Absolutely amazing! Came out when my AC stopped working very happy it wasn’t any too bad fixes it within and hour, then came out the following week to clean it since it was a little dirty. All good n all recommend Max plumbing, Bruce was the best!

Was scheduled for toilet installation through Home Depot. Installers boss said they would charge $145 for a water line that did not need to be replaced per their company policy. I refused the added service. Max plumbing told installer not to put in new toilet. Installer was very nice, very professional. He unloaded my toilet from his truck for me. I iwas able to install toilet myself from YouTube videos. Filed complaint with Home Depot and was refunded prepaid installation fee.

Max Plumbing replaced/repaired my main water line from the meterbox to the main shut off valve, approx 75 feet of 1 1/4 Zurn Pex pipe was installed with all appropriate fittings. Jason Portillo Journeyman Plumber arrived on time with two apprentices and began excavation for the new line. It took 2 days to complete the large job due to the hard ground and obstacles, but all work was performed in compliance with current standards and plumbing codes. Jason was very professional the entire time, extremely knowledgeable and very meticulous in his performance. All work stated in the estimate was completed in a timely fashion, the crew was on time each day and remained friendly and personable throughout the day. Jason kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions and very accomodating with requests..he had no qualms adding items to the current job at cost. After all work was completed they insured the area was restored to original better than conditions ...Jason stayed in contact with me and kept me informed of the Sub Contractor's schedule and notified me when they would return to complete the asphalt replacement. Max Plumbing has been a joy to work with from the start ( shoutout to HomeAdvisors for referring me to them), from the office staff (Madeline and Amber) to Jason Portillo and his two apprentices. Its hard to find a company with such good customer service skills I would not hesitate contacting them in the future for any other plumbing needs. When I found a small leak on the PVB assembly installed I contacted Max Plumbing who scheduled a service call within 24 hours and Jason showed up early and completed repairs without issue. I am very happy I chose Max Plumbing to perform this large job and will contact them again for any other plumbing needs that may arise. They were efficient, fair and resonable ... call for an estimate you will be surprised. This company deserves 10 stars******

Keno seemed like agood and reliable guy. We did not accept the quote offer as it was about $500.00 higher than we had it done for which was quality workmanship.

I had a broken pipe and was informed by tech person that they don't repair broken pipes. I had him at least snake the pipe and had to call another plumbing company that came out and replace the pipe.

Started a home repair. Ended up calling a real plumber. Called around noon. Rudy came out around 3. Very professional, explained what he was going to do and did it. Plus the price was right for us seniors. Will call again for my plumbing needs and not try it myself.

Abe was such a pleasant and positive professional to have work on our bathroom project. He was made modifications to fix within our budget. We have used Max Plumbing before and they are always friendly and helpful.

Water heater instalation

Danny came to install toilet purchased through Home depot. Did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Installed kitchen sink and garbage disposal couldn't get the fittings right, took 3 tech's on 3 different days to fix leaks one worse than the other, flooding my kitchen. One connection actually separated from pressure from water being emptied from washing dishes. Paid about 600 dollars too much for a very bad and frustrating job. Would not hire them again, Home Depot uses them when you purchase installment.

Yearly heating unit check.

Derrick Smith came to the rescue when our hot water heater started leaking late in the day. He came by immediately, made an assessment, stopped the leaking, then went out to get a new tank. He came back and began to remove/replace the tank. He finished up at about 10:45p and left with a short punch list that was later taken care of. Great service!

We had a sewage backup at our mobile home and contacted several plumbing services through Angie's list. Yes plumbing was first to respond and gave us an estimate of 400 to fix. We were desperate so we agreed and cancelled appt with Max plumbing. Yes cut our pipes and in the long run did not fix the problem and the estimate soon became 1400. I called Max back and Felix came out fixed our issue in 5 minutes for 100. Unbelievable!!!!! Max plumbing was great and should always be called first!! Never Ever call that other company!!

We had a emergency repair needed with our main line being clogged. A previous plumbing company came out and couldn't fix it. So we called Max Plumbing and the receptionist was super kind and patient while I was explaining what had happened with the other company. She had a technician by the name of Keno come out right away. He was very nice and professional and was able to find the problem and fix it right away. The price was very fair. Warning!!!!! If you live in Las Vegas, do NOT use Max Plumbing!! They will overcharge you. They will tell you one price and charge you another price to complete the job. They will nickel and dime you for every penny you have. Stay away unless you want to overpay.

