Sin City plumbing sent over (without a doubt) one of their best plumbers to my house. Ura is his name, this man exemplified sincere customer service and gratitude. Talk about a fast and efficient worker who knows his stuff! After his task was complete, he even took a quick 5 minutes to assist me in taking my big tv off the wall just so I could attach the proper HDMI cable. What a blessing Ura was to me that day. He explained what exactly happened under my kitchen sink, as well as corrected a minor issue, and found a faulty garbage disposal to replace with a brand new one. I will 100% recommend this company, and more specifically plumber Ura!

As a homeowner myself, I just had the MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE with the replacement of my water heater from Sam at Sin City Plumbing. When I arrived to my garage on Friday evening to an inch of water everywhere, it was apparent the water heater was done, gonzo, over and out! Of course, it’s the weekend. I'm lucky that my rental company contracts with Sin City Plumbing. Sam has replaced a garbage disposal for me, he has rebuilt two toilets, and he also repaired a shower valve. Mark was very informative and explained that our issue was actually condensation from our AC. He showed me footage and pictures and explained why there were leaks on both floors. My only wish is that they were able to do the AC too. But, he went the extra step and talked to our AC company to explain to them what I needed. Wow, thank you so much! Plus, he answered some of my other plumbing questions unrelated to our issue. I will definitely keep their number! Now I can do the laundry while I wait...great.

Sin city redid the plumbing in my commercial building that is 40 years old and installed new toilets. A few months later we had some flushing issues, not their fault just the old plumbing line that is 80 feet long underground. Sin city came out three times for free and then on top of that gave me new toilets that have higher flushing power to help with the situation for free. I can’t believe a company like this exists, they back up their work and will ALWAYS have my business now because of it. I trust them 100%! Thank you Sin City!

I would give Sin City 10 Stars if I could! Thomas and Randell found a under the slab water leak that four other plumbing companies could not find or three leak companies and a heat camera. They ran 150’ of PVC pipe up in my crawl space and did not cut a ingle wall in my custom home. They also installed a tankless hot water heater to replace two 75 gallon ones and an alarm. They were neat, clean, friendly, considerate, and helpful. This was all arranged by Phil from Sin City. I will only use Sin City from now on.......Thank You Thomas, Randell, and Phil.

Ura plumber has a good understanding of air pressure testing to find gas leak outside the apartment & inside beside the stove. He is punctual, professional who knows what the job as a plumber. I contacted Sin City Plumbing to get a second opinion, the first company I called wanted to take out my concrete floors and charge me thousands! Which was not necessary! Have used Sin City Plumbing twice now. One for a root intrusion issue with our sewer line, and just recently for a broken compression fitting on our patio faucet. After our first service, we asked for Corky by name for our second service. Both times he was extremely polite, personable, and did excellent work. Ura replaced 2 shut off valve under my kitchen sink and also rerouted my gas line to my stove, he was very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done, he was very friendly and explained everything to me about the job. I will definitely use Sin City Plumbers and also request Ura for future plumbing issues

Tech was nice and did a good job.

On the downside after replacing two toilet tanks he could have offered to take them and dispose them at their shop. Instead just left them in the hallway and I had to remove them. Note I just had back surgery not something I needed to lift.

The other issue I was quoted an hourly price. The service total should have been $100 as it took him 20 minutes for the work. Even after my comments to him he still charged me $200.

Not very smart since we just started using them on other projects. Might have to rethink this now.

I had a cracked coupling on the main pipe leading into the septic tank, which is a scary thing for me. I was sent a technician to assess the problem and give me an estimate; and another technician to do the actual repair - Sam Cuvin. At first meeting, Sam is friendly and professional. He was masked. We had a small leak that turned into a major problem in our master bath. After calling Sin City, Phil responded quickly to assess and Carlos came out and repaired the water lines in a matter of minutes. They saved us! I purchased a new kitchen sink,faucet and garbage disposal and started to check around for a plumbing company to install them. I called one company they sent over a plumber for a free estimate. He checked out what I needed done and gave me an estimate that was very high I thought. I called several more plumbing companies and one gave a fair price but couldn't do the job when I needed it done. One said it was out of the area that they service and they were slammed with work otherwise if they were slow they would have come. I talked to another one and he said he could make it but again not when I needed it done. So I called Sin City plumbing and Neli answered the phone, I told her what I needed she said she would send Ura the next day. Ara came to my house on time and started to work right away pulling out the old sink, faucet and garbage disposal. He was very professional and curteous. I liked him immediately. Ara didn't rush things, he made sure every step he did was done right. I felt comfortable he new what he was doing.
After completing everything he ran the water, checked all joints and I even asked if I could run the dishwasher to make sure all was good. He said yes and then while it was running he picked up all his tools and took out all boxes. Then cleaned up around the sink and double checked for leaks and found none.
I am very happy with Sin City Plumbing and so happy to have met Ara because now he is my plumber for my next job.

