We had the best experience with Eddie Martinez from Anytime Plumbing. I put in a request after 6pm because our AC went out and he was here at 830am in the next morning. He was very thorough and extremely polite. I couldn't believe that he was able to fix our AC. He was very honest with us. I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

Installation of new system is a mess and not done professionally. Many items needed repaired, I will update posting after I get someone to call me back. Same Goettl individuals came back out which was awkward and 10 minutes of arguing because they didn’t want to fixed botched install. They didn't have a clue on the issues with cutting bridge bracing on trusses. Not cleaning drain pan and still a 90 degree on flex gas pipe which it will restrict gas flow. 5/17 , once you need repair it is impossible to get a Goettl service or support person to speak with or return a call. 5/31 Goettl failed inspection have to come back to repair for a third time. 6/9 still not contact about fail inspection. 7/11 system has broken worked for 2 months only. 7/11 evening Goettl repaired and 7/18 Goettl made final repairs to all issues only took two months and many calls. Inspection is only item left.

I have several friends who have used this business. What they say about Jeremy is that he has the experience necessary to do the work and he stands by his work. Here in the desert, you want your AC to work!

I have nothing bad to say about the performance of plumbers or the quality of the parts and service. It's the person who answers the phone. She always says, Hello, please hold. I've never called and had her say, Hello may I help you? I've held for between 15 to 20 minutes and once it was just to get a phone number to another department. And if you don't talk fast enough when she finally gets back she puts you on hold again. I have to hear the commercial about Fred & Mary's hard water problem on loop. You know you've held long when you can say the commercial verbatim! Air Pro please get more phone help. Hold times are long and your phone person is abrupt. The first experience is with the person who answers calls and I just wonder how much business you lost from people who got tired of waiting.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
