I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

Thanks Hector, after trying for 2 days with different companies, with bad results and delays in answering for fixing my ac these guys arrive the same day that i called them within 2 hours, and got it fixed for a reasonable price and offer to help in report a bad contractor who rip us off.

Everyone was knowledgeable, positive and professional - I felt taken care of in a time that could have been overwhelming and stressful. Each technician took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, always with a polite demeanor and smidge of humor! Did not pull permit and did not install hot water heater up to code.

Dispatch said the Technician would be there in 30 min, was over an hour. Charge was supposed to be $89.99 with a 5% discount for Seniors... Tech charged $169.00, and would not honor Senior Discount. Did not resolve issue and indicated it would be $3300 plus to potentially fix the issue. My first & last appointment with Goettl Plumbing & Air. I should have known better once they started pushing the maintenance membership. Enough said... I hope you have a better experience!

Jason Lobo was incredible. he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was awesome at working out the best deal for us to get our whole AC unit replaced and done in the same day. Highly recommend

They replaced 2 bathroom faucets. Very friendly..took care of the problem quickly.

I never really write reviews,but the efficiency and quality of work that we recieved from Gavin and Sam impressed me. They replaced our entire unit in less than 2 hours. These guys are hard working and extremely polite.

I called them to come out and replace my moms air conditioner. They sent a young lady out who claimed to have fixed something but come to find out she just used a water hose on the unit . And it wasn’t fixed but she charged me $300 . So I called that night to have someone sent back out and I had to keep calling to catch up with someone. Finally they sent someone out the next day and he checked and said that in fact the unit was no longer any good and he assured me I would get a refund. I had to call for about 2 days, left vm and no call was returned so I actually went in and spoke with the owners and they assured me I would get a refund but I never got it . And I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone or return any call and it’s been a little over 2 weeks . Very unprofessional and I’m not pleased with the customer service they provide .

Honest, reliable and good at what they do!!

Osvaldo Jimenez did an exceptional job working our AC installation. So much attention to detail, professionalism and very communicative. We felt that he was looking out for us from start to finish. Would recommend without question and hope to work with him in the future.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
