Called for a outdoor gas line that I couldn't do without tearing up the concrete I just put down. (My fault)Thankfully Juan noticed my sprinkler line going to my house was leaking. Didn't get the service I was hoping for, but I definitely got the service I needed. Thankfully he caught it now instead of later when it would cost a lot more money. Highly recommend. Pure Plumbing came out to install a water softener which we had purchased elsewhere. The price was fair and they completed the installation quickly. Management answered our questions and resolved any concerns that we had.

My water heater was leaking in the morning and I gave them a call. They scheduled me same day. David Cufe handled the removal of the old water heater and installed the new one with all new pipes. He was very professional and meticulous in everything that he did. I will use them again when needed.

My A/C made a pulling sound as I got dressed for work, by the time I returned, the unit was barely providing lukewarm air. I left a voice mail late evening and received an immediate response early the following morning. The answering service did offer an option for immediate service, if the need was urgent. We agreed on a window between 11 and 2 for a technician to come out and assess the situation. I received a phone call, email and text alerting me when the technician was on the way. The technician arrived within the agreed upon window. He was dressed professionally and was extremely knowledgeable; easily addressing all concerns. He was patient and took the time to ensure that u understood exactly how rge process worked. He was very thorough, took the appropriate photos and was very upfront about what needed to be done to repair the unit. There was a bevy of options to cover repair cost, including financing for those who chose to pay over time. A room A/C unit was provided to me, to use until my unit was replaced the next day. The entire unit, including the heater had to be replaced. The next day the crew arrived around 8:25, once again I was duly alerted. The crew was professional and covered the floor and work area with plastic. Repair fine was approximately 8 hours. The crew maintained a clean work area and did a superb job of cleaning up. Any A/C replacement is costly, but I am satisfied that I did get my money’s worth. The entire process was was well executed, and the crew was very respectful of my home. Pure Air gets an A, and I highly recommend the business.

Gals answering the phones are great always keeping in contact and letting me know tech was on the way by phone call and text message. Tech arrived and was very professional and was full of helpful knowledge. Even had the shoe coverings to not track in crud. Highly recommend and will definitely be my go to plumber.

Had a leak and had them come out to quote me 24k to replace all the plumbing coming into the house. Had another plumbing company come and take a second look and it was a simple fix they’re guy missed. All and all the second company charged me 238 to fix it. Used them prior to replace the copper pipe in our house and think that most likely they ripped me off but will definitely not recommend this company. I’ll give them this, they didn’t charge me the $99 dispatch fee for sending someone out.

There was no wait time at all. I called on a Sunday they were out on Monday to do the work. After inspections and so forth everything was completely done by wednesday. I had, what I thought, was a small emergency and reached out to Pure Plumbing. They answered right away, and had a technician at my house within twenty minutes, which was pretty awesome! After showing the technician the issue, I was given an estimate of almost $600. All that was needed was a new valve underneath the sink ($34 @ home depot). After hearing the estimate, I thanked the tech and told him I would not be needing their help. They were extremely responsive, and the tech even showed me how easily I could do it myself. I would give less stars since the estimate was pretty ridiculous, but they did get to my house right away, and the tech was helpful even after I said I wouldn't want to pay that much. Because of the quick response and great attitude of the tech, I will still give 5 stars.

Pure Plumbing is an outstanding company, I will continue to do business with this company. My property never had a purge valve installed on the heating system , after some research I decided to select this company based on reviews. I was a little bit nervous but boy was I impress with their professionalism and knowledge. Steve came out and accessed the work that needed to be done and quoted me right there on the spot . The pricing was reasonable and he kept me informed on everything until the work was completed. Not only is the company professional but they are really keen on customer satisfaction. I had a leak from the upstairs bathroom which flooded into my kitchen. I was worried it was going to cost thousands to fix. Daniel came in and evaluated the problem. Turns out just my tub spout needed to be replaced. He replaced it and even went to Home Depot to get a color that matched. After we did a free home evaluation that was extremely informative. I would do business here again!

They were called in to fix a hot water issue with a shower and check a slow flushing toilet for a possible clog.They did the shower just fine, but with the toilet they cited issues with tree roots penetrating the pipes, an issue with the pipes sagging to cause water to pool without draining. They asked for a $1000 deposit and $4600 to address the issue and we asked them to just do the shower for now.Another company came in and found no tree roots in the pipes, no sagging pipes, no standing water, and no blockage or pipe damage between the street and the house -- $450 charge.So these folks tried to get more than 10 times the amount for an issue that didn't exist so I'm currently waiting for a refund on the remaining balance on my deposit that they said they would do.I have medical complications that's left me almost blind and the technician was well aware of that. It wasn't until my brother-in-law stepped in that they agreed to lower the price to $1100, but at that point I was already done doing business with them as I no longer could trust them.To write this post I have the screen magnified to the Max and I'm using voice to text to type this post because that's how annoyed I am with them.

Came to my home on a night call. Charged $350 to install the water shut off valve. Part for toilet not on truck. Said he would follow up next day re status of parts. Two days later no follow up no phone call. Had to call another plumber

Tech. Diego was great. Cost of service was not. It cost $299.00 to install an air gap kit for the sink vent. Amazon wants 25 for the kit. It took Diego 30 minutes of work to install. Also the air gap cap given me was a chrome finish and not a stainless steel cap to match my sink and faucet. For that price they could have at least given me a matching cap. Don’t think I will be calling pure plumbing again. Hey, if you are reading this review pure plumbing, please stop by and give me a matching cap! Copper with SS finish would be nice!

Plumber was very nice and professional. Installed system he had hoped would help us with our hot water problem, is not helping. Price quotes were never sent as requested.

Originally, I would say, our first encounter was not what we expected. . But after management got wind of the egregious offense committed, they called the following day and requested to fix the problem. Can’t say it was all bells and whistle’s, but they did make right and do what they should’ve done from the get-go. I had a water softener installed. They installed a drainage line and replaced the main valve. Also a new bathroom sink. Plus 8 new angle stops were replaced as well. Jacob Flora did a very thorough inspection too detect the plumbing leak. I’ve used Plumbing companies in the past and from the Receptionist customer service too the service provided A+ rating for Pure Plumbing.

Alex removed the parts in the to bring it in to make sure to replace the right model of 3 available. He returned in about 35 minutes and finished the installation. I asked him to check the irrigation system and the pool auto fill for leaks and he found the aut fill valve was leaking but I already had an appointment with a pool repair mechanic so Alex left after being paid. He was polite and professional and knowledgeable.

Justin Kausal was very friendly and very professional which is automatically 5 star for me. He answered all our questions and even offer extra advice regarding a different plumbing issue for our house. This is our first time using this company and will definitely use them again for future needs.

Fernando came out to look at my water heater leak. He was very knowledgeable and gave my landlord different quotes on the repair. My landlord was indecisive at the moment. Fernando in the meantime drained the water so it would not continue to leak and cause any more damage. Unfortunately, my landlord decided to go a different route and didn’t have Pure perform the repair. However, Fernando did a good job.

Outrageous prices! I had he same job done, same day for 1/2 the cost of what you quoted me.

The highlight of my service with Pure Plumbing was our technician Diego. Great gentleman and very knowledgeable and answered all 400 of my questions. As soon as he got there, I let him know the main issue but then I also let him know all the other plumbing issues around the house to which he obliged and was happy to assist. Being a first time home buyer I had no clue about the pipe networks of the home and wanted to learn as much as I can because I'm a millennial and I'm cheap so I want to do as much as I can on my own. Diego answered all of them, was very transparent in every answer, taught me about the pre-existing conditions of the house, taught me new conditions of the Uponor pipes, how to expand pipes to replace them. Diego came out to fix a pipe leak from an improperly installed Uponor pipe which bent and exposed a small opening over time, where 70 psi water gradually exited through and leaked, dampening my downstairs bathroom ceiling. He fixed that no issues. I had a lot of questions about my soon to be failing water heater system, and also about replacing it with a tankless water heater. He was very transparent and taught me a bunch of things when it came to this process and I am very grateful to have had Diego as our technician. When finances are right, I will be personally requesting for Diego to replace our water heater.

Luis was very professional and provided options to replace my garbage disposal. The one I chose was not on his truck so he went to get it and then come back . It didn’t take very long for him to replace the disposal and he checked to make sure there were no more leaks . Very happy with my service. Will use pure plumbing again.

The services that I received was an installation of a Water Softener and Conditioner as well as a Reverse Osmosis system. What made me choose Pure Plumbing was the Reviews. I was referred by my colleague's to go with other companies but the “others” didn’t have the amount of great reviews that Pure Plumbing has. To set up a call back from the online form from their website was painless. I got a call back first thing in the morning by their amazing customer service department and they helped set up an appointment for me within a couple of days which was the soonest. Honestly wasn’t a problem for me at all. My service technician was Brian G. He texted me about 45 minutes out that he would be arriving which was really great. The ability to see who I was expecting was a nice touch. Kudos for that. He was very professional through out the whole process from beginning to end. Pure Plumbing and Brian also took great lengths to be prepared for Covid. He arrived with a mask already in-use. He also brought shoe coverings to be careful not to dirty or scuff my flooring. Brian had also suggested some price estimates of water softener systems with and without an RO system at a pretty decent price. Of course I went with the RO system because everyone drinks water and Lessening the use of plastic bottles is a must. Brian did the install within a few hours all by himself which is quite impressive. I have an elevated platform where my water heater sits and new softener and conditioner system sit, and I’m pretty sure those filter tanks aren’t light.All in all I would suggest Pure Plumbing to everyone. The service and professionalism throughout the company is top notch quality. Brian also educated me on some plumbing which is great knowledge to have because not even my builder told me about the things he educated me on. I went on the website and put in information for an appointment. I didn’t expect such a prompt response. I was very happy that someone could come out that same day to inspect my AC units.The technician was professional, took pictures and explained all of the things that were wrong with my units. He explained all of the different options for AC units, explained the differences and also the cost savings on my energy bill. I have used Pure Plumbing before and was impressed with their prompt response and the technician that they sent out for my kitchen sink leak. I will continue to use Pure Plumbing for all of my service needs. We found Pure Plumbing googling water leak detection. When calling, Jenny the customer service representative was super helpful, listened to my concerns and beyond understanding of our needs. I can't say enough good things about this business! Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional and the technician that came to my home was a huge help. I had a water leak in my home and in the neighbors below and he was able to fix it and give me peace of mind as well as took the time to inspect my whole home and recommended future repairs. I also had him install a new water heater because mine was old and they were able to schedule him the same week around my work schedule to get the job done. This was a stressful situation and this business helped solve all the issues and I definitely recommend them. Daniel arrived...was super professional. He was tasked with removing an older reverse osmosis under sink and installing a new one. Turns out he needed one small part not on his van. Took the time to drive approx 1.5 hours to go to Lowe's and come back same day to complete install.Highly recommend Daniel for his professional handling and expediting same day install. Oh...they came two hours after my initial call to have work done.Pure Plumbing is my new go to company for any plumbing issues in future.

