I had the Sunny Plumber connect four sinks. Three of the drains on the sinks leaked. They came back three times on one sink to get it right on the third try it was finely fixed. I now found out that two other sinks that they connected are now leaking. Would rather fix it myself than have them come back multiple times to get it right. And they charged top dollar for doing it wrong.

Would never recommend them! Way overpriced! Do your homework and be careful! Had a bad water pressure regulator. They wanted to charge me 480.00 to replace it! I laughed, did it myself for 75.00

So my kitchen sink was clogged. I only reason I tought of them is because I always hear there commercials driving to work. So I call them for my kitchen sink...two young guys show up look at my sink and say they will charge me 245 dollars to fix my P trap in my sink... I say no because I felt it was a little high and resheduled for tomorrow to think about it...so I go on YouTube find the problem ..and use my same P trap pipe put everything back together and it's been running fine. Now you're telling those guys couldn't look at the p trap pipe and tell me the thing was just loose and I didn't need a new one!??... they were going to charge me 245 dollars for something I did with one hand...now I'm even mad they got 50 bucks outta me just to come out . Stop over charging and be honest people work hard for every dollar they have and the least you can do is be honest so I will call on you tube next time before I call anybody👎

I had the Tankless Hot Water Heater installed. Installation was great, just needed LV City inspector to inspect gas piping that was done Monday morning of Sept 17. What I was never told during installation or during the sales was that once the inspection was done that I would need to contact SW Gas so that they could connect the gas piping. I thought I paid for this and if so the connection of the gas piping should be the concern of Sunny Plumbing and not the customer. ???

Great Service, Fast Response time. I love these guys. The tech (I forget his name now) showed up early, checked out the work that I had already done and diagnosed the people and the gas control valve on my water heater. He even called around trying to find the right one for me. I will save them as my go to plumber from now on.

Sunny quoted me over $4000 just to replace my hot water heater. A different plumber replaced the tank for $1800. Go with Sunny if you like paying double.

I called to get a ball park estimate for a service that they should be able to quote over the phone. I was inquiring about how much they would charge to install a drip pan under a water heater that has no issues. No repairs, just an installation. I was informed that there is a $49.00 service fee for the estimate, and that amount could be applied to the service. I am not going to pay someone a set fee for an estimate in the event that they are more expensive than other people. As a Realtor I talk to quite a few people. Sunny will not be on my list of recommendations.

My master bath tub upstairs suddenly was draining into my basement! Called The Sunny Plumber and they had a plumbing tech out within hours the same day! They did a top to bottom inspection of our home and went over the list of issues they noted. They were honest and told me which were the MUST DO NOW items. Which need done but doesn’t have to be now and explained the differences between the price and quality of the different products they had available. They even offered financing if we need it. Our Technician was Jesse. I can’t say enough of him! Great communication skills, explained everything he was doing as he moved from one issue to the next. He was on time. Was very attention to detail and took pride in his work! Love him!! Will definitely be calling the Sunny Plumber for ALL our future plumbing needs.

We called to have service done on our business toilet and was nothing but a hassle to just make the appointment. Although the receptionist was very nice, they would not come out to our business without talking directly to the owner of the building. The building owner is a corporation and has a property manager, but yet that wasn't good enough. I think they need to change some of their policies.

I am very pleased with the service I received. The call center staff were friendly and kept me informed on when the plumbers would be out. The plumbers arrived within the prescribed 2 hour window. The truck and technicians were professional appearing. I was having a leaking pipe repaired, they gave me their best advise on how to proceed, gave me an exact cost and worked within the budget. No hassle, or troubles at all. Both Elvis and his colleague did great and I would recommend Sunny plumber to anyone. This place lived up to all the hype their radio commercial project.

Plumbers hydro-jetted our entire home and we now have free-flowing drains, including in the laundry room which had been totally clogged and not flowing at all. Workers were fast, friendly, and polite. Overall a good experience.

Had the plumber come to my house quoted me a price that was too much told the plumber I would go a different route the plumber then give me an attitude and told me where's my $49 good luck finding someone else to fix this after hearing how old my house was (built in 1995) very unprofessional would never recommend or use this company again felt it very rude to come into someone's house and be disrespectful toward them then when I called the office to speak to a manager about the problem the woman on the phone was laughing like it was a joke will call tomorrow to speak to the manager if the manager even cares

The technician Sidney was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond conductibg his work as well as with replacing the valve, pipe, faucets in the shower. My garage ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I contacted Sunny Plumber, and they sent over a serviceman promptly. He viewed the ceiling and then arranged for a demolition/construction company to come and tear out that portion of the water-damaged ceiling. They cleaned out and sanitized the area, and the Sunny Plumber serviceman returned to view and determine where the leak originated. It took us both standing and looking up...while all my inside faucets were running...and 15 minutes of patience to finally see a small leak in one of the water lines crossing inside the ceiling access. Thank goodness the serviceman didn't give up...it took a while for the leak to show...but it turned out to be a quick fix. Thank you, Sunny Plumber! Mary D.