Replacing a drop-in sink in the bathroom is normally a quick job, but it was NOT so at our house this morning. Dave from Max Plumbing had to face a deeply glued 27-year old sink that just did not move. Without his patience and skill in removing the old sink, whole bathroom counter would have been destroyed. Dave is a real pro and we are so grateful for his work!

Failed to follow up on improperly installed kitchen faucet. Said it was manufacturers responsibility.

Home Depot uses their plumbing service to install plumbing systems. I brought a toilet from HD and Max Plumbing installed it. However there has been a slow water leak coming out the front of the toilet. I called them back and the same toothless guy comes out and just puts caulking around the toilet without even checking the wax seal like he supposed to do. I called the company back the and the woman on the phone was very rude and said there was nothing they could do and hung up the phone in me. DO NOT USE THIER LOUSY SERVICES!!!!

Many thanks to Max Plumbing for responding to our emergency request over the July 4th weekend in 2021, when our sewage line backed up and flooded a bathroom and two bedrooms. Of the four plumbers we called for help at 10 pm Sat night on July 3rd, Max Plumbing was the only one to respond. Their master plumber, Keno, advised us over the phone on how to stop the flow that night, and then came out first thing on Sunday the 4th to assess what was going on in the line. He contacted a remediation team, who came out Sat night and stayed until 2 a.m. to control the damage.
Because we thought that Max Plumbing did such a great job with the emergency plumbing in July 2021, we had them come out several times in 2022 to do a general evaluation of the state of our plumbing. The work they did in upgrading the laundry box, replacing old toilets and faucets, repairing leaks, and so forth, was professional and of good quality. In addition, we have found them to be the most reliable plumbers we have had so far in Las Vegas.
In October 2022, our sewer line overflowed yet again, this time in the front yard. Max Plumbing hydrojetted the line and ran a camera down the line to identify the issue. Because they have been doing such reliable and good work for us, we hired them to locate the obstruction and replace that length of sewer pipe, a big job. We would not have trusted that job to any other company.
Since we have moved to our home in 2011, we have been looking for a good, reliable plumber. Max Plumbing is the best, and we are very grateful for their excellent service over the past two years.

Kitchen sink .Clog , leaks . Will recommend and use again 👍

I had a kitchen sink replaced. The repairman Danny was on time and began working right away. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Replaced the sink in a timely fashion and everything was clean when he finished. I had previously scheduled with Lowes and was very unhappy with the service. I returned the sink I had purchased from them and went to Home Depot. The sink was $50.00. Home Depot was the better choice and Max Plumbing is the greatest.

I have to come back to this review and redo it, I was happy at first but have come to realize that the work that was done was not done to the fullest and I was over charged for services. When I first wrote the review I was happy with Justin and the work but since then I found out that a lot wasn't done when I had my ducts cleaned and they found that the furnace was filthy and just wiped done on the outside and never cleaned thoroughly as I was told my Justin, it seems he merely wiped down the outside and never cleaned the whole thing. Then after I was suspicious of the price I paid for for my flame sensor so I looked the part up, its a 30 dollar part max for my unit and I was charged 300 plus. I'm not sure what site he showed me for the part but I've yet to find any place that sells it for that much. The duct cleaning crew also found a huge tear in the duct at the furnace how does the guy who says he cleaned the whole thing and worked on it miss that. I don't know but it seems I was taken for a ride , now I know why no one called my for that service contract that I asked about.
Use your own judgement but I would NOT use them again

My installation man was David Thompson who was the ultimate installer.He was friendly, obviously knew his job & was prompt.David was very clean & did the installation flawlessly.He hauled the old toilets away by himself & seeing that I had a week wait to get booked, turns out I was lucky that there was a cancellation & actually I moved up in wait time, so everything went well.I will use Max plumbing & air conditioning whenever I need professional plumbing work done & know that this company is top class.5 stars out of 5 stars...well done Max & special thanks to a great job !

Company repaired and replaced multiple items in my condo

Fall seasons regular check-up on house heater. Tech was pleasant and double checked all readings.

Keno gave us an estimate but also suggested that we purchase a new toilet from Home Depot. We concur. Keno was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional.