Myles was amazing friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Came out on an emergency basis got the water back on and followed up the next morning with the permanent solution. We have found ourselves a plumber for any of our future needs. Not just Pure but specifically Myles.

This place is great! Their prices were cheaper than another local plumber and they fit me into the schedule last minute. I had Gary, and he's a great guy and did a fantastic job. He works quickly and fixed my pressure regulator. I will absolutely be coming back and having Gary do any future jobs on my houses.

I called them about 11:00 am about my leaking water heater. They sent their master plumber Jason who arrived about Noon. He quickly prepared the old water heater for removal, hooked the hose to the old water heater to drain the water, and left for awhile. They delivered a new water heater about 3:00 pm, removed the old one and installed the new one by about 4:00 pm. Almost no moisture to clean up from the removal of the old one. The new one looks great and works great.

Jason was very personable and came prepared. He gave me some additional advice on some other trouble areas and it was very helpful. I would use pure plumbing again!

Pure Plumbing has been my goto plumber for repairs, maintenance and projects on my 40 year old home for several years. Always perfect. Technician Diego came out to check out a water running noise in the garage and discovered our main line into the house leaking...under concrete foundation! Scary, but Diego explained the fix, and 30 hours later we have a new beautiful craftsmanship line into our home. I tried to save a couple of hundred dollars and called another plumber to change out my reverse osmosis filters, which they recommended I needed. It appeared that their technician was not familiar with my system and water spurted out all over the cabinet on onto my kitchen floor. He then took out my filters to his van and I followed because it was highly unusual. He then asked if I had a specific wrench to which I replied, why would I have tools? Don't you have the necessary tools? He did not. I told him to please just put everything back and I would call Pure Plumbing instead. He put everything back. Jacob, from Pure Plumbing arrived shortly after. He tested my system, showed me the results and informed that my filters were fine and I did not need to replace them yet. He checked my system to make sure there was no damage and that it was put back correctly. It was. He checked the rest of my home and was very professional and provided options to things he recommended I get fixed. I will always call Pure Plumbing moving forward. They may be a bit higher priced, but you actually do get what you pay for. Thank you Jacob! You are such a blessing to me!

When they called again on day-of to confirm, they promptly dispatched with a time estimate, THEN sent me another text detailing who I was expecting to arrive, with a picture. Alex (the plumber) was prompt and very polite, got straight to business, and figured out our problem within about 5 minutes (which another company misdiagnosed about a week before). They gave us a quote on replacing a water heater, and left contact information. Since we are very new homeowners, we very much appreciated the clarity with which everything was explained. Alex also arranged for another company to come out and check out the water damage caused by the leak. I seriously am SO GLAD we used pure plumbing. Early Tuesday morning, to my horror, the drains in my showers and bathtubs backed up because of a sewer pipe clog.I quickly was on line looking for a plumber service and saw Anji and started to fill that out but realized halfway through they had no box to mark “emergency.” So I went back on line and found Pure Plumbing and gave them a call. They answered promptly (unusual, no message machine unlike most businesses), and I explained my problem (clogged sewer line) and to my surprise, said they could get someone out in the next 30 minutes.In about 20 minutes, Jaylan texted me that he was right around the corner from our house. He was so polite and professional and very discreet. He took care of the clog and also jet sprayed out our entire sewer area.What a relief! Myles was great. Showed up on time and finished the work sooner than I thought it would take. Called on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend and got same day service. Time it took from my initial call to completion of a water heater replacement was less than 4 hours.

Diego L the technician was very professional and great in explaining the process and what needed to be done. Unfortunately we didn’t proceed with them as the cost was way too much. We already had an idea of the what it should cost and they were charging 3 times the price. This is a fault on the company’s prices nothing to do with the technician.

Needed a new bathtub diverter spout but they only had chrome on the truck. Diego went and bought the finish I needed, came back, installed it beautifully and gave me a member discount. Very pleased!

I wasn't satisfied with the estimate from his office so I decided to check for a better price somewhere else. If the quote was reasonable for the size of my project I would have used Stephen to do my pipe install. Just wish they could do an estimate from a pic and explanation to save me and them time.

We had a problem occur on a Sunday. We were happy to be able to be able to set up an appointment for the upcoming week. The technician, Chuck, was professional, pleasant, prompt and helpful. He assisted us in locating the replacement part; and, once the part came in, he was prompt in returning and resolving the problem. We had used Pure Plumbing in the past and appreciated they still provided good customer service.

I work in the customer service industry and I know what it take's to make a customer happy. I had a sewer backup in my home that flooded a bathroom so I called Pure Plumbing on a Sunday evening for emergency service. Myles was assigned to my request. He arrived within the time window provided and did everything he could to fix the issue. Good news was the backup was fixed but the problem was larger than the temporary fix he provided. He gave me my options with prices and explained what the options entailed. After agreeing on the best option he immediately scheduled the job to be done. Myles was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the problem was taken care of.

New first-time homeowners here. Just moved into our new house a week ago and couldn’t figure out why we didn’t have hot water. Watched YouTube videos and read online tutorials, all assuring us it was easy and we could do it ourselves. Alas, we were too nervous to mess around with it, so I googled services to fix water heaters. However, we didn’t even know if our water heater was gas or electric. So I called SW Gas to ask and after they confirmed we have a gas water heater, they referred me to three different plumbing companies near my house. I randomly called the first number and it was for Pure Plumbing. The person who answered the phone was SO sweet and welcoming (I believe their name is Adriana?). They told me right upfront that there would be a $19.99 fee just to schedule the service appointment, and then the rest I’d find out after they diagnose the issue. They assured me they would tell me the cost before doing any repairs. Adriana was so nice and gave me a positive vibe (which says a lot considering it was over the phone), so I went for it. I paid the $19.99 fee over the phone and they scheduled the service for the next day. They said they would come to my house between 10am-5pm and that I would get a call 30-45 min in advance letting me know when they were on their way. Sure enough I got a call in advance, and then about 30 minutes later Juan showed up. To my pleasant surprise, he had shoe coverings on!! We don’t wear shoes inside our house so that meant a lot to us. It set the tone that he respected us and our home. He then asked questions to get more information before jumping into it. Although my answers were not very coherent (I just had oral surgery earlier), Juan was polite, professional, and I felt like he truly cared and was not just rushing to get the job done. He even took the time to learn more about the overall water situation in our house. The issue with our water heater ended up being something extremely simple: it wasn’t turned on lol. We’re not stupid, but there was certainly a big opportunity for them to make us feel stupid for not knowing that our water heater was off. But they didn’t. They were beyond kind and empathetic. Excellent customer service and impressive phone responsiveness. I’m sure we’ll need to go through this all over again with other services, but not for plumbing! We’re ecstatic that we found Pure Plumbing and will definitely continue going to them. Everybody has to start somewhere, right? Well, you should definitely start with Pure Plumbing :)

Terrible service, they wanted to charge me $415 dollars for a shower trim .. they also wanted to charge me $1100 to replace my Moen shower cartridge and I told them let me think about it. I went to Home Depot and they had the cartridge for $17.00 and went home took the old one out by pulling a c-clamp on the top put the new one in… Done

Beware of Pure Plumbing’s technicians lack of knowledge and up selling you!We did not receive the correct diagnosis on our hot water tank issue. There was no due diligence in looking at all potential issues as to why we were not receiving hot water into our home. Within two minutes of an initial review, the technician immediately offered to replace the hot water tank. The original hot water tank was only two years old. We were desperate because we were without hot water for a couple of days and with two toddlers in the house, we had no options. After the new install and after spending over $1300, the water was still cold. It was then that the technician informed us we had a mixing valve above the water tank that might be the issue. After spending another $400, to remove the mixing valve, our family finally had hot water. We feel that the the original two year old hot water tank did not have to be removed. We definitely feel like we got a bad deal or worse.Please be knowledgeable about your hot water tank and all the parts connected to your tank. We didn’t know and we were naive to think Pure Plumbing had our best interests in mind. We will never use them again and we will tell everyone we know about this nightmare service.

Service prom and professional was good but the price was a little too much. I work in the service industry my whole life and I know what value is and what is not value. $450 for a soldering job is too expensive. Wish the service and price matched up evenly. I like the service but the price will probably keep me away from future jobs. If you use this company be prepared to shell out some $💰$

Tried to get a quote over the phone as a ballpark, and they would not provide. I assumed pricing would not be insane, but they quoted $4,500 and I “lost” $100 and 5 hours of waiting instead of just knowing I would not have wanted them out if they were going to charge insane prices. The other company quoted $2400 for the same service. Use Sin City Plumbing instead.

My main water line had burst under the driveway creating an emergency situation on a Sunday. They responded promptly and was able to get the water working on the same day. The solution to reroute the water line in a more accessible manner made sense. They were able to quickly cut concrete, trench, lay a new line, and connect it into my house. After reconnecting the water, they found that they had bypassed the irrigation because the builder teed the pipes leading to the irrigation in the slab foundation. This required adding more pipes and they gave me the option of putting it in the subfloor above the garage so the pipes were hidden. Even though this was an unexpected project, this company was honorable and kept the commitment of the initial out the door price. Del was very easy to work with and Preston, along with the other individuals who helped him, were very professional, friendly, and detailed oriented. I am very happy, and highly recommend this company!