The service I had was an evaluation off all the plumbing in my home. Very thorough and knowledgeable enjoyed having them by.

We reached out to the Sunny Plumber for a leaking water main, and I was given an appointment that day (Friday) and they were right on time. They Diagnosed the problem immediately and I was given two options and quotes. The following day (Saturday) they were unable to get the part so we were rescheduled for Monday at 0900. There was some trouble getting the parts and equipment to do the job so Plumber Ivan arrived around 12:20 and got started on the job. It took a few hours but he did a fantastic job. A little bit of miscommunication regarding which repair we had decided to do and the one completed resulted in a phone call to the store manager who ended up charging us for the lesser job and wishes of an early 'Merry Christmas. We will certainly recommend The Sunny Plumber without hesitation. A very fair and reliable company with very nice, polite and knowledgeable crew. Thank you!

Fast realiable service

My wife and I just bought a home and have had to deal with some bad things that were unseen. Fortunately for us companies like Sunny plumber and guys like Brian and Nick. Brian came out at 6pm on a Sunday night to help us out. He liked us so much he came back Monday and brought Nick. Two respectful and helpful guys that I would have back anytime. Now if our Home warranty company worked like Sunny and Goettl, we might a great house to live in. Thanks again guys!

Take the quote and look on YouTube to see if the fix is even that hard. Our laundry box needed to be replaced and I am not remotely a plumber so I called sunny to take a look at the issue and they quoted me 1800 dollars I was definitely not expecting that much so I decided to pay for the quote and look into it further I started reading on the fix and looking up parts and I was so confused how they came up with 1800 dollars for this fix. The videos I watched seemed pretty doable so I went ahead and cut everything out and did the replacement it cost me 250 dollars to do it myself and it was a piece a cake. Don't trust sunny's quotes they were definitely taking advantage of a situation, im glad I did more research it was worth the savings.

Can't recommend this company. My kitchen was flooding and they said the best thing they could do was to show up the next day. Not to mention in order to send out a plumber, they asked me to pay $49 first over the phone!!! Ended up calling someone else who could come within 2 hours and didn't require me to pay for them just to come out. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The only reason I'm not rating it at a 5 is because I waited around the business day before, and even called them to make sure they were still coming because they notified me they were running late. So, right after my call, where I said I was still waiting for them, they later said they couldn't reach me on the phone, and they just didn't show up without leaving a message or attempting to call again a few minutes later before they left the area. I had to call a couple hours later to find out they decided not to come. So I waited for nothing and had to schedule another day for them to visit. Second day, they showed up early, which was fine. Technicians seem to be knowledgeable, and told me what was wrong, and a second person called to talk about all the things going on in my house. They will be working on my house, but I told them they needed to be here in the designated time frame. The technicians appear to be more efficient than the customer service, so give them a try, but just be aware.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained things so I could understand. I appreciate his honesty and patience with folks that have a very limited knowledge of plumbing issues.

I love that we got a phone call to let us know our plumber was on his way. Ben checked everything out, and as we suspected we needed a new kitchen faucet. Since I wanted to purchase it myself, Ben and I met at the Home Depot and he was very helpful in picking out the best faucet for us. We met back at my house, and Ben proceeded to do an efficient and competent install, explaining and showing us all the new features of the faucet. Thanks Ben for making this process go so smooth!!!!

quick and efficent

Complete ripoff, do not use this service. They charged me $200 to unclog my dishwasher drain and wanted to charge me $400 to replace the air gap which costs $15.99 at Home Depot. They were supposed to follow up the next day and no one showed up or called.

Elvis was the tech that came out to check all of our plumbing lines and make sure everything was okay. He was great. A++++

I called to explain that I had changed the filters of my reverse osmosis system and that it was leaking, and needed help and they said they would send a person and when he arrived and saw that all replacements were new he cut a hose and tied it again that everything was fine, I charge $ 49 and when I spend half an hour your odo was the same as before, even the hose that according to the arrangement.
When we call them, they say they can only help me if I buy them some pieces for $ 290, when you can buy all the equipment in Home Depot or Lowes for $ 170 menis. I feel cheated by this company.

Tony Castellanos was the technician who met with us and inspected our condo's plumbing system. He was very thorough and inspected all faucets, toilets, our water heater and water softener, and drained our water heater. He had a couple of suggestions for things we should watch out for (e.g., master bedroom toilet), but didn't put any pressure on us to install replacement or upgrade parts--an issue we've had with both Goettl (Sunny's affiliate) and Sunny in the past--we are on a monthly membership program with them. Tony was very patient with all of my stupid questions and was very good at explaining what he was doing.
If we have plumbing questions in the future, I'd specifically ask for Tony.

