total rip-off go elsewhere. The average cost highest including labor is no higher than $150.00. I called them out to my parents (elderly) charged them $250.00 during normal business hours!!! Seriously way to screw older people!

I'm a self taught do it your self and through experience I have saved 60 to 70 percent. Part was a little high but labor was supposedly waived. I probably could have got part cheaper but time was a factor. Overall happy and will use again give five stars. Thanks again for your help.

Scott went above and beyond! This is the 2nd time we have used Goettl to unclog a toilet, and the first guy was fine. But Scott was really friendly, and answered questions and was generally very pleasant to be around. He fixed the clog and tightened up a couple ot things, and we were as good as new! If we call again, I really hope they send Scott

Mason from Express Home Services came out for a semi-annual maintenance. He found a leak and was able to fix it and fill it back up with coolant for us. It's running great now! Mason was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went. Really appreciated Mason.

Fernando was professional and got our shower valve replacement done quickly and efficiently. He let us know about the AC duct that would interfere with the job and found an alternative solution which turned out great. I highly recommend him and BEST Plumbing.

Someone actually answered a phone on a Saturday night and got me scheduled for service on Sunday as my AC was blowing hot. Josh showed up the next morning diagnosed it as a capacitor... got that put right on... did a little minor maintenance while he was there.. prompt friendly on time will definitely use again..

I have used many AC companies over the past 10 years in Vegas, and I always felt like I was being upsold with services, tech were different each time....until Simply Air. I found Simply Air through a local VGK group when they were starting out a few years back. The company is family owned, customer oriented, and everyone from the owners to the techs to Becky in customer service are professional and honest. They are my go-to and never disappoint.

Last weekend my AC unit would not turn on. I called one repair company and they guesstimated that I would need a full servicing, at a minimum and most likely a new compressor. I called Alaskan after a friend recommended them and was pleasantly surprised that their impression of my situation wasn't nearly as bad/expensive as the other company made it sound. They were able to make it out early the next morning and not only was their diagnosis over the phone correct but the repair time/cost was also less than they had initially estimated. Their technician was very professional and fixed the unit quickly. He was even good with my dog supervising him as he worked in the backyard, bonus points for that!

Brandon & FOCUS plumbing was communicative ahead of my appointment time, he showed up on time, was extremely professional while at the same time being friendly enough to where I felt comfortable having him in our home, etc. He was quick and efficient and I honestly can’t say a bad thing about him, or enough good things. Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