Oscar assisted us with our Kitchen Renovation Plumbing preparation. We had several adjustments we needed to make in the kitchen and laundry room so our plumbing was in the correct position for our custom cabinetry. He also helped us with a leak that occurred at the waterline for the fridge. The water shutoff valve for that line had snapped off when we tried to turn it. Oscar was terrific and stayed late on a Friday to ensure the job was complete. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After a bad experience with Anytime Plumbing which included not showing up for Friday Nights appointment, and when technician came on Saturday morning, stated he couldn't get the Shower from stopping the leak after multiple cartridges installed. He stated there needed to be a Valve replacement, which they would have to open up Shower to get to Valve, which is impossible, being my shower is a kit(Plastic). They were unable to get someone to come do the work after being quoted 1500-2000 for the work. So I decided to reach out to another Plumbing Company, and from the time of the call, and the appointment scheduled the next morning, I knew I was in good hands. Myles Nicolas arrived on time, with Gloves, Masks and Booties. He analyzed the situation, and determined it was indeed the Valve that needed to be replaced. A whole was made in my drywall to access the Valve. He left to get parts, which included the valve, and complimentary Faucet, Shower Head, and Trim. 3 hours later, the job was complete. He gave me the number to someone who can do the Patch Up Work on the drywall, who he said does a good job and it's affordable. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Myles to be your Plumber. Very Knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Thank You Pure Plumbing and Myles for quality work. I will definitely use them again.

Daron was very professional and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. He explained the issue with our pipes and jetted the lines until they were clear. He also installed a water softener system and explained how to maintain the unit going forward. On top of that he installed a new toilet unit and took away the old unit and the boxes the new toilet and water softener system came in. We appreciated his thoroughness and pleasant demeanor.

Our water heater broke and he was at our place with in 15 minutes of our landlord calling Pure Plumbing. The water heater was old and he had to order a new one so he was able to by pass the water heater and restore us some water until he could replace the water heater. Juan came back about a day later with a brand new water heater.The water heater is located under the sink in the kitchen because we live in a condo, and it is a PAIN to get to. He was able to get the water heater out and get the new one in with no damage to our counter or cabinets. Stay far away from these scammers. The $99 service fee is how they operate and don't care if they get your job or not. They are not trustworthy at all and you can definitely do better.

Jason with Pure Plumbing & Air is amazing. He was extremely patient and assessed all of my plumbing issues in my home (and even discovered a pressure regulating valve that was leaking)….. Bad news but good news he found it. He analyzed each issue which were many and quoted a price for each. I will be a loyal client because of Jason’s professional and expertise.

Bailey was very curteous, professional, and quick. He made quick work of our busted Disposal and made sure to verify the leak was fixed and there were no other problems. The service tech was very rude and he raised his voice in my house while talking to me. I would never use or recommend this company for anything. They also charge a 100 dollar service fee , which is not the issue but that’s probably why the guy thought he could be rude : he already got paid. It was also the end of the day and he didn’t have the parts to fix my issue. What a waste of my time.

Have had leaks show up at inconvenient times twice. Pure was able to get someone over swiftly both times and took good care of the problem. Wouldn't say they're cheap, but they do good work.

Our house has 30 year old plumbing fixtures, so we have problems periodically with bad valves or faucet fixtures. We had a constant leak in a bathroom that we don’t use often, so it went unnoticed for quite some time. The only way we figured out we had a problem was the extremely high water bill. Alex came out the same day we called, very professional and courteous, he quickly figured out the problem, gave us several options on how it could be fixed along with a quote for each option. Once we chose, he did the work promptly and cleaned up after himself. He’s done a few other jobs at our house in the past.. always the same, smiling, professional guy. My RO Water system kept leaking and decided it was time to look for other options. We have purchased a Water Heater from Pure a few years ago and loved the service we received. Has pretty much touched every part of my house since I bought my new one they're very efficient they come on time the prices aren't always something that are easy to swallow but they do exceptional work and they stand behind what they do they offer financing which was helpful when my hot water tank let go and put water everywhere in my garage and I had to have a new one put in and I opted to put in a tankless one so I never had to deal with that again .

We had a gas leak and they came out right away and found and fixed the leak. Diego was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely use them again!

Ron Brailey drained and refilled our water heater. Then when he finished he opened our sink drain and put a camera down into the pipe and showed me where I had dropped a pipe cleaning tool. He arrived on time was very professional and friendly.

Our 13 year old water heater starting leaking. I called and they had a tech on site within 2 hours. They made sure it was handled so no damage would occur and came back the next morning. When our water heater burst late in the evening, we called the number that said no extra fees for after hours service. We called, they came. I can’t remember who it was that came, but they were very professional and did the job and a very short time. They had a water heater in the truck, they cleared out the old one, installed a new one, and we’re gone within a couple of hours. It was a very easy process and we have used them since then with the same result. I would use and recommend pure plumbing any day, anytime for any plumbing problem.

Pure Plumbing installed our reverse osmosis water filter a little over a year ago and told us to change the filters at least once a year. They do such a great job every time they come out so, of course, we decided to make an appointment to have Pure change out the filters.Before Bailey started his work, he shared with me the process and let me know that he could do an inspection of our plumbing to make sure everything was running smoothly. He checked out the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, made sure the toilets were running properly, looked at our water softener salt levels, which were fine, and I told him we haven't drained our water heater in a couple of years and he drained it for us. This extra service was done at no additional charge! Bailey was professional, used booties over his shoes. He left our home very neat and clean, and he was such a pleasure to work with. We have used Pure Plumbing for multiple different services over the last 8 years. This last experience was the last time we will ever call them for our plumbing needs! Our kitchen sink was clogged - the tech came out quickly - quoted us $400 to snake the lines. They have always been more expensive than others, but whatever - the tech does not fix our issue and then turns around and says we need to high power wash our lines to get it un-clogged! Now the price was over $1,000 and that was their discounted price!! We felt lied to, ripped off and couldn't believe we were faced with their proposal. We decided to let the tech go, but he still charged us $250 and we still had clogged lines! We called another plumber, he came out - cleared our lines for $175 - issue is fixed, but not by Pure Plumbing.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and was completely rusted out, my mom called and they sent Miles over, and she said he was prompt, friendly, and professional, explained the problem and gave her options to repair or to replace, she chose to replace it and he had a new one installed and had her up and running within the hour!

We were not happy with service person doing a whole home plumbing inspection/review which we said we did not want or need. He insisted it was company policy. The quoted price was very high for what was needed. We knowledgeable in all areas of home construction and maintenance having physically built and plumbed 5 homes as well as doing our own plumbing repairs for almost 50 years

Pure Plumbing is very good at communicating estimated arrival times of their plumbers and updating you if anything changes. They use text messages and email to send you the updates, which I love, but of course they are very happy to just call you if you prefer. I appreciated the accuracy of the time estimate, it was very refreshing to have a service who tells the truth when they say he's on the way.They also send you a picture of the plumber and a little background information about him which was very nice. As a female alone in the home, letting in a stranger, I felt much more comfortable that I had his name and picture before hand. They are very reasonable with the cost (we had a badly clogged main drain for the shower and toilet that even required the plumber to leave to get a longer snake). Del was professional, fast working, and knowledgeable. The after hours emergency phone line and the main office also deserves recognition because they were friendly and called back promptly as promised, since I requested to make an appointment for the next morning.

I cannot possibly explain how THRILLED I am with this company!First - I will set the scene: we were renovating our pool and as part of the replacement of the filter and heater, they smelled gas! I contacted Southwest Gas who promptly came out and found a big hole and corroded gas line leaking gas. Once that line was capped off, I called Pure (because they had great reviews).I was greeted with a very pleasant and professional young person on the phone who offered to have someone come out the SAME DAY?!?!I received an email confirming my appointment right away and a follow up text notifying me that Travis was on his way (it included his photo). Travis arrived exactly on time along with Kevin. They were both polite, and professional. Travis explained the process and even asked my permission to give suggestions about anything else they saw that was concerning.Once everything was inspected we sat down and reviewed the process and price for both the gas line repair and a sink repair that just happens to start leaking the day before this situation.We agreed to the price and at 8am (after receiving an email and text that they were coming) the very next morning the team arrived.Niko, Josue and Dominick did an amazing job with the repair, working right up to 5pm to get the job done. They were respectful of our home and property and very nice and polite. Their professional repair deserves applause.In a world where many companies and workers have no work ethic or respect, this team was the opposite. I WILL continue to recommend this company.

Myles was quite thorough and professional. He solved my problems and gave a good price for the service performed. I was however disappointed by the high-priced estimates given. The estimates gave me excellent motivation to DIY most of the work needed. I'll think twice, maybe three times before I call a plumbing company again.

I had my water heater flushed, as recommended on an annual basis. Victor checked the anode and it needed replacing, which he did. He also inspected all water outlets in my home before he left and gave it a good bill of health.

The level of customer service is amazing! Not only were the plumbers knowledgeable, but they were very thorough and helpful. The company also goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We used pure plumbing to address our tankless heater. Juan is an expert who is methodical in diagnosing issues. He starts small when problem solving and is interested and making things right for you in your home vs up charging on unnecessary items. With Juan and pure plumbing you are in good hands.

The part that connects to my water hose would not stop leaking after shutting off. It was 7:00 pm and I called several companies to see if someone could out and fix it. One company wanted to charge time and half to send someone and everyone else wanted to come in the morning. Pure Plumbing sent David B. to fix the problem. It only took him 2 hours to arrive (he was working on another project) and he fixed my problem within a half hour of arrival. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely use this company again in the future.

(From their prior 2016? installation of a mainline.)Remove meter from box remove and install new brass fitting to get water back on. $585.00I really like Pure Plumbing in the past, but possible franchising of their trucks to additional/newer plumbers may explain the expensive pricing.An attempt to negotiate lower amount didn't work...but job otherwise done fine.Could be better, could be worse. Don't price away existing loyal customers.

Donny is very knowledgeable! Job was a warranty replacement, everything done as promised. My only issue is the exorbitant fee we were charged. $590 for a job that didn't take long at all. 1/2 hour initial visit and 1/2 hour to install new water heater.

Called Pure because there was a leak, probably coming from the shower into the kitchen. Jacob arrived in the early part of the time window given, diagnosed were the leak could be coming from, and did an evaluation of all of my plumbing equipment. He told me my options, suggested which issues could be most important to address in the near future. He was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. Took pictures of everything and sent it to my email. I enjoyed working with him.

He gave us a very thorough evaluation of what our problem areas are and preventative measures that we can take to safeguard our home for the future. I have my water filtration repaired because the filter broke down and I wanted the water filter moved to different location because the first technician installed the filter above the wall outlet. Whenever I try to change the filter water drips down the outlet, very dangerous and Travis my new technician did an excellent job. He didn't just move the filter housing but he also put a bypass that whenever I changed the filter I don't have to shutdown the main water shut-off valve just hit the bypass. Good job Travis, I'll recommend to all my friends.

