I wanted air conditioning service for maintenance for the whole house. I called Techcool and the maintenance was handled pretty fast. Everything was in order, punctual and for a fair amount of money.

Didn't troubleshoot a shorted heater relay in a temperature chamber while the temperature was rising. The technician was overwhelmed and said he didn't want to work on it. His diagnosis was the refrigeration system was blocked.

I emailed owner and he calls me. Instead of working things out, he gets rude, wouldn't let me talk. Told me the system had more problems than a relay. Good luck with your business treating a customers like that.

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Very knowledgeable, explained the system and what to expect in the first couple of days and were extremely courteous. From the first call, Karl was kind and professional, I was reaching out due to a terrible experience with another company for the same job. Jesse was incredible, he assessed what we needed and was able to complete the job w/in 3 days. It was nice to deal with people that know what they are doing and look for ways to complete the job at a reasonable cost. Of course our AC went out in the middle of the summer! That’s the way it always goes. After a ridiculous bid from a different company, I called around to a few places and am so glad I found Daryl and his crew. He gave me an honest price right up front and had a crew out the next day. The technicians were so professional and polite. And very clean. They had to come inside and laid cloths down to not track dirt. They also replaced the trim they had to remove and even swept after themselves. I have already recommended them to a friend who found herself in a similar scenario and will use them without hesitation when our next unit needs replaced!

Alex showed up when he said he was ,Fix was a quick fix,fortunately for me on that.He had to charge me YES going rate , its seems like a lot for the fix, but looking at the whole picture was well worth it, he could of charged me for a new motor , bearings for a case and etc.but YES doesnt play that game where other healer fly-by-night companies do., but YES proved their honesty and loyalty to their customers, well worth the visit,Thank you YES, thank you ALEX,

I called Pure for an estimate to just replace a kitchen sink and faucet. They sent someone out that day. We were quoted $2000 for labor alone! This is a ridiculous amount. Furthermore, the plumber they sent only seemed interested in upselling more services. I need to see your toilets. I never mentioned a toilet problem.Another plumbing company quoted us around $500, a 1/4 of the amount. We ended up doing the job ourselves which took us (complete amateurs) 5 hours. That is a labor cost of $400/hour and it probably would have taken the pro half the time.Definitely get quotes from other plumbers before committing to Pure.
