In the wee hours one morning we discovered a water pipe leak in the wall separating our office and garage. It sounded like a running faucet in the wall. A quarter inch of water was on the office floor. After shutting off the house water and mopping up the mess, we called LV Restoration because they are a complete, one-stop company. At 5:30am we were able to speak with a live person, and by 9:00am the wallboard was removed, water was restored to the house, and blowers were drying out the wall. Once dried out, the wall was completely reconstructed to match existing paint colors and baseboard molding in a single day. These guys are complete craftsmen who can do it all, which greatly speeds up the reconstruction process. We highly recommend LV Restoration for all your flooding recovery needs, as well as any other kitchen/bathroom renovation and remodeling needs. Our appointment to get a new water heater installed was at 6am. Robert was at our house at 6am sharp. Robert was very professional and very nice. He explained every to us and answered all our questions. I would recommend 5 star home services to friends and family 5 star rocks. Matt and Rose.

Misdiagnosed a toilet tank leak as a wax ring and charged $500 to replace the ring then wanted to change again to come fix the tank leak. Claimed it was a miraculous coincidence that the tank started leaking the day after they replaced the ring

My water heater did not work on a Saturday. I called around but no one was able to help on Saturday. Active plumbing said they would come over in an hour, but they actually arrived in 20 minutes, which was great. And Danny managed to replace my water heater within four hours, which was amazing on a Saturday. I was so relieved. Danny was very polite and easygoing. Definitely recommend them to whoever needs a service that needs to be done as soon as possible.

Water heater was replaced and new braker box near it to meet city regulations. Technician Alfred Sagado(Salgado) was very polite, friendly and very professional I oppenly recomend him.