You're techs are always professional and thorough. You're pricing is crazy expensive. $264 to replace a shower cartridge that took probably 20 minutes to finish (and I got the cartridge) and approx $180 to replace a water filter that took about 5 minutes to replace, to me, is a lot. And you won't give even an estimate range over the phone. At the point that you come out you give a price which I do or do not have to go with but by that point I just need the work done. So you kind of don't have a choice.

My water bill came in double. I turned off the water in my home, my worst fears started coming to mind :there's a main leak , there's water pooling somewhere under the house. The warranty I purchased is for septic not the main line!! I start calling plumbers frantically for 2 days, no shows, cancelations, reschedules. I go back to Google searching. I find Pure Plumbing! I spoke to Julie who was professional, and super friendly , she worked quickly to have someone at my home within 2 hours of my call. Daniel my Tech was extremely knowledgeable, friendly ,and professional. He was the only person to check my pool valve, pool autofill and sprinkler system. It was my autofill! Pure plumbing saved me thousands, that others had quoted me to replace the main. Pure has gained a life long customer in me. I am canceling my home warranty today, because I know I will be calling Pure Plumbing going forward. Thank you

I found Pure Plumbing on Yelp looking for a reputable plumbing company to fix a leak on my water pipes. Read through some very good reviews and decided to give them a call. I was given an appointment in 5 days but was a bit put off by the $20 booking fee. Really? Anyway, I was desperate to have this fixed asap so I agreed. Bailey was the technician who came and he was on time. Very professional and went to work right away figuring out where the leak was systematically by elimination process. When he couldn’t figure out where the leak was, I was given an option to replace the old pipes and reroute it and placing a main shut off valve since I have an older house and the shut off was at the meter itself. The process took a day and just need an inspection from the water district to ok. The service rendered and how it was conducted was very satisfactory. Cost wise, it is pricey compared to other repairs I have read from my Nextdoor community. But I am satisfied with the process and the professional way it was handled by Bailey and Preston as well who helped him later on the day. Thanks guys!

For the now suspiciously, after seeing other reviews and price tags, (over)price paid for work done you'd expect better customer service and communication with a price tag of over $1,000 all that's needed is a sink stopper that was part of the installed faucet I had done. After numerous attempts at calls and texts even asking just to have it mailed to me there's still no follow up or return from the company except one text from the tech claiming he has covid and can't come by to drop it off (why can't another tech drop it off?) - btw this came a few weeks after me making attempted to contact someone - it's now been well over a month of me trying to get in touch it's just gone into UnprofessionalVille.With the amount of money spent I don't think trying to get a piece that was part of the service I paid for would be so difficult to receive.Very disappointed - anybody considering using this company proceed with serious caution.

The special equipment wasn't available late Thursday afternoon, but they were back Friday morning and, PTL, FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!Pure Plumbing was my second plumber for this problem. The first plumber was woefully incompetent to fix a problem of this nature. From now on, they're my first and only plumbers!The problem: my drain pipes/sewage pipes in the house (22 years old) were clogged from debris clinging to the sides of the pipes. Finally paper products jammed it up good and tight. We had sewage backing up into the shower. Yuck!! Myles and the team cleaned out all of the pipes under the house. I'm confident we're good for another 22 years!!

Called Pure Plumbing to repair a laundry hookup. Scheduling process was very easy. Once the day of the repair came I was sent a photo and info of the technician coming out to make the repair. The technician, Justin, came out at the beginning of the window and gave me recommendations and the typical upsell, but was not overly pushy when I decided to only go with the planned repair. Justin and the other technician that was with him was super polite and very efficient. The price wasn’t the cheapest but not insanely expensive either. The convenience and great service from Justin was definitely worth paying a bit more. Definitely going to call Pure Plumbing if I have any other repair needs in the future!

That all said, the pricing seemed crazy to me. $5K for a new water heater, all external parts, and a pressure regulator, with installation and a 10 year warranty seems nuts but what do I know. Pure is an excellect plumbing company. The best pluming company I have ever used. Their employees are trained, well groomed and pleasant. A daily morning meeting is held to discuss work assigments before going to the job. Their work is guaranteed and they stand by it. For example, there was a problem with re-seating one of my toilets. They came back out within an hour of my phone call and fixed it. Not Included in the work listed above in this review, Pure also iinstalled a water softerner. Three plus years ago they replaced our hot water tank with a tankless hot water system that's still going strong. As you can see I can't say enough good about Pure Plumbing. At this time I honestly believe they are the best in Las Vegas. They take pride in their work and truly care about the customer.

Getting service after regular business hours was a breeze with Jason Miller. It started with a phone call where he listened attentively to me. To avoid delays, he offered his cell phone number so I could send a picture of my water heater and so he could check for parts.Jason arrived promptly when he said he would. He took time to check out the hot water issue. When most plumbers would sell me an expensive part like a recirculation pump, Jason found a calcium build-up causing the check valve not to close. Juan was my plumber today and I am highly impressed with his knowledge and experience. He fixed 2 leaking pipes under my bathroom sinks that were installed incorrectly by someone I shouldn't have let originally install and Juan also repaired a leaking toilet. He was clean, and super efficient. Rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend pure plumbing again.

Very expensive ($395.00) just to replace One Valve that took (5) minutes. I have other repair work but definitely will not use this company again. I don't think they give a fair price for job they do. Big mistake on my part.

Quote for 4 tankless heaters was $40,000. Pretty outrageous price and wouldn’t even break down costs. And this was for replacement units, not new install. It’s literally a 2-3 hour job per unit. Know this probably won’t get published but wanted company to know it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Acted like a used car salesman. Considering I got the same Rinnai units installed for $12,000, think this company is just trying to take advantage

This is a first class plumbing company. They showed up at 8pm on Sunday to fix my water heater that had gone out. I had them replace the water softer and install pressure regulator as my house water pressure is too high. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are reasonable and very professional. They won't let you down when you need them.

Turned on my water heater. Hadn't had hot water since Friday around 5:30pm. I had turned it off in error thinking it would turn off the water. The plumber that came out yesterday refused to turn it back on. I'm 76 & have my 2 Great Grandchildren 6 and 10 living with me. It's been difficult with no hot water. Devon, who took my call was very accommodating & Daniel Diaz, the technician was super nice & great. He remedied the situation & I am so happy. It was a miserable weekend. I rarely post negative comments about services from a company. However, for those interested in reading, this is simply a caution. For some reason, we were not customers who experienced the same wonderful service so many others have reported.We developed a slow drainage problem in the kitchen. Attempting to repair it ourselves, we dropped a small tool down the pipe. Frustrated by two problems now, we called Pure Plumbing for an estimate. They agreed to come by the following day, and gave us an 8:00 to 5:00 window for arrival.The repairman, Ron, was professional and pleasant, and asked questions to apply discounts to reduce the price of the service. He used his camera for less than a minute to locate the tool and told us it had dropped down into the drain a few feet. The charge was $307 for that service, but he said it would be credited to the final bill. After some telephone calls, he concluded it was possible the entire kitchen island would need to be removed. Furthermore, the repair may include cutting into the cabinets and drywall, and possibly break-up and replace the foundation of the house. All this for a mere…. [drum roll], $7,600.After several hours of frustration, I cancelled the service. I called another plumber who came to the house and looked at the problem. He was here 30 minutes and removed the tool and unclogged the plumbing. His total price was $250. That was less than the use of a camera from Pure Plumbing.So, caution! You may think about a second opinion when evaluating a plumbing repair. We used Pure Plumbing to purchase a new hot water heater a few years ago which was guaranteed for 10 years of service. We did not shop around because we needed immediate attention. The price was $1,800They do come out once a year to drain and refill the water heater for free.

Woke up to no hot water on Thursday morning and went to work and called Pure Plumbing. They were extremely professional and offered a no-commitment free estimate and priority service to get someone out that evening due to the emergency. Juan arrived and walked through the options to replace the 8 year old water heater and put together estimates. He was extremely personable and presented all the options and listened to all our concerns before starting the job to replace the water heater. He even did a quick inspection of our irrigation backflow and another pipe off our water main showing corrosion and suggested replacement as part of the job. Their prices were probably a little higher than I would expect. (I had a similar model water heater replaced by a contractor for about half the cost 8 years ago -- I'll chock some of that up to inflation and the rest up to supply and demand). Regardless, I appreciate Juan's excellent service and that of the company in resolving our issue. Great job Juan and Pure Plumbing team.

Just purchased a house and it sounded like water was running from somewhere. I couldn’t identify the problem. Next morning Alex came out and walked me through my whole system and showed me how everything works and why it sounded like water was running. Gave me great options for maintenance and upkeep on the system. Great service, fast response and a great experience.

Travis came to replace our water softener. It was obvious that he was very customer service focused right from the start. He was very patient in explaining things to me. He discussed my options with me, but I did not feel pressure to buy at all. He was very transparent and honest. He skipped his lunch break to work on my house, and when he had to go in the evening due to other obligations (we didn't have him even come over until late in the day) he offered to come back to keep working into the night because our water still wasnt crystal clear yet. It was really above and beyond service. He did extra things for us that he didn't have to. Really a great guy, glad we ran into him and that he came and did the work for us.

We just had the best service with Pure Plumbing! We thought we had a leak at the outside water box. Jason came out to fix it but the leak is at the irrigation box so Jason suggested that we call a landscaper to fix it. Jason took the time to show me the water box and explain how we would know if we had a leak in our water lines vs the irrigation lines. He offered to help with any other plumbing issues and quickly unclogged our shower drain. Thank you Jason for your help and especially for your kindness, cheerful disposition and wonderful smile. Pure plumbing never removed the $40 service call charge from my bill last year after having them install a new water heater. That charge should have disappeared but it never did (and I even called about it last year and the gal said she'd take care of it but never did). As a result, I called another plumbing company earlier this year to take care of some other misc. repairs and they got paid approx. $2000 for their service, so pure plumbing lost out on that repair call and any future services I may need. Do not give them your credit card number! They are not to be trusted to follow through with eliminating their service call fees if work is done.

