Best HVAC System Repair in Las Vegas NV

Thanks to the plumber, I had a fantastic day today. He was there in 35 minutes. He and his coworker cleaned the hard blockage in a professional, patient, and relentless manner. Thank you very much.

I had a problem with my AC unit. Haik came and fixed it at a reasonable price. He is honest and will do what is needed to take care of your problem without trying to sell you anything else and take advantage of your situation like other companies that I have worked with. And his costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend Hiak and his company for your AC needs.

Jeremy was very professional and upfront about repairs but not pushy. We did need a part replaced to keep the unit on , everything is expensive right? Overall he was very nice and pleased with his visit.

A week later no call from them after my warranty company gave them a contract to fix my stuff. Had to call them to get it scheduled and they still were going to make me wait 3 more days. Seems like they are unorganized and don’t know what customer service is.

Mike came out initially for the leak detection and wanted to give me 100% certainty that it was the water main leaking before recommending the main repair because it is a pricy repair. Fernando, Serenity and Arthur showed up for a waiter main replacement the following day and were very professional and experienced with replacing laying the new main line. I highly recommend these members and utilizing BEST for any water or HVAC issues you might have.

Chris came out for a routine plumbing inspection. He found some problem areas in dire need of repairing. He repaired them promptly and cleaned up after himself. Very courteous and friendly! Thank you, Chris!

Steve was really professional and helpful. He explained everything in a way I could understand. He was honest about all the repairs needed and why it was needed and what to look out for if problems ever happen again. I would definitely recommend them for others.

Alaskan started the job at the beginning of October 2020. The sales guy, Marcell, and installation technicians were great. They were prompt and on-time, did a great job and left me with a much better AC. As advertised they had to remove some drywall and insulation during the install. No surprises. With all that said, Alaskan ensured me that they were going to clean up their mess and repair the opening to my attic.

The repair to my attic opening took a bit longer than anticipated. The repair is now scheduled for this weekend (2/26). The sub contractor claimed they had trouble getting a hold of me. I checked my records and couldn't find any evidence of their calls. We were able to cool down and Chad from Alaskan and I talked, I told him what I found, and he was apologetic. I very much appreciated this. I also apologized for my short tempter and we had a good talk about the path forward.

Bottom line, some things were dropped by their subcontractor. Chad (and Alaskan) were willing to talk through it and still ensure the job was done. They even offered financial compensation if I had to pay anything out of pocket, but that wasn't the case. While I can't give them a 5 star review, I am making this edit from 1 to 3 stars. The willingness to talk it out and apologize goes a long way, and that is admirable since in the end we are not perfect.
