Our tech Andrew Douglas came out today and let me just tell you that we had the best experience with him! Not only did he take his time to go over our plumbing issues, he also made sure we understood everything that was going on with our pipes. He helped us with our next steps to repair and just overall the company and himself have been a pleasure to work with! I recommend them for any needs you should have!

A week later no call from them after my warranty company gave them a contract to fix my stuff. Had to call them to get it scheduled and they still were going to make me wait 3 more days. Seems like they are unorganized and don’t know what customer service is.

EHS took over the customers of the company that had installed my a/c some years ago. They didn't have to, but they honored the 10 year warrantee I had with the old company when mine needed a new capacitor. Really nice tech. Good job!

TL was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the problem with our heating very well and recommended duct cleaning. Very satisfied with his service and he's highly recommendable.