Absolutely great experience with Pure Plumbing in getting our 28 year old HVAC system replaced! Jesus and his team were awesome throughout the quote process and the actual installation. Came to my House Walked Around my Entire House with a IPad in his hand Nothing else I have a Water leak Somewhere in my Main Line didn't Attempt to look where the leak was located at all he just assumed it was under my driveway and tried to charge me 19,000 dollars then 12,000 dollars to cut my driveway to find the pipe and remove it and replace it without even showing me where the leak is at all are at least try to find the leak at all Told me he had a sonar but it only works inside the house not outside too many noise interference🤬😅 Once again Did not attempt to find where the water leak was coming from just wanted to dig up my concrete on the driveway and over charge me Now I found out other companies will charge you $300 to come out with the camera and other equipment to find exactly where the leak is coming from will definitely tried them SMH!!!!! HAS TO BE A CHEAPER WAY

The toilet is old, slow flushing, clogs frequently. Danial augured the toilet and cleared it, but I wasn't ready to spend almost $600.00 on a inspection pull the toilet/check the line then replace the toilet/valves etc. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. Brian was very thorough and checked everything in the house. My problem was low water flow. I suspected the pressure regulator which it turned out to be. After making sure nothing else was the problem he replaced the regulator and we now have good water flow.About two months ago a neighbor up stream from us had repairs done to their water supply line at the street.. It is suspected that dirt and or debris from this got into my regulator (which was only 3 years old) and caused the trouble. My neighbor also had similar trouble.Brian also made some suggestions for future work to avoid future problems. When these houses were built the workmanship isn't top quality. It gets you by for awhile but then you pay the price.Great job Brian!!!

I can't at this point make a comment so far as good quality because I've only just had the repair carried out and I'm not an expert but Del who came out seemed genuine and a good person and there seemed to be no leak once he had fixed the problem with my toilet so all good hopefully! So far as value that also I can't comment on because I have nothing to compare it to. I will evidently call them again should I have a plumbing concern but hopefully I've had all of my plumbing concerns met for a while now☺. Very reliable too.

Discovered we had a gas leak under the island in our kitchen. SW Gas came out and decided it was necessary to turn off the gas to the house until the leak could be fixed (so NO HOT WATER!!!). Pure Plumbing came out and did a great deal of work to replace the faulty gas line & make sure all was up to code. Many thanks to all at Pure Plumbing, especially Jordan G. & Diego Y. in keeping me in the loop at all times throughout a rather stressful experience!

My husband and I were so happy to see Myles today. He was efficient and very professional and we were so pleased to have him fix our stopped up sink. Pure plumbing was referred to us from a friends plumber. Long story short … we were looking for leak detection services. Our master bath shower was leaking down through the floor into our kitchen, but we couldn’t tell where the leak was coming from. Drain, pan, wall, etc. Once scheduled they were quick, thorough and didn’t mind explaining anything we asked about. Brian was very kind and patience, but quick to complete the work. He did more than anticipated and ended up replacing a corroded core, added shutoff valves under every sink and toilet, repaired a small leak under the kitchen sink and help regenerate and get working the water softener.

Oscar came out for a service call because we have a water leak issue. He checked all the plumbing systems and everything appeared to be free of leaks!Oscar referred me to a company that can check a little deeper into the walls to make sure we do not have any mold issue's hiding in the walls. Oscar was timely, professional and very helpful. I definitely would NOT recommend Pure Plumbing! They quoted us $450 to install a basic 1/3 hp garbage disposal! Retail is approximately $100 on the disposal and im sure they get it at least 20% off for buying in bulk and as a business. So, $80 from $450 equals $370. To install a garbage disposal!? That is OUTRAGEOUS!! It is about an hours work for any experienced plumber! My father was a plumber. I know! DO NOT LET THESE COMPANIES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! Simply tell them thank you for the quote and send them on their way! I strongly recommend you get multiple quotes for any service these days! These companies are trying to take advantage of us!! NO THANKS PURE PLUMBING!!!

We called about our leaking water heater. They arrived 45 minutes later.within 4 hours from our call the new water hearer was installed!

I had a pipe leak and found Pure Plumbing on yelp - Julie who coordinated my call was very nice, proactive and followed up. As an emergency situation can be very scary, I felt like I was the utmost priority and confident that the service would be done in a timely manner. Miles came out to work on the issue. He was very polite, professional and friendly. It was reasonably priced and he assured me that if there was any issues I could reach back out as it was guaranteed for a year. Miles also took a few minutes to do an overall house check and tested my water for hardness and a few drains. Overall couldn't be more happy with the service provided.

We had leaky faucets in both the Master shower and separate tub. Our technician Stephen was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was courteous and on time. He needed to come back a second day because the parts store wasn’t open by the time our appointment rolled around the first day but he came with all of the parts on day two and got the job done in the time he estimated it would take. Pure isn’t cheap but both times I’ve used them they have gotten me an appointment quickly and the work was done well with friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

Daron was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to troubleshoot a solution for me.

Diego came out to the house today to investigate a leaks reported by the water company. He was able to identify and resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes. It ended up being stuck debris in a waterline that could not be seen by the naked eye but he was able to expertly diagnose all symptoms. Even after he was certain the issue was fixed, he continued to do a full home inspection to look for any other leaks or deficiencies. I would definitely call again!

They were able to come out the next day which was awesome since I couldn't use my sink until it got fixed. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were so very polite. Justin was polite, quick and very personable. He cleaned up afterwards and showed me the broken pipe so I knew what has to be done. Customer service was excellent as was the follow up. I will be using and asking for Justin again.

I called Pure for an estimate to just replace a kitchen sink and faucet. They sent someone out that day. We were quoted $2000 for labor alone! This is a ridiculous amount. Furthermore, the plumber they sent only seemed interested in upselling more services. I need to see your toilets. I never mentioned a toilet problem.Another plumbing company quoted us around $500, a 1/4 of the amount. We ended up doing the job ourselves which took us (complete amateurs) 5 hours. That is a labor cost of $400/hour and it probably would have taken the pro half the time.Definitely get quotes from other plumbers before committing to Pure.

Myles was our technician and he was excellent. He kept us informed about what was going on every step of the way. The whole process was transparent. He fixed our issue with the kitchen drain and cleared out the obstruction. Now it’s working perfectly. I would definitely use your company again for any further issues!

Great experience with Pure Plumbing and technician David B. today. Contacting Pure, the representative was very friendly and professional. They were able to get someone out same day and the technician gave a 30 min notice before arrival. David B. immediately was able to diagnose the issue and provide an upfront cost to fix it. Thank goodness for Dave! He installed our water filtration and water softener systems at a very reasonable price, and now we have clean, drinkable water all throughout the house. He even tested the water and demonstrated to us what clean water looks like compared to the hard, mineral filled water that we have in Nevada. We also had a ceiling leak, and he helped us get through the ordeal as painlessly as possible. We really appreciate the initiative that he took to find us the right tub faucet to replace our old broken one. He fixed our tub faucet without a hitch and the leak associated with it, even helping out to make sure that the surface underneath the pipes was dry. After going through 2 companies with less than stellar customer service, we called Pure Plumbing. They couldn’t get to us super quick but we didn’t have an emergency. This company does try to up sell which was fine for us. We did have other work we needed anyway so we got that taken care of too. I had an issue with a clogged line and two seized valves. Alex C. was able to come by on short notice, took care of my issues and was respectful of my property and well being. He informed me of risks of welding fumes and possible damages left from cutting through drywall. I’ve used Pure Plumbing on several occasions and their team does the job right every time. I don’t even bother getting quotes from competitors anymore. I’m also happy to see they’ve expanded into the HVAC side which will come in handy when I decide to have them work on other issues I have with the home.

I had a minor negative issue with one of their employees, so they quickly sent another. Jacob was on-time, friendly and ready to tackle any job. His professionalism and work ethic is unsurpassed. He worked long and hard at properly replacing a toilet, including clearing the drain and treating it with salt to inhibit root creepage, all for a fair price. We contacted Pure Plumbing about a warranty repair on the water heater they installed a few months ago. Water heater fine, it wound up being a coupling that needed attention due to calcification. Had to replace the old hot water heater (15 years old & light colored one) due to the fact that it stopped working.Replaced with a comparable hot water heater. This place is over priced and won’t repair your AC-they say you need a new one for $17000!!! So I had a friend come out and fix everything for $275

I’ve used pure plumbing a few times now. Daron Branch was the best technician I’ve had. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Pure plumbings only downfall is the prices are extremely high for any fix.

Today, the water heater was flushed. Something odd happened this time, never occured before. When I ran warm or hot water, very rusty water came out. Also, at the sink, it exploded out and I had a little cleanup to do.I now do not feel comfortable using any warm water, and it’s wintertime. Running hot water for some fifteen minutes improved the shower water, but it does not look clear enough to use.I was not able to reach out to Pure to address this issue as I had an appointment to go to, and now it is after hours. It could be that the rod needs replacing, but the lid was too tight for Daniel to open and check. He gave it all he had. No complaints against him.Pure Plumbing is very professional and would reach out, but unfortunately, it will be challenging to find a time slot — it is a crazy month. — January 5, 2022Pure Plumbing was recommended by a friend who was their photographer. Initially, they installed a water heater (the make was unknown to me but it is a very good product and doesn’t even require a blanket—very convenient).Later, they replaced a water softener, and this time, my reverse osmosis system. Daniel also found that my house shut-off and pressure valve were not operable, and he got that working. That was very important and am relieved to get that done.Their office staff as well as the technicians are always so pleasant and nice to deal with. They may charge more than others (not always), but it is a job done right, with quality products.Pure also sends out educational videos at times. I had a new hot water heater installed through Pure Plumbing. The experience was absolutely fantastic. Michael Day, the plumber from Pure came at the designated time, assessed the problem, spent 2 hours hunting down the proper replacement hot water heater and spent almost the entire day replacing my old one. He was diligent and pleasant and very very hard working. It was a tough job, but he got it done.I would definitely call Pure Plumbing again if I have any other plumbing problems in the future.

I need a new air conditioner, furnace and coil system. They were able to install same day at a competitive price within $100 of my other quotes and they were able to help me identify other areas that I could repair for better efficiency.