I submitted a request on Angie's List for an estimate and got a call within like 1 minute. I received a text message with a picture of the technician that was coming to do my estimate within a few minutes of ending my call. We have used Sin City Plumbing for nearly 2 1/2 years. We contacted them again to replace our outside water spigot faucets which were nearly 30 years old as I had been noticing some issues when using them.

When I contacted SCP, I requested Sam as he is really the best plumber I have ever encountered -- friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very clean and efficient workmanship. While the other plumbers from SCP have come out, they are all great, but I am very biased (unfortunately) with the level of service which Sam provides. We will certainly continue to use them in the future -- and always make a request for Sam.

They fixed the problem that I was dealing with for over a month, knowing that my property manager wasn't trying to actually complete the job and has been playing with me the entire time since I moved in.
But they also left the job in complete leaving pipes untaxed from the wall leaving me to have to deal with my property manager once again. I would recommend using this company but make sure you stay on top of them.

You hear so many horror stories about home warranty companies sending out subpar companies to address your concerns. Not with Sin City Plumbing. My home warranty was quick to respond to my pilot light not igniting on my water heater. I was informed it would take 24-48 hours to hear from someone, not the case. Within 12 hours Sin City informed me that they'd be at my house and gave me a 4 hour time frame and were there earlier than expected (PLUS!!!). They did what they could with the pilot light and a few days later they had a new water heater installed. I plan on using Sin City for any plumbing issues that come up and referring them to friends and family. I truly appreciate that they valued my time and their professionalism. My first time with Sin City plumbing they came out the same day I called. I had a sewer line breakage in our shower area. Their plumber- URA was courteous was concerned about our safety ware mask the entire time took a look at what we had to have fixed and was able to give me a complete estimate up front and get the parts and get it repaired within very short period of time.Have used other plumbers in the past but I haven't been very satisfied with the cost of some of the projects. I'm extremely satisfied with Sin City plumbers they did an excellent job for a fair upfront cost.

Called Sin City Plumbing around 9am Friday morning, spoke to Melissa regarding a quote to have a new Pressure Reducer Valve installed in a rental house. Agreed to the price and the time. The tech Robert called ahead on the way, then I received a text from Sin City with his photo directly after the call. Super communication to this point. Robert is an amazing tech and knocked the work out in a very timely manner - very knowledgeable and great clean work. After the work was done Robert provided an electronic invoice along with before and after photos as well as an courtesy request to perform a plumbing home inspection - great final touch. Good company but they treat there employees like garbage

I hired Sin City Plumbing to do the installation of three bidet toilets. The price quoted was reasonable. The plumber, Ura, had prior experience installing both bidet seats and bidet toilets, so I felt comfortable using Sin City. Both the office staff and installers were friendly and professional. The work areas were cleaned afterwards and all packing materials were removed. I feel this company has great ethics in their relationships with clients. The next time a plumbing issue arises, I will not 'call around', but dial Sin City first.

For the second emergency again Late on a Saturday I call SIN CITY PLUMBING and they show up within an hour to fix the issue. The amazing plumber Tyler showed up, handled something I thought was unrepairable within 30 minutes both times. These guys are the best. They always show up. They do great work and I have now used them 8 times (new water heaters, 2 shower remodels, sink fixture replacements, and plugged drains). They have been great every time. I couldn’t recommend a better company to do plumbing.

Our water heater was over 20 years old. The bottom rusted out. Sam came out and assessed the situation. He installed a new water heater with all new piping and valves. He even took the time to install a drain pan and safety strap, both of which were not on the old water heater. He then cleaned up all of the water that had collected in the garage. I cannot say enough good about Sincity plumbing and about Sam’s hard work.

The first plumbing company through home warranty diagnosed the problem and left, not calling to ask if I wanted to pay for the repairs out-of-pocket as it was not covered. The leak remained, no thanks to OSP.
So I called Sin City plumbing and they sent Ura who arrived on time, text before arrival, completed the repair and cleaned up the floor for me as I was out of town. He sent me a copy of the invoice and pictures before and after. He checked the rest of the plumbing in the vacant house to make sure there were no other leaks. That is so appreciated and above any other plumbers I’ve worked with.

We did a remodel on our downstairs bathroom and Sam with Sin City Plumbing came to finish up the job by replacing all the old valves and installing our toilet and sink. We had complications because our home is older and the toilet we bought wouldn't work with the old angle stop placement. Sam patiently and carefully helped repack the toilet so I could return it to Lowes and exchange it for a new one. He wore booties to keep our house clean and made sure we were happy with the job before he left. I would definitely use this company again.

We had a leaky shower head or so we thought. Sin City sent out Corky to help investigate. So glad he was here to help. Corky made a great assessment for the fix. With his knowledge and help, we got a fix and back up and running better than before. We also spent much less than we had originally thought we would need to spend.
