CAME TO MY HOME TO INSPECT AND CLEAN SYSTEM. A FEW DAYS AFTER HE LEFT I NOTICED THAT THE AC COMPRESSOR WAS MAKING NOISE AND WHEN I LOOKED I SAW THE OBVIOUS THAT ANY INSPECTION WOULD HAVE PICKED UP: THE WIRES TO THE FAN HANGING LOW DUE TO SLEEVE ROTTING AND WERE BEING CLIPPED BY FAN BLADES.

PRIOR TO THIS HE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR AND GAVE ME A WARRANTY FOR LABOR. HE REFUSED TO LIVE UP TO HIS WARRANTY BECAUSE I DARED COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS INSPECTION.

LOW QUALITY WORK AND LOWER QUALITY ETHICS. RUN FROM THIS CLOWN.

David, Anton, and Lou worked diligently for 3 hours into the evening (8pm) to get our a/c up and running in time for the burst of heat expected this weekend. They explained what was done and powered up the unit to make sure it worked. They reassured me that someone will be by tomorrow to check on it for leaks and that it is still running. We've dealt with Silverstate for years and have been satisfied with the work they have done.

Have worked with this company for years. They have always been on time and priced reasonable. Would recommend them and have to others.

Needed kitchen faucet and valves replaced. Roberto was the plumber assigned and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain every detail and made recommendations without trying to pad the bill. Highly recommended and would use again.

I have called them twice now. Both times they were able to quote and schedule by phone and text, without having to have an estimator visit. Then they showed up on time, did the job well, and charged exactly the amount they quoted. I’ll definitely call them next time.

I felt completely comfortable doing business with them. Carl was so cool and my service guy TL was so nice. He made me feel relaxed and assured the right thing was being done and cost would be fair. In fact the overall experience made the decision to buy a maintenance plan with Active P&AC easy. I feel we're in good hands and I'm no lo ger concerned with something breaking down. I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

Misdiagnosed a toilet tank leak as a wax ring and charged $500 to replace the ring then wanted to change again to come fix the tank leak. Claimed it was a miraculous coincidence that the tank started leaking the day after they replaced the ring

Likely the worst business experience I've had in Las Vegas. They were assigned by my home warranty company for a washer drain overflow and washer faucet replacement. Ten days and another drain overflow flooding later my plumbing problems were still not resolved. I cancelled their service call and then cancelled my home warranty. Paid out of pocked for both problems to be taken care of by a company that had the best reviews on Yelp and Google. Problems were taken care of in about 4 hours. Can't put a price tag on peace of mind.
