After determining that my grandparents needed a water heater replaced, I called several companies before deciding on Anytime Plumbing. I scheduled a service call for an estimate and was extremely pleased with the technician assigned. As committed, David called me before arriving at my grandparents home so that I could meet him there. David was very thorough in his evaluation and provided a fair estimate for the work to be done. Not only was David polite and professional, but he was very patient as my grandfather hovered. Upon completion of the work, David thoroughly cleaned his work area as if he'd never been there. I am glad that I called Anytime Plumbing and will use them again should the need arise - and I will definitely be asked that David be assigned the work order. Thank you Anytime Plumbing!

Complete emergency water removal and restoration. This job took a little more than a week and I had my home back fully restored. The team over at LV Restoration & Plumbing was incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The owner Joe is an absolute god sent, he is so knowledgeable and makes sure you are happy with everything and explains everything before moving forward.

Our main tech, Freddie was diligent in his efforts to get all our questions - answered. Also, to make sure our home was back to 100%!!

I would suggest anyone looking for an excellent water damage or even a restoration company in Las Vegas to give LV Restoration a call, they we're the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!!

I have been blown away my the customer service at this company. AC’s and their units can be tricky in Vegas. When something goes wrong in the summer heat, it can be devastating; when you have a 2 year old, that’s the first concern. I contacted this company with a huge concern and they arrived early. Their employees are not only professional, but honest people that really want to help. 10/10.

They will do anything humanly possible to deny your home warranty claim just to keep their ratings up with the home warranty companies!!! Beware!!!

James from Geottle was very professional and took his time explaining everything to me. He explained how the system worked and why it failed. He also explained my different options and how they differed from each other.

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years and have plenty of experience with contractors both good and bad. Plumbtech is among the best and provided excellent, comprehensive and quality service at a value price.

The work was substantial in that my house was incorrectly plumbed when it was built some 25 years ago. I will not go into the details to save space here but needless to say it was a job of several thousand dollars due to the extensive fixes needed to get everything up to code.

Plumbtech was attentive and provided a full set of options. The sale was straight forward and relaxed (unlike many other plumbing contractors I have experienced in the past). They explained the problems they found and gave me multiple options as to how to address them with advantages and disadvantages to each.

They started the work on time and finished it in the time frame promised. NO SURPRISES!

They tested and thoroughly and completely corrected any minor short comings that they found or that I pointed out before completing the job and paying the bill. It was one of my best experiences in Las Vegas with a contractor.

Michael was able to come out and asset the situation with my Garbage disposal. Able to repair it with a new one within the same day. Also made sure to clean up after and leave my place nice, wanted to make sure I was impressed with his services. I am very pleased with the results.
