Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

I had been researching for restoration company to help fix the damages from the heavy rain and snow last year. I had come across LV Restoration and request for an estimate. Right away, they send in Romy, who came in and told what the process was. He really got this ball moving and made sure our roof was fix right away once an estimator came in. David, a project estimator, came in and did all the necessary steps and measurements to ensure the insurance pay for the damages done. He was even nice enough to sit down with me to explain the whole process for an hour and half. Then the company send in Miguel from an asbestos company to remediate the asbestos. Miguel and his team did a great job remediating the asbestos and packing our things into a pod. Once the remediation was done, Luis, Director of Operations, and Juan, the project manager/contractor came in, and started restoring our dining/kitchen room and the apartment. Most of all, the president of this company, Joe has really help us with insurance. He really fought tooth and nails to make sure the insurance pay for the necessary repairs to be done on the house and he ensured the restoration was done right away due to my mom’s condition. This company really treat us like family all the way and make sure we are satisfied until the very end. If you want a company, you can trust and fight tooth and nails for you with the insurance. This is the company for you. My mom and I are really thankful for what this company has done for us.

Vegas Vally Plumbing sought our home repair that I listed on Angie’s List. Joshua was amazingly kind & professional. He documented why repair was not needed or needed. He did not try to find other problems, unless it truly needed attention.

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. We had Goettl install 2 new AC units last October, empty promises of being there when we need them. For one, the techs that came out left a mess outside & inside out bedroom, trash, etc. One of the closets had to have the wall mounted items removed and reinstalled after, which the repair guy they had come did a HORRIBLE JOB! They shelves ended up collaping and damaging some items. I tried calling Armando about this and the fact that our room was not cooling as promised, no call back. Didn't think much of it over the winter, now that it is higher Temps again, I called for maintenance, was told a higher price than what was quoted, a manager was supposed to call me to discuss issues, no call back. Scheduled maintenance from their service plan, was told a different date, somehow, over a month out. So much for being there!

My water heater was leaking and Dan came out. It was a simple fix and a very reasonable fee. He even fixed another part the installer had done incorrectly. I will definitely use Flush It again when I need a plumber!

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!

Spoke to owner this am and asked him about water pressure. Sent Dave this afternoon to check things out. I was very satisfied with them and will use them again.

My garage ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I contacted Sunny Plumber, and they sent over a serviceman promptly. He viewed the ceiling and then arranged for a demolition/construction company to come and tear out that portion of the water-damaged ceiling. They cleaned out and sanitized the area, and the Sunny Plumber serviceman returned to view and determine where the leak originated. It took us both standing and looking up...while all my inside faucets were running...and 15 minutes of patience to finally see a small leak in one of the water lines crossing inside the ceiling access. Thank goodness the serviceman didn't give up...it took a while for the leak to show...but it turned out to be a quick fix. Thank you, Sunny Plumber! Mary D.