Late one evening our bathtub handle broke while running the bath water. Not able to reach the landlord or property mgmt company, we were forced to shut off our water main to avoid flooding the house. Being completely without water, Max Plumbing sent their technician Keno Fedorko to assist us. He was very nice and professional, and once he received approval for the repairs, efficiently fixed the bathtub, restored the water, and made sure everything was in perfect working condition, including making sure our hot water was working. I highly recommend Max Plumbing and Keno Fedorko for your plumbing needs.

Abe is a pro at what he do, very clean, nice and friendly. He answer all my questions and gave me a senior discount. I don't know what the going rates are but they are high, and EVERYONE is raising their rates.
Abe fix my problem and that is what I like. MAX plumbing should be glade to have an employee like him.

Downstream sewer line blockage that connects our downstairs bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen caused a flood to come back out of the toilet when the washing machine was draining.

The plumber we have used for a decade or more no longer does residential plumbing so we got a referral from our agent for Max Plumbing.

We had a plumber come out from through Home Depot to remove our toilet and reinstall after our floors were done. He removed it without any problem. after the floor was installed. He came back to reinstall the toilet. He said the flange was broke and needed replaced for 2200.00. We have a warranty company and went through them. I felt the tech was rude when I explained we do not have the money he wanted to repair.
I think he should have noticed the flange when he removed the toilet, Now we have to have the flooring company back out after we find another plumber to take out the toilet in our 2nd bathroom. Not professional at all.

We probably would have used this business had they ever gotten back to us about the problem and a fix. The technician showed up on time, and promised to send photos and get an additional opinion. We never heard back. The reason they get a 3 is because he showed up early.

We are doing a kitchen remodel through Homedepot and this was the company that they sent to disconnect the faucet and garbage disposal then hook it back up again. We had a little hiccup where we were without water one day more than we should have been but they resolved the issue the next day. The plumber was very nice and professional. I would use them for future plumbing needs.

Have a leak in the shower faucet and Keno came out and did a FREE Estimate and suggested that I go through my Home Warranty to have what may turn out to be a MAJOR Issue repaired. On our second day without air, Bruce from Max’s Plumbing arrived. He was worth the wait! Bruce had it working in less than 2 hours and it was only $329!

This is more about the overall customer service. The initial technician did not arrive within the window of 9a-11a (up until 11:45 when I had to call and inquire where they were); another technician was sent who completed the job to our satisfaction. (Danny)

Max Plumbing & Air Conditioning should check with their technicians to see if they are going to meet the window they scheduled to do work. Customer also plan their schedules around the schedule they are given. If it is not going to be met, someone, should contact the customer so they are not sitting around waiting. It is a disservice and unprofessional when you leave customers high and dry with zero communication. The customer should not have to contact the company to find out where the technician is. I completely understand getting caught up on a job with unforeseen circumstances. It happens. However, on the other hand, if I wasn't available for the technician when they arrived and did not contact them to let them know I would not be at home, that would be the same disregard for their time. Respectfully, they should do the same.

I would highly recommend this company!! Randy was courteous and professional. He took his time making sure everything was taken care of properly and helped my elderly tenant clean up and put all her items away under the sink. I paid the office through the phone and am sad to say I was not able to tip him for his kindness.

Rudy was extremely professional and quick to diagnose the issue with the pipe in my garage. He even put on shoe covers before entering the home which was very considerate. I highly recommend using max plumbing and requesting Rudy to do your service. This company also installed and removed a toilet in my home last month and did a great job. I bought 2 toilets at home depot and paid home depot for installation and to take away the old toilets. I've never used Max Plumbing before and had a great experience. Phillip Reynolds arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and efficient at his job. He double checked his work to make sure there would be no slippage in order that my 81 year old mother would be safe. I highly recommend Max Plumbing and will use them in the future.

Service was great

It was 110 degrees last night when our 3-year old home A/C stopped working. We called the company that installed it (a national firm that will remain unnamed) and they said they couldn't do anything until tomorrow - it is 9 am on the following day and we still haven't heard from them. Matt with Max's Plumbing returned my call within minutes and was on-site fixing the A/C to everyone's satisfaction within 90 minutes. No That is What I am Talking About when it comes to outstanding service. I told Matt as he left that Max's Plumbing was my company forever.