Needed a PVC Pipe elbow joint replaced in my garage that was leaking. Pipe was not under pressure. Just needed to be cut, new joint installed + glue... The same easy fix that happens all the time under your sink. I already removed the drywall.They wanted to charge me $750.00!I went to Home Depot, got the join and glue for less than $12 and fixed it myself in less than 20 minutes.These guys are a complete rip-off.Not your local honest plumbers... just sad.

I contacted Pure Plumbing due to a broken shower handle. Looks like the cartridge broke and needs replacement. The technician simply looked at the cartridge and gave me an estimate of $1600 to replacement the entire valve. I got another licensed plumber to replace the cartridge in an hour costing less than 1/4 the price, now working perfectly.I almost got totally ripped off by Pure Plumbing. I would think twice about engaging them for any work in the future.

I needed emergency service and had to shut down the water to the house. My home warranty company couldn't furnish a contractor for 2 days. Called Pure Plumbing and they had a technician at my house in two hours. James W did a wonderful job of the repair, he was totally professional and followed all the covid safety protocols. Also for a weekend night emergency call it was extremely reasonable, not much more than warranty company would have charged. I highly recommend.

Juan arrived right on time. He was incredibly informative and eager to assist. Once he told us the water heater was bad, we assumed we would need to schedule another appointment to have it replaced. Juan said he was all ours and if we gave the ok he would have it replaced in 90 minutes, no 2nd appointment necessary. We gave him the green light and 60 minutes later the job was complete and mistakes made by the person that installed the previous water heater were corrected. Juan was friendly, polite, fast. We would most definitely hire him again.

BEWARE of SCAM. Paid $432 to replace one hose that I could have done myself. I needed the corroded one fixed so I could attach a hose. The work requested was not completed. Technician, Travis, was very nice and knowledgeable, but the price was astronomical for what they didn't even fix. Travis was at my home for over 2 hours and did 2 minutes of work. He spent the majority of his time assessing other things I needed done and sitting in his truck. I had to go and get him after 30 minutes of him sitting in his truck. I went to his truck and told him that I need for him to please do the job I had called him to do so I could get to work, and he then came inside again. He replaced one hose quickly and said he could not do the other one and I would need a bigger job done that would be an additional $700+ on top of the $432 I just paid. He asked me if he could leave the hose there that he could not attach. That hose was $219 and sits on a shelf. Beware of this company. I will not recommend them and I will not call them again.I called Pure Plumbing because of all of the positive reviews, now I question if they are even real.

My brand-new AC unit stop working on Friday night. I called Pure after hours & left a message. They called me back first thing on Saturday morning and James arrived by 10am. He fixed a loose wire and got the system running. Thank you James!! The people at Pure treat you like family. I know they are part of our family!! I don't even bother with our home warranty plan anymore, because I can trust that Pure will fix my problems and not nickel & dime me to death. Had a gas leak. Learned about it on a Friday at 2pm. Called the office everyone was helpful and prompt got me scheduled ASAP. Jason was here early next morning. Took time inspected all lines, took video came up with a solution. Permit department answered before midday a good install. Niko and Kevin were here 1st thing Mon. They were all personable and professional. Finished in a day. I am purchasing a new house and will ONLY CALL Pure for my inspection and any needs I have in future. I told my realtor about them for any other buyers/sellers referrals.

We called Pure Plumbing to install a kitchen sink faucet and diagnose a toilet issue. Ron did a fantastic job! He was thorough, professional, friendly, and did excellent work. When the faucet we bought didn’t fit our sink correctly, he went out and bought another faucet, installed it, and it is beautiful. When he removed our toilet to diagnose the reason that our toilet wasn’t flushing correctly, there were visible roots in our line. He used a camera to check our lines, both inside and out, and found that we had lots of residue buildup in our pipes. He then used a high pressure water jetter to clean the pipes, and did an excellent job. He ended up spending the entire day working at our house and was hardworking, cheerful, and welcomed any question I had. He took care of all issues that he came to address, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. I would definitely hire Pure Plumbing, and Ron, again!

Daron Branch was outstanding. He was friendly and courteous from start to finish. He diagnosed my issue and gave me options without pressuring me into spending any money. Daron kept me informed as to everything he was doing and showed me what was happening every step of the way. I turned off the water to clean the toilet when I turn the valve it was shaken very loud so I called for help however it was in the evening I can’t find a technician the same day and I gave Pure Plumbing a call n they were able to send a technician Jason was very helpful he asked what is wrong with the valve? I told him it was shaken so loud when I turned the knob. He checked the main water line and checked the water pressure. He was honest and he told me nothing wrong with valve and he show me how to turn on the water line to keep the water pressure from making the loud noise through the valve. I would recommend Jason M to anyone that need plumbing service.

I have always had a great experience using Pure Plumbing, they are able to accommodate the repairs in a timely fashion. The repairs have always held up, I haven't had a bad experience with them or any of their techs so far. I will say the prices seem a bit high as of late, but I have not shopped around and give them the benefit of the doubt the prices are fair market. I will continue to do business with them for the time being until I have an issue, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I would absolutely recommend Pure Plumbing to all my friends and family. I've used Pure Plumbing for several years now and they're the best (in all regards). I've had several plumbing issues in the past few years and they've always been on time and have done quality work (installing new fixtures, snaking blocked drainage pipes, installing toilets, replacing my water heat etc). They may not be the cheapest option but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I've found their service, professionalism, and overall work-quality to be fantastic.

Oscar was a very professional and courteous plumber who figured out how to fix a kinked hose in my water softener. What sounds simple (unkinking a hose and figuring out how to reinstall it without kinking again) in this situation was quite difficult and Oscar's solution was very creative and effective. I couldn't be happier with this company. They saved us when we were in a real jam - the fixture behind the fridge had sprung a leak, in the house we were trying to sell. I don't live in Vegas, and had driven there to get this taken care of. The people who were supposed to meet me at the house to do the repair cancelled on me. I called Pure Plumbing at random, by just googling for a plumber. They came on short notice, the guys who showed up were totally polite and professional, and did the repair perfectly. They cleaned up after their work, and charged less than the other people were going to. The people in the office were extremely nice as well. The whole company are the kind of people you hope to deal with when you have a plumbing disaster, and rarely do. I wish these people were in L.A. so I could hire them for all my plumbing issues here. After taking care of that, I mentioned that I had placed a call 3 weeks ago, about something else, and still hadn't gotten a response. He immediately started working on that problem, and in the process, discovered that we also had a leak at the pressure arrestor on the main line leading into the house. Before leaving, he inspected it again, found it was still leaking, and fixed it again.Juan was very helpful in answering our questions, and made his explanations easy to understand. Pure Plumbing’s Alex installed a Top of the line water heater in just an hour. The service call was the same day too. I believe this is the best place that can do plumbing services for anyone at anytime.

I called Pure Plumbing based on a recommendation from a friend who had a similar issue as mine (leaking water main from the street). Del arrived the same day to evaluate my problem and outlined different options/costs to resolve the issue. The next day work started promptly on replacing the main water line. Del and Adan worked tirelessly in digging the trenches, measuring the new line and ensuring the valves and fittings would last for years to come. After the repair was completed I felt satisfied that I paid a fair price for the quality of workmanship.

I called to schedule an appointment and the plumber made my repair the same day! Ron was respectful of my home and covered his shoes with booties. He gave me three options for completing the service and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. I was given an estimate and made my selection. Ron changed out several faucets and I no am no longer wasting precious water, due to drips and leaks. I have used Pure Plumbing in the past and I would not hesitate to call the company for any future plumbing repair.

Although I wasn't able to use service from Pure Plumbing at this time..I really appreciate how courteous & professional the office employees helped in assisting me. We wanted to get an estimate from Pure Plumbing for a job replacing some bath fixtures, but they wanted $99 to come out and give an estimate. Although they said it would be applied toward the job, it wouldn’t give us much option to go with a different company. We would already be out $99 just for the estimate! Update- the estimate was twice the amount of another 5 star rated company. Bad experience all around, though I did argue for, and receive, my $99 back.

I sent a message on a late Sunday afternoon and expected a reply the next day to get my hot water heater fixed. They responded in less than 10 minutes and had a technician scheduled the next morning. Jason was outstanding and very friendly. He replaced the water heater and fixed an existing problem to make the system right. I highly recommend pure plumbing and air for your plumbing work.

We have used Pure Plumbing before and have always been satisfied. The technician, Myles, was very good - professional, friendly and competent. He provided us with a short-term (snaking) and longer-term (jetting) fix for our clogged drains. We chose the snaking due to the price of the jetting. I called because my water heater went out two days ago. I googled water heater repair and came across Pure Plumbing. It seemed like a local business that’s been in business long enough to gather good reviews. I called and didn’t have to wait a long time to be helped and I received service within two hours of calling. They honored military discounts which was a blessing. Curtis came to the house and he was very respectful from the beginning, gave me estimates of the different tier of repairs from repair to replacements. Throughout the time, Curtis didn’t rush as my husband and I conferred and he was a consummate professional and respectful at all times. Was quoted an obscene price for a water heater replacement- would have been about $2000 in labor costs for a couple hour job!! (This was after the discount they gave me) They tried to use an even more absurd price on a tankless system to make the cost seem better. Update- I was able to have my new water heated installed for $1300 LESS than I was quoted by Pure Plumbing.

A/C condensation drain was incorrectly installed by builder on 15 year old condo, causing water to bypass main line and drain into guest bathtub. Asked if there was a solution to redirect the water flow to the main line.Outstanding quality service from the very beginning. I spoke with Kylee to ask if the problem I had was something they could fix. She passed along my inquiry to Jeff (Service Manager) who called me back for details. After discussion, I was given an appointment to have the drain/unit assessed. Scott and Kyle arrived and thoroughly reviewed the situation. Scott was upfront about the best solution and suggested I call an A/C pro to perform the work. He left me photos and detailed notes to pass along to an A/c tech. When I mentioned that I had previously called an A/C service who came out (and said they couldn't fix it), Scott went beyond quality service when he offered names of a couple of A/C pros he thought would be able to handle the job. I am currently working toward a solution with one of Scott's suggested A/C pros. The staff at Pure Plumbing partnered with me to find the solution even when they couldn't perform the work. They did not charge me for the service call/consultation...how often does that happen?! Very appreciative of everything they did to help me with this frustrating problem. I am planning to renovate a bathroom and the company I'll call to perform the plumbing work is Pure Plumbing.

