They get 5+ stars from me because they are prompt, professional, courteous, and exceptionally helpful in a time of pressing need. I have recent heart health issues and my air conditioning went out at 1 AM. I contacted Simply Air Conditioning early about 5:30 AM and Laura quickly scheduled my appointment. Daryl, the service technician, was here well before 8 AM, diagnosed the problem, discussed the problem, and fixed the problem by 9:00 AM. Before Daryl left, he showed me the bad parts and explained its function, he let know that the A/C unit was as old as the house (rental, 30 years old) and to inform the owners.

The invoice for the parts and labor were extremely fair, no price gouging, no inflation, or nonsense. I had a teacher friend's son who knows about HVAC confirm that I was getting the BEST DEAL that could be had here in the Las Vegas Valley. Daryl is very kind and honest, and knows his craft....I am IMPRESSED!

I called Focus, and set up a time for a plumber to come out. Jim showed up right on time. He had a book with pre-set prices for most standard service items, and showed me what the work would cost. He had everything he needed on the truck and completed the work about 30 minutes faster than he told me it would take. Left the work areas cleaner than they were when he got there.

Our air conditioner broke; we went through Yelp to get some recommendations and found Vegas Strong that way. It is never a good time in Vegas in the summer for the air conditioner to break, but Vegas Strong came within hours, got us set up for a complete new system and ducts as ours was over 40 years old and never updated or maintained, and they also delivered 3 portable room air conditioners to use free of charge while our system was down.They are a young company, not yet three years old. I was hesitant because of that, but couldn’t have been more wrong. Since they are new they are hungry to get customers and keep them happy. I didn’t know our attic was built around the old system when the house was built – and never heard a word of complaint, stomping, swearing, nothing – and I work from home and never even knew there were difficulties! I found out because my husband asked how things were when he got home from work, otherwise I still would not have ever known.Their service techs are efficient, quiet, professional and courteous. Any time we called we were greeted warmly and all questions were answered immediately without any passing of the buck. When they gave us our bid, there was work needed that was not anticipated nor put in the bid. They never even told me this; again, I found out because my husband asked why it was taking one day longer than anticipated and they told him. They absorbed the cost of the additional work without even letting me know or trying to increase their bid.The entire time our air conditioner was down, we were comfortable with their portable air conditioners that they delivered and set up, and there was no disruption in our daily routine while they were here.The only thing I can say is the cost was more than I expected as I looked online and saw air conditioners from Amazon and based my cost on that – which was not smart of me! We got a name brand system – Trane- and the confidence of the quality that comes with that brand.Best thing about Vegas Strong: name brand equipment; service; professionalism; cleaning up after each dayThing which could be improved on: I will let you know when I find it!I am so glad I went with a baby company – this is how all companies should be managed and run!

Alex V. is awesome !!! We had a thermostat issue ... apparently, an old thermostat that had to be on a daily program which was not overidable (and not acceptable) ... So, on the same visit, Alex presented us with 3 options. 1 and 2 were contenders, but Alex introduced option 3 ... the Nest! We chose the Nest option which he highly recommended. He installed 2 of them in our house and we could not be happier, not only with the product but with Alex as well. He was not pushy ... rather, he is pleasant, professional, efficient and personable ...and most of all, my husband praised him as well. After all, one never knows what you get when you have a new stranger come into your home to resolve an issue that is essential to your comfort and well being! But we immediately took to Alex. We will definitely call for him if we have future issues. Thank you, Alex — you were great !!!
