I was looking for a company to begin servicing my a/c and furnace and found Mastermind Mechanical online. I went with this company because of the excellent rating on google. I wasn't disappointed. Haik returned my call the same day and answered all my questions. I then scheduled a date for him to service my a/c and was able to be seen the following week. Turned out my A/C fan wasn't working and he was able to repair my unit within the hour so now I'm good for the season. I highly recommend this company!

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. Our AC was giving us trouble and the tech, Johnny, came by out (on time!) to do the repair. He worked meticulously to get it working again. This included making several trips back to our house and many phone calls to collaborate with other techs and his boss, Jeremy, to make sure it was done right. It ended up being a pretty big job with many issues that needed attention. He didn’t give up, made us his priority and made sure everything was working properly by the end. He and his team were kind, responsive, and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone

Steve, Becky, and the whole staff were just amazing. They gave me all the information ℹ️ need, in a professional maner. Even helped me with alternative ways to resolve the problem. Very good people. Trust me, they're not named the Best of the Best for no reason. They are the best in Las Vegas. Don't fall for those on TV ads. Go for the BEST.

The worst experience ever.I called this company through the Home warranty, they came and the technician, Roman, (sales person) just tried to sell a new unit for over $7,000!He said the condenser wasn’t unfixable. The day after another company came and fixed the problem!It’s a shame, don’t call this company!

I called and spoked to Shelby. I have to say, I was on the rude side. I was hot and irritated but she was so pleasant. I felt bad because she was so nice and I was nippy. Great customer service. Chris called back within minutes. He was very pleasant as well. And although the price was a little more than I was willing to pay, their customer service was worth recognition. Thank you both Chris and Shelby for making such a hot day a little cooler!