Great customer service at Pure Plumbing. The are in contact with you before technician arrives and when they are on their way. Victor spent all day fixing leaky faucets, installing new facuets, replacing old crusty pipes, and fixing the slow heating up of hot water in kitchen and master bath. He had to go get parts and supplies twice. Everything was fixed properly before he left. Great customer service.

Jacob flora was amazing! The rep said it would be about 6 hours until someone could come out but Jacob arrived 2 hours after I called with an emergency. He was also very patient with me. I thought I had ordered a part for a sink. I was looking all over for it, turns out I didn’t actually order it and he was very understanding. I needed an estimate to move a water heater/replace with a tankless system due to a code violation in my new home. Pure Plumbing sent out Donny to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done and he was stellar. Donny’s customer service was outstanding. I had three other companies send out people to give me an estimate and their employees gave off the vibe that they didn’t really want to be there. Donny was kind, courteous, and more importantly he detailed everything that needed to be done and explained to me why it needed to be done as well as educating me on a variety of things I didn’t know regarding Las Vegas water quality and what I would need to improve the set up in my home. Being new to the area anything I could learn about my new hometown was useful. Connected the water back up in a few day. Thanks. Nevertheless never showed up on time. The last crew said they’d come back the next day. No show and they left the trench open with no warning tape. Called dispatch and told her about it and she said someone would come the following day. Not acceptable. Crew came a few hours later and filled in but I asked about the sand which was supposed to be covering the line. Acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. You made a big deal about the sand cover.

Jason Miller did an amazing job fixing my toilet. He managed to locate and extract a 2Ft x three-inch tree root that was clogging my main sewer line, (couldn’t believe it!) and he did it for cheaper than the big-name competitors would have. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

We needed multiple valves to be replaced due to corrosion and some tubing underneath our kitchen sink needed replacing. Called Pure Plumbing and Jacob showed up. He took before and after photos so I could see the problem and how it was repaired. Really appreciated his attention to detail. Luis approached me in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed an issue with my pressure breaker valve that was incorrectly installed due to builder error. He performed the work in a timely and efficient manner while answering all of my questions with patience. Luis provided detailed notes of the issue for my records. He also advised me of the warranty for worked performed and a receipt was provided. I will highly recommend Luis for future repairs.

Was having hot water issues. Thought it was the brand new water heater installed last year. Called Pure Plumbing, had a estimator come out the next day right on time. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and found out that it wasn't the water but that there is a leak under the slab of the house on the hot water side. OUCH!Ask for price to replace entire plumbing system. He said he would get me one by the end of the week. Two weeks pass before I called to see what the status of the pricing is. Oops forgot to send it to me. Okay I can understand that. Price was good. I own a 1,600 sqft one story house. To repipe the entire house through the attic was $16,000 +/- and to do the hot water system was $8,000 +/-. Thought the entire price would less than double since you are running to pipes side by side usually eliminates some labor. But still a decent price considering the 30 year warranty. Sign the estimate, provide 50% down. I ask for time frame and schedule of work. Was told it will be done in ONE day. hahaha that was BS.Started on Tuesday and by Friday they were done. Maybe they underestimated the work but either way the plumbing was done. They had to cut holes in the walls to fish the plastic piping (about 20 holes in total including had to remove some ceramic tile in the tub shower).Now we had to wait two weeks for the inspector to show up. Two weeks with holes in your walls. They failed the first inspection because they didnt provide a ladder for the inspector to access the attic. As the inspector was leaving he mentioned that some insulation was missing. I conveyed this to Pure Plumbing, they ignored it. Failed second inspection. Came out to put in insulation and other small stuff. Third time is the charm.I asked for them to provide me contact for a contractor to repair the drywall. Got Fernando, once again was told they would be done in a day. hahaha another BS. Three total days over the course of a week. I used Pure Plumbing in the past so they were the first ones I called to repair my kitchen faucet. I was promised a before 2pm arrival. We discussed any later I could not do. I waited all day for them. Finally at 1:30 I called to see where they were. Rebecca told me they were stuck on a job and won't be able to make it. No call to inform me they aren't coming, they just didn't show up. This is terrible, terrible business practice. You don't do that to a customer. I called another company and they came out same day and fixed my sink. Arriving when they said they would. I will never use Pure Plumbing again nor will my friends or family. Very disappointing. I asked for my $19.99 they demanded from me in order to book the appointment refunded. Didnt bother to do that either, but said they did. One week later, no refund. I called again and it was not even put thru to my bank for refund. My bank confirmed this also. A phone call is all that was needed to tell me they will not be coming out for repair, but they just didn't bother to. Just like they didn't bother to refund the $19.99. Finally after several calls of them saying they did. They finally did it. Amazing how it works when you actually put the refund thru! I am so disappointed in this company. Lost my business. I suggest others don't waste their time with them either. Plenty of other plumbing companies out there who don't treat their customers like this.. I was going to have them install a water softener too. No way now

Daron Branch was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. While no repair was made on my leak, Daron provided me with great advice on addressing my issue. (tile repair on shower must be made first). He also answered many of my questions on preventing this from happening in the future. I have back to back toilets which backed up along with the tub and shower drains . The appt setter understood that this was an emergency and got someone out the same day. The tech sent out did an excellent job getting things going. It was not an easy clog to locate . Thank you for your assistance and I will call again when needed!

Jessie and Diego were very professional in what they do.A Re pipe for the whole house was a complicated job.They are very passionate about their job and they made sure our questions and concerns are properly addressed. Pure is the best plumbing provider that I've engaged in over thirty years. The are not only professional, they take it to other levels that make it hard for others to follow. Of course they are expert at all they do; are very efficient; reasonable in price; supply visual documentation of work performed; leave worksites as they were (or better); but best of all is it is actually nice to interact with everyone in the firm. Their approach and attitude is such that you might forget the reason they are there is to fix a problem (or catastrophe).

They have appointments fast so convenient
but i just paid $125 for the flapper on my toilet but it got done and customer service is awesome!!

Alex performed the replacement of the garbage disposal in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions regarding the replacement. The experience went well from start to finish.

Pure did a main water line from the street to my home. Everything went fine until the back fill. No attention to detail and dirt where it shouldn't be. The shut off valve was buried so I couldn't get to it, also buried a sprinkler head, so had to dig those out. Will also have to remove excess dirt in some areas. They sent one young man to do the job by himself on a 100 some degree day. Sorry, not a fan this time. Pretty disappointed because they were excellent the last time they did work here.

We have used Pure Plumbing before (they were recommended by a friend) so when our kitchen sink backed up we called again. Curtis came out at the exact time promised and fixed it efficiently. He was professional and respectful of our property. Our barking dog didn't even faze him and he made an effort to calm her down. If, or when, we have other Plumbing needs we will call them.

Daniel did a great job replacing my kitchen sink faucet. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. He also showed me some areas where my hot water heater was leaking and recommended it getting replaced . Highly recommend this company .

They refused to give less than a 7 hour time window and wanted to charge $99 up front when I already told them what the problem was. They should have just been able to give me a quote over the phone. Quickly moved on to another plumber.

Pure Plumbing was definitely more than I expected them to be! I was extremely satisfied with their service. I’ve always been very skeptical of hiring big Companies, because of the price. However, Oscar was amazing, he came in took care of what needed to be repaired and when I saw what my charge would be I was soooo excited. It did not cost me an arm and a leg. I would for sure call Pure again for my plumbing and AC needs.

Update 9/2021Once again, Pure delivers! I woke up to my main pool fill line broken and filling my yard with water. I called Pure in a panic, since I was literally leaving town in about six hours for a long vacation and now had to shut off my main water.Pure delivered 100% - Getting a plumber out to me in about an hour and in the process found that my main pressure limiter was bad, which is probably what blew my pool pipe. This could have been disasterous - Internal pipes could have blown out, since my pressure was sitting at 150% of the max allowed.Alex got both items fixed in a couple hours and I was on my way on-time for my vacation.Another quality job and crises averted thanks for the professional and highly-trained staff at Pure!This is the 4th time I have used Pure for my plumbing needs. Their quality is consistently high and they are fair on pricing. Each plumber I have engaged with has been friendly, understanding and performed their work with masterful skill.Jordan, my most recent plumber, installed a tankless hot water heater for me and a gas line extension. His work was perfect, but beyond that, he paid close attention to asthetics and serviceability. Going above and beyond, he offered advice on layout and maintenance and made sure I was fully informed of every step of the process.Pure is the first contractor to earn this much repeat business from me. Called and set my appointment and from the initial phone call I could see that they had a pride in customer service. I had to get toilets and a water softener replaced. The cost was a bit more than I would have liked, but David our technician / plumber was informative and patient as we decided what to do. He was beyond personable and courteous throughout the whole transaction. No one ever wants to have to call a plumber but if you do, call on Pure Plumbing and request David.

After going through 10 plumbers, Pure Plumbing would have to be my second choice.After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp. Pure Plumbing was Plumbing Company number 10. I contacted Pure Plumbing through Yelp, (didn't get the agents name) but good service and let me know that the estimate was free (without me asking), which only two plumbing company's out of 10 did, which I really liked! (If business offers free estimates take advantage) I realize ANY company's that don't tell you upfront the estimate is free, will usually try to make you think you're going to have to pay for them coming out if you decide to check first with another company. (And the call was recorded which I also like. Only 3 out of 10)On 7-27-17 at about 9am, 2 Pure Plumbing employees arrived and started going over what needed to be done. Unfortunately, I had another Plumbing Company (that was supposed to give me a second estimate after the first plumber that came out, did a horrible job) I didn't have that much time to go over everything with Pure Plumbing but the overall the estimate seem fair compared with the other 10 plumbers. The employees were very helpful and honest. Even though Pure Plumbing was not my first choice but, I would definitely recommend them. Just their honesty and not trying to overcharge for things That didn't need to be done.

I needed a plumper to repair a leak in the ceiling that had completely destroyed a wall in my garage behind the tankless water heater. I called around and most companies had a wait that exceeded 24 hours. Considering that the main water line coming into my home was closed to contain the leak, that timeline was not an option. I called Pure Plumbing and they worked with technicians in my area to provide a response of 2 1/2 hours. Travis L. thoroughly explained all available options and was able to get the repair done in less then an hour. Top notch work and customer service.

