Bobby Garcia took care of our ac system like it was his own house

Alaskan put in my HVAC system some years ago. I also have a service contract with them that has them come out every 6 months. On my last service visit they missed something and I informed them accordingly. The next day I got a call from one of the owners. That call lasted for 35 minutes. At the end of the call, he asked me to see if they could turn the relationship around. As a result, I contracted with them to redo my AC/heat venting in the attic as I have a 35 year old house and it was the old decaying R4 insulation. At the same time, I asked them to redo my plumbing: shutoffs for all of the bathrooms (there are 4 bathrooms) utility sinks, new outdoor faucets, replace the anode on the hot water heater and put in some ‘T’s’ for hot water circulation(there are 4 bathrooms).

Their organizational skills, processing, professionalism and throughput was incredible to watch. There were 6 guys on the HVAC crew and they worked from 9 AM to 9 PM to get that job done. The plumber then came in and worked for two solid days to get all of the plumbing activities done. I have to admit I threw them some curves as I kept throwing more and more plumbing tasks while he was here.

Conclusion: I have worked in Quality Assurance for 40+ years. We have a saying: “The next best thing to getting it right is making it right.” Use Alaskan. They provide a solid, dependable, efficient service with strong expertise, professionalism and good pricing. They will walk the talk. If you have an older house, like I do, consider a ‘makeover’ by updating your HVAC and plumbing with them.

I first encountered Las Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling in 2019 when they were called by our contractor who accidentally cut through our coolant line while remodeling. We were so impressed with Las Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling that we tracked them down later to service our AC unit. (Thank goodness for their signature orange shirts, that's how we were able to find them because we couldn't remember the name.)We ended up having to buy a new AC unit because ours was 27 years old and original to the house. There were some hiccups with the new unit itself (lemon unit), but Las Vegas Heating & Cooling took care of us and made sure they got the unit working properly, including getting us a new unit.Everyone we've interacted with has been super nice, courteous, professional and good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Thank you to William, Mike and Scott for the install. And big thank you to Housten and Leslie for getting it to work at its very best! It feels so great to have a house that is cool.I highly recommend this company and their employees. I'll be recommending them to my friends and family. =)

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
