy workmanship, they tried to pin the blame on external factors, such as fumes from paint or coolant in the garage. Despite our efforts to thoroughly clean out the garage and remove any potential obstructions, the water heater continued to malfunction.

Throughout the process, their excuses and lack of accountability were infuriating. It felt like they were merely trying to delay finding a solution while racking up additional charges on my end. The sheer lack of professionalism and customer care is astounding.

To make matters worse, they have now informed me that I need to replace the faulty water heater with a new one, which I must pay for yet again. It's unconscionable that I should bear the financial burden for their incompetence and inability to install a functioning water heater in the first place.

I am appalled by their disregard for customer satisfaction and their apparent desire to squeeze every last penny out of their clients, even if it means performing subpar work and leaving them high and dry.

As a customer, I expected Star 5 Plumbing to stand by their work and make things right when faced with an issue. Instead, they have proven themselves to be a deceitful and untrustworthy business. Their conduct raises serious questions about their ethics and intentions.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear of Star 5 Plumbing. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial burden of dealing with a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

In conclusion, my experience with Star 5 Plumbing has been an absolute disaster. From the problematic water heater installation to the subsequent lack of accountability and transparent attempts to charge me for their mistakes, they have demonstrated an appalling level of service. Had a great experience. Called on a Saturday Causey husband and I decided we didn't want to install our new faucet. They came out on Sunday and installed it no problem!

We were referred to this company by our property manager to install a Hot Water Heater. The comes to install I and turns the water off to do so. He forgets to turn all the valves ba k on so all the songs in my shop are back working. I call them to let them know and the owner acts as I they never did any work for us at all until we sent him his own invoice he left us. I wouldn't refer anyone to do business with this company. They are very unprofessional and the owner likes to hang up in paying clients faces. I wish they had a 0 star rating. I would use it.

Start 5 did a GREAT job.. I just rented a townhouse and had NO hot water. A gentleman by the name of Alex came out and fixed the issue, he was VERY professional, I would recommend Alex and Star 5 Plumbing anytime... Thanks Again Alex

We began using Star 5 Plumbing late 2019. Ever since then they have just blown us away with their quality work, customer service, and fair pricing. So far I have not had a single issue or complaint where I had to ask them to go back but I know without a doubt they would take care of it if they needed. I just can't say enough good things about them. You definitely won't be disappointed. You will be disappointed if you see what the other plumber's in town are trying to charge for the same work!

As a Property Manager I love that they always take before and after photos, they always email me back and let me know if they were able to schedule and when it's scheduled or if the tenant didn't answer and they left a VM. After the jobs done they always send me photos too. I wish every Vendor operated the way they do!

Not only did they take sooo long to come and fix my shower but now my shower is worse than it was before! They originally came out because the shower was leaking but the moment I used my shower again, now it’s making a weird noise when it’s on and it takes forever to get hot (never did before) and my shower used to have amazing pressure until they messed with it. Now there is barely any pressure. 10/10 do not recommend this business.

I would call again for them to fix it but I just don’t want them touching my stuff anymore. They’ve done enough damage.

Used these guys in a pinch. I was grateful because pluming obviously has to work. Some Russian dude with a stick showed up and got the drain between the house and the street running again. I was quoted $65 on the phone, that's what I paid before he started. Then when he was done he surprised me with a bill for $240 that said repair and cleanup even though he didn't actually clean anything up. Maybe it's my fault for letting him see the cash in my wallet, who knows?

Mitko is awesome and very professional. He was able to repair the garbage disposal quickly.

I was having a horrible time after we were diagnosed with slab leak. I called and met with many plumbers. Then I called Star 5. Mike the owner answers the phone. Mike answered my questions and sent Stan out within a few hours. Stan is a great guy and the performed the most extensive inspection of anyone I met with. I got my estimate and was really impressed. I got to say that Star5 was the most helpful, most prompt, and put me at ease. My nightmare was over. And the price was great. These people really care about the customer. Eagle Lake

We just had Mike and his crew at Star 5 plumbing complete a re-pipe for us on an older home. Last July we had a re-pipe done on our home by another plumbing company and the difference in the work is mind blowing. Mike gave us a final quote and there were no surprises or overages. The work was done in 2 days and was done beautifully. His crew cut the drywall correctly and numbered all the pieces of drywall taken out and the places they came from so when it came time for our drywall and paint guy, it was easy for them and came out great.
Their cleanup was fantastic! Everything was cleaned up and even sprayed with water so it looked even better than when they started.
On our home last July the drywall was cut like a 2 year old did it and the pieces were thrown away costing an extra $900 in drywall repair costs.
They did not cleanup at all and left huge piles of debris for us to get rid of.
And, the best part of all with Star 5 is the price. Reasonable and fair and not gouging us. We got quotes from 3 other companies as well and they were all way too high for the work. One company asked us to consider what type of materials were being used in the lower quote by Star 5. Since we had already re-piped our other home, we had already done our homework and Mike's quote included the name of the pipe to be used which we knew was good. Best of all, we passed inspection by the city and the inspector said that companies that specialize in re-pipe (like Star 5) usually do a great job and work on volume.
We're so happy with the job Star 5 did, we've hired them to do additional plumbing work for us now and we will definitely hire them again in the future and we've already begun telling neighbors in our large community that Star 5 is the best. Thank you Mike and Crew!

Enrique is fantastic! A pure magician. He creatively resolved a temperamental faucet I could never have repaired myself.

My owner called Monday February 27th for someone to come out to check on the water heater they were over 3 to 4 hours late from the appointment time they said they would come.They finally came after business hours. they said the next day they would come to replace the water heater they did not do so. they called me after hours once again to tell me that they will be there the following day between 11 AM and 3 PM to replace the water heater, it is now 3:30 PM still no one is here and now when I call they're saying can they come the following day to replace the water heater. I have a child we have not been able to use water for 3 days now tomorrow will be 4. I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone to do business with. Evidently their technicians are overbooked and they need to hire more people. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Our water heater went out on Christmas Eve, we thought we’d be without hot water until after Christmas but they came out and replaced within 4 hours of us calling them. Would definitely recommend them, very prompt and professional.

Star 5 was exactly what I was looking for but seldom find...an honest contractor who does great work at a great price. I highly recommend them.

Alex came out to remove old water heater and install new water heater same day in less than 4 hours. They didn't have the water heater I ordered in stock so they gave me a better one for free. Couldn't ask for better service, great price and on time.

Absolutely wonderful service by this company (Daphne who called me to confirm the appointment was just so lovely and friendly!) and by the plumber they sent out, Alex, who did a great job on the tub/shower diverter replacement we needed in one of our bathrooms and the replacement of an old hose spigot on our patio! Alex not only called when he was on his way, he arrived early and replaced and repaired everything very quickly, efficiently and professionally! He was very friendly too and definitely took pride in his work. Highly recommend! Very pleased with this company's professionalism and service!