I came home to a broken water heater. I called Pure Plumbing & Air in the morning around 10:15am. The gentleman that answered was very professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. I was told that the arrival window was between 10am - 5pm. At 10:27am dispatched called and said technician would be out in 30 minutes.Oscar was my technician and was a pleasure to work with. He was detailed, professionally and explain my options. I usually don’t do review but Juan went above and beyond and did an outstanding job fixing my water heater and water softener. He not only fixed the problem but he educate me on the process so I don’t go panic mode when something doesn’t work right or just for the future. He’s very courteous and really detailed and seems perfectionist and kno what he’s doing. This company is very reliable to bcoz I called them and they got someone in the house right away and was willing to make adjustment to meet my schedule.

Was charged $100 just for an estimate. I needed 2 toilets replaced. The tech came by and told me it would be almost $2000 to replace both toilets, due to all the extra work that needed to be done before they could replace the toilets. I know this is garbage because I just had one replaced last year but that company has since gone out of business due to Covid. The other company charged under $500 toilet included. That toilet still operates perfectly. I was supposed to be emailed an estimate, never happened. Didn’t matter anyways. I wouldn’t use their service regardless due to the overcharging.I wouldn’t call this company for anything ever again.

I saw their advertisement in a magazine I routinely received and noticed when I looked up the company they actually mention they do leak detection, which is what I needed. The group of individuals I have dealt with have been extremely, professional, courtesy, and polite. In all aspects of replacing my water main they have notified me when the either the Technician would be arriving or the operation crew to begin the work. Both Technician and the complete crew were open and honest about the whole process. I would definitely recommend them and will probably use them for future projects.

I was attempting to replace the wax ring on a toilet and realized there was some damage I was not prepared to deal with. I called Pure Plumbing and they were able to send someone almost right away. They then communicated via text and email after the phone call, keeping me updated. Alex arrived probably within an hour of my phone call, checked out the situation and worked up some options. I had him do the job which was done well and in a timely fashion. Alex was very friendly, personable and professional and enjoyable to work with.

I'm sorry that it took so long to post this. We used Pure Plumbing in June to address a water pressure issue in June 2021 after we had just moved into our new house. Nick S.was extremely professional and friendly. He did a general inspection around the house and took note of things that could become an issue down the line and listed them for us to fix at our convenience. He also noticed a potential safety issue with a pipe on our water heater, which he was able to fix the same day. He was able to resolve our water pressure issue the same day by replacing the pressure regulator on the main water line. We were very satisfied and would use this company again.

Thanks again David. I had my down stairs flooring replaced and the flooring company advised me to have a plumbing company install the new toilet since is was not a like for like. David came out on time to inspect the flange and the new toilet. David concluded the American standard toilet will be tight, but it will work. The new toilet has been installed with no issues, so now to schedule the other two toilets.

Trustworthy company!! I had a plumber out and it was obvious he was trying to take advantage of an older lady. It was a very high quote. My neighbor referred Pure and Myles came to the rescue!He not only unclogged my sewer line (which had tree branches causing the clog), but he also replaced the irrigation pipes and hauled away my broken water softener. We called Pure again for our loose faucets and it was fixed right away. They are our go-to plumbing company for 3 years now. Had other issues that were addressed and Tobee spent the entire day at our house until early evening. He is a great plumber. Called to get some estimates done on getting old plumbing replaced. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and easy to talk to. She explained the process of getting a quote and everything.A few days later I had to call back to change my quote day because something came up. Absolutely no problem doing so. When I got the quote done a plumber named Donny Chapman showed up.He was very professional and explained everything and answered all my questions. He did an incredible job replacing old rotten plumbing with nice new shiny fixtures. He really knew what he was doing and it showed.He also took the time to show me what he was doing and why. He even showed me where my water shut-off was. I've used Pure Plumbing a few times in the past but am leaving my first review now. We had a leak behind our kitchen sink that ended up being a bit of a project due to the age of our home. After cabinet removal and asbestos abatement, Kristofer came in to look at the damage. He showed up, came up with a plan to replace the old galvanized pipes, ran to pick up parts, and had everything fixed so quickly I could hardly believe it. That is huge because it keeps us on schedule to have the cabinets reinstalled by the restoration company. Kristofer was professional and talked me through everything so there were no surprises.We could have used our home warranty for the plumbing and saved a few dollars, but decided to stick with Pure Plumbing because they have been reliable and great to work with. We'll definitely continue to use them for future plumbing needs.

After appointment is made I am updated regularly. When the service tech arrived he started working on the problem immediately. Cleared the main sewer drain and discussed all his findings with me. Pure Plumbings professionalism, and service start from the first call to the completion of the work. They freely impart knowledge for prevention and maintenance of the work done.

Still need water softener granules for a new water softener installed in 04/01/2021. Water softeners malfunctioned due to not enough granules in brine tank. Had water softener repaired on 07/26/2021, no appropriate granules delivered as advised to have water softener work properly. Can you advise where to purchase water softener granules if Pure Pluming cannot provide what was suggested? Hope the water softener does not fail again. It is only four months installed. Please advise. Thank you.

This whole process was simple and showed how competent the people working here are. It was easy to set an appointment for only two days from when I called. Courtney was responsive and had great communication with setting up, confirming the appointment, and dispatching the morning of. Came right out the same day after we saw a 500% increase in our water meter. Immediately found the issue, provided repair options and costs. The work completed that same day was quality and professional. Due to the urgent nature of the leak, didn't get other quotes. But price seemed fair since there was a lot of digging in the yard, plumbing work deep in the ground, and change we requested to add a shutoff valve that the builder never included.

After spending fifteen minutes on hold, I was informed that there is a $125 dispatch fee for an estimate. No work is to be done as I just need to know how much it would cost to do a simple 15 foot straight main line replacement. I guess these companies don't need any work!

BEYOND EXCELLENT... what a difference in plumbing companies both hired to do the same job.Nick and Jessie came out on the second day after having issues with Sin City Plumbing.Although Sin City and their excellent staff indeed cleared our blocked sewer line, the problem recurred as they predicted it would. After leaving messages and promises to call back, Phil their boss never bothered to do so. I was left with a blocked sewer at my 88 year old Mom’s house.I checked the internet and was further convinced with listings of excellence on Angies List about PURE PLUMBING... I also noticed how they responded to reviews... but, the reviews did not do justice to the fantastic job they did. Nick was amazing, hard working, and Superb in his calm and reassuring demeanor. His absolutely perfect assessment of our problem meant that the expensive repair was not only done correctly, it was made correct from the mistakes the builder had made 28 years ago.I have guided over 12,009 guests on trips in my capacity as a Travel Director for the last 32 years. I have bought and sold after remodeling or building many properties, some over 400 years old in Italy. I know people and how to deal with workman. Company showed up on time, did a walk through, gave me a quote that was so way out of line I felt that hey did not want to complete the job. I am not sure how they were able to quote me with a straight face, sorry it did not work out.

Original called for water draining issue from my current water treatment system. He asked how old my water system was, which is 7 years old. I wasn’t interested in purchasing a new unit, but we continued to talk and he gave me information about the unit. I was impressed by the knowledge he has and because of my health condition, I made the choice to purchase a new water twin cylinder unit. I believe my decision was based on the info he shared and felt this will help with my psoriasis. In 3 months he will come back to flush my water heater again. These guys provide top quality service.

Outrageous quote of $4500 to install a Mr. Cool air conditioning split. Next contractor did it for $1200. If you don’t want the job just say so and don’t give out a ridiculous quote.

Last week, I woke up to the sound of dripping water behind my walls. After a brief bout of attempting to determine whether or not I had lost my mind, I discovered a MASSIVE leak dripping into a crawlspace beneath my stairs. At around 5am, I called Pure Plumbing to ask them to send a tech out there as soon as they could. Jason Miller arrived in less than 30 minutes.He quickly determined the source of the leak (right next to water heater), opened up a wall, fixed the problem, and advised me to consider replacing my water heater, as my current one was pushing 16 years of age. He also got in touch with a drying company, and got them out to begin the process of ripping out sodden drywall and drying everything out. Despite already taking care of everything, he continued to follow up with the drying company, helping me with scheduling their daily follow-up visits, and coming by the house to make sure we had what we needed.When he came over to help move the water heater so the drying company could dry the area of the wall behind it, he discovered that an improper patch job during its installation was causing it to leak carbon monoxide. It also happened to be right next to our central air unit, which was pushing that leaked carbon monoxide through our house. Whole family has noticed lethargy, fatigue, and headaches for years that would subside whenever we traveled, and we were never able to fit those pieces together with regards to why that would be. One hour later, problem is solved. And at a great price!Pure Plumbing is a fantastic company. They respond when others do not and make sure they can dispatch competent personnel in a timely manner. But where they really succeed is in their hiring process. I had a toilet leak that apparently had been going on for a bit unbeknownst to me. Of course it was Saturday, Memorial weekend ( 3 day weekend for most). I called Saturday evening and left a message and stated it wasn't an emergency and that I hope to hear from them on Tuesday. Our neighbors water heater had a leak and I asked Juan if he could look at our water softener when he was done because I didn’t think it was working. No it was not. I didn’t want it fixed, I wanted a new one and Juan installed the new system for us that same afternoon. He knew exactly what he was doing while installing it and me chatting with him the whole time. The plumber and I discussed solutions and then he got a 2nd opinion from management so that the actions they would take would have the best possible outcome. I had a great experience with the guys that came to fix my main line. They were prompt, courteous, answered all my millions of questions and were patient with me in trying to understand the process. Alex was very professional, he listened to what my husband stated what was wrong, agreed and corrected the leak within minutes, the service is always great with Pure Plumbing.

I thought this was a job well done. I called for a water bib in the back yard and a water leak near the shutoff. It took a little over 8 hours of work for one person. Victor was very professional and explained how things worked. He also showed the prices of all the parts via an iPad. However, upon my own research the same parts cost roughly $1,000. We can consider the water softener as a specialty unit for the hard water in Nevada, but i was told it was worth $3,500 for a small unit. For the new water bib in the back yard, a new pressure regulator near the shutoff, 11 new faucet shutoff/stainless steel hoses, and a water softener it cost me $7,311. While Victor was a really hard worker and explained everything, i feel that roughly $5,000 in work that pure plumbing established is over inflated. I am pleased with the work but part of me feels that maybe i should’ve done it instead.

The technician was very professional and he presented the options so that I was able to make an educated decision. I would definitely call them again, if I’m in need of a plumber.
