Anytime plumbing is my go to place for all my plumbing needs. Matt came out to the house to take care of plugged toilet. He was very courteous. He explained the problem and what needed to be done to repair the situation. Less than 2 hours later my toilet runs like a champ. Matt cleaned up after me was done. We are very happy with the way Matt treated us and the way we were treated on the phone. I did not remember the name of the young lady I talked to on the phone but she was very helpful. She communicated times and was so very courteous. I recommend this company to everyone who needs a plumber.

Wimpy AC sent DeAndrew to get our heat up and running, he was there with in 20 minutes and much to my surprise he had our heat working with in 30 minutes. Simply is the BEST!!!! Ask for DeAndrew every time!!!!

Pure Plumbing was great. We have a big masonry project that involved digging. They hit a drain pipe and everything stopped. Pure Plumbing came out within a few days of me calling. I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

It was 110 degrees last night when our 3-year old home A/C stopped working. We called the company that installed it (a national firm that will remain unnamed) and they said they couldn't do anything until tomorrow - it is 9 am on the following day and we still haven't heard from them. Matt with Max's Plumbing returned my call within minutes and was on-site fixing the A/C to everyone's satisfaction within 90 minutes. No That is What I am Talking About when it comes to outstanding service. I told Matt as he left that Max's Plumbing was my company forever.
