I am extremely satisfied with Techcool Air conditioning and plumbing, I’ve had truly bad experiences with other plumbing companies; however, Hector in Techcool Air Conditioning and Plumbing was amazing! He was able to find the leak in my wall that three other plumbers failed to find. This issue has been on going for the past six months but thanks to Hector ‘s attention to detail this has been fixed. My toilet started leaking and the plumber arrived and fixed it on the spot. I needed a new wax ring and the bolts to fasten it to the floor. They waived the service call fee with the repair as promised. The plumber was very nice and obviously knew what he was doing. I Highly recommend them.

What a terrible company. American home shield is also a terrible company that air pro has a relationship with. After 4 days of having no AC these two companies couldn’t get it together to service my 80 YEAR OLD FATHER-IN-LAW, so I called them directly. The witch on the phone was rude and nasty, and after I realized it was looking unlikely that these two companies were going to work together to get his AC fixed. I just asked to make an appointment directly with them. I was desperate to help my father-in-law, which she couldn’t care less about. She said she would have the OTHER department call me. Well they never did. If they don’t want to do business with AHS or even customers of AHS, they should end their relationship with them and not keep customers in limbo like this. They probably like keeping their options open when business isn’t as good as it is in 115 degree weather. Luckily I decided to look through my father-in-law’s paperwork and found One Hour AC and it turns out his unit was covered under warranty and they came out within a couple of hours an fixed it in five minutes FOR FREE. I tried calling air pro back to tell them I didn’t need them but was on hold for 20 minutes and just hung up. And again they NEVER CALLED like they said they would. Go with ONE HOUR AC!!!! They were awesome AND KIND!!! Not like the heartless, nasty people at air pro masters

Our technician Stan was very informative and had many great recommendations to get the most out of our air conditioning system, he was very knowledgeable and we appreciated his patience to answer many of our questions, overall great experience and we will be requesting Stan again for all our HVAC service needs.

Very responsive and knowledgeable staff, however this company takes advantage of people in a crisis. I was given a quote for $1499 to repair one pipe that is accessible without any labor, considering I have a huge hole in my ceiling from a washer leak, and a new drain pan installed. I bought all supplies for less than $100 and paid a plumber $132 for labor.

Travis was awesome! Very thorough. He fixed the problem with my reverse osmosis and replaced old shower controls for me. I would ask for him again if I have any more plumbing needs.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.
