Water heater busted and this was my first time dealing with this. Gary was very professional and guided me through all the steps that were needed. Answered all my questions, even the same ones I had asked before. Very happy with his service.

Update: Long story short the repair we originally called them to fix was not fixed correctly, the leak got worse and ruined our newly fixed ceiling. They did not want to hire a licenced contractor to fix our ceiling so now we have a horrible lumpy ceiling. Jaime the owner would not return our calls. NEVER AGAIN

We called Boss for what we thought was a big issue. We had a crease forming on the ceiling underneath our upstairs bathroom. Benny came out assesed all the possible issues and fixed it on no time at all. The price was very reasonable for parts and labor. Will keep Boss on our speed dial for future projects

Tried scheduling someone to come by for an estimate for a leak, girl on the phone said that someone would call in a few hours to schedule it but I guess they don't want business? Weird

Don't use this service place. They are unprofessional. They are always in a bad mood and only care about going home when they are a 24/7 business.

Nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with in my life. Came out on a Sunday, hottest day in July, worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and charged very little. Definitely the only Plumber I will ever use in the future. Blown away by the customer service!! Thank you!

Alex arrived on time and was very nice. He completed the work in a timely manner. He was professional and fast. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Another 5 star review for these guys! After a fantastic job last year helping me out with a different issue, I knew as soon as I saw a new leak who I'd be calling.

Chris came out today, quoted me a fair price and took care of my problem quickly. He is a super friendly guy I enjoyed chatting with who was happy to explain everything to me before, during and after the repair.

I hope not to need a plumber again, but as a homeowner, it is of course inevitable. I am really happy I found a plumber I trust!

Excellent! I'm so glad I found this company! Called them on Saturday at 10:30 AM for an outside leak after receiving an outrageous quote from another plumber. By 5:45PM, Anthony had dispatched, investigated, quoted, dug up the yard, left to get the parts he needed and completed the repair, and for significantly less than the other quotes I'd received.

Anthony even identified a potential future issue (of which I was already aware) and gave me a very reasonable quote for the preventative maintenance that will likely save me from future leaks and repairs.

Dealing with expensive home repairs is obviously something no one looks forward to, but all in all, I'm very happy with the service performed by Anthony and American Brothers and once I save enough in the budget to complete the maintenance they recommended, they'll be my only call.

I cannot shower Plumbing Solutions and Andy with enough praise. Simply, Andy is plumb amazing. On time. Respectful. Efficient. Joyful.

My shower was not working. Andy had it assessed and repaired (without having to notify my neighbors…yay) within one hour. He then took the time to make sure I was happy with it. Mistake on his part. I then had other questions, all of which he was kind enough to take the time to answer.

And just when he was almost out the door, I asked him to check the settings on my hot water heater. It had been moved to barely warm by an unnamed someone (oops) and he reset it. He also advised me to move all my art supplies from around the heater. Who knew? Andy did.

All the cracks you hear about plumbers…none of them apply. Use these guys and you will be flooded with gratitude. Maybe not the best choice of words, but you get my point.

Hydro Plumbing is extremely responsive and attentive to detail. They extended the extra effort to resolve drainage problems on east side of house.

Was referred by our overbooked plumber. Excellent scheduling process. Tech arrived without PPE protocols in place. Pleasant but self impressed... diagnosed component replacements for our water heater would cost almost the purchase price of our unit... which included his $120/hr rate for the drive across town to aquire parts. After discussing these fees w our plumber we decided to just replace & install it for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel my service request & pay a service call fee. They were once again very pleasant & professional, refusing payment seemingly embarrassed w Darren's behavior. Then Darren texted whining about our 2nd opinion. He thinks Covid-19 is imaginary. I told him he should expand his sources of factual information then i decided to leave it alone.... then.... Darren mistakenly texted me instead of his boss calling me a pea-headed f## lol yes he even mispelled the profanity. If you call these folks you should definitely request anyone but Darren. It's hard to get good help

Sam was a thorough professional and resolved the issue in no time. The previous plumbing company wanted to replace our entire toilet. Sam recommended the right repairs and helped fix the issue. Highly recommend Sam!