Gave me an estimate of $1935 -$3000 to replace my water heater. I told him that seemed too expensive, so the technician called his office and came back with an estimate of $1500. A $435 drop in price just like that!! Called Water Heater Pros who came out the next day and installed a better unit in less than 2 hours for just under $1000. The Sunny Plumber was going to charge me.2-3 times as much than Water Heater Pros....ridiculous price gouging. Glad I called Water Heater Pros and got a fair price instead of getting ripped off by the Sunny Plumber company!! I highly recommend Water Heater Pros and would tell people to steer away from the Sunny Plumber.

Jesse was a great help today. He changed my garbage disposal and my RO filtration system. He was very professional and did it very quickly.

Jesus came out to put in water lines, a new water softner system and reverse osmosis system. I have never seen a man work so hard and be so professional in his job. Jesus also had a helper the first day to dig the trenches. We are very pleased with what has been done to make our home more enjoyable to live in. Very prompt but extremely expensive. Compared prices after work was completed and they were high.

The techs were punctual, professional, courteous and answered all my questions. They lost 1 star since they did not precisely follow my wife's request regarding a faucet installation. The detail was simply not communicated to the tech when the order was written and she was not home to supervise the installation. Minor problem, but will require a trip back.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THEM!! The came out to offer a free check of our plumbing, and to check our water quality. First the plumbing check.. they found a few issues that we were already aware of and had previously received a few quotes on from other plumbers.. The sunny plumbers quote was almost double the cheapest quote we already had.

NOW THE WORST PART... The woman they had come do our water test was friendly enough, and spent a few hours checking our water and showing us how bad is was. She had us convinced we needed to get the whole home RO system which was $12,500. Now I will take full credit for allowing myself to be talked into this without taking more time to do more research, but that being said, here is where things went south. She told us the loan would be something in the neighborhood of 7ish percent with payments just north of $120 or so. She ran my credit (telling me it was going to be a soft pull so not to worry) and got the approval. She booked the install for the next day (Saturday) and left.

After thinking about things that night we changed our minds, called and canceled. That Monday I called to cancel the loan only to find out that the pull was indeed a HARD PULL and that the loan was no where near what we had been told. The loan was going to be 0 interest for 6 months then it was going to convert to 24.99 percent with payments of around $300! WHOA! Not what we had been told by the rep at all!!

They may be good at what they do, don't know, never got to use them after the very high quote and the misrepresentation by their sales person over the water filtration. All I can say is DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THEM.

Brad from their office called me to discuss this. He said that this isn’t their usual way of doing business and apologized for the trouble. He offered a discount on the system (which we declined) to try and make things right. They also forgot to cancel the “free soap” that comes with the system so when the first shipment of that arrived he also told me to keep that. Maybe this was a fluke, but I still stand by my suggestion to do your homework beforehand.

I had to make an emergency decision. I had to decide to replace the leaking water heater with another 50 gallon tank or commit to a tankless water heater. I decided to go tankless. The team of plumbers were able to complete the job in a very reasonable time.

The tech Jeff came by the next day and made some adjustments and the water heater is quick even when the recirculator is not on.

It was such a great decision.

Called to have a faucet shut off valve replaced. They said they needed $49 in advance to have it looked at. Told them already know the valve is bad and just wanted the valve replaced. They said it could be waived after they did the repair. Not exactly the service the commercials suggest. I decided to replace it myself. It is really about $20 dollars in part and 1 hour of my time and of course a trip to home depot. Was willing to get it done by this company, but we never got there due to the 49 dollar service charge.

I wish I had known about the Sunny Plumber sooner. Their representatives are friendly and knowledgeable about plumbing and the products in our home.
Our other plumber represented themselves as having experience with our system, and we were constantly having issues with call backs. The other plumber said they checked out our system and apparently did not know we had problems.
The Sunny Plumber checked out all the plumbing in the home, gave us suggestions on upkeep and made sure all our drains were clear. We had new product installed along with a guarantee that they will come out 'free of charge' if we have any issues with the products. In addition they will come out twice a year, once before the summer and once before the winter to check out the systems. They were fair in their pricing, did a great job and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend them.

When David arrived at the house he was very clean and neat. He explained what he was going to be doing the order he was gonna be doing it in NY that order would work the best for him. When he found a few issues that he found he explained why they were issues what should be fixed ASAP and what could wait. We had him fix all the issues. When he was done he showed us his work gave us tips to help things keep working well and answered all of our questions. Best experience with the plumbing company in Vegas so far.

Tony was very prompt, explained everything clearly, did a beautiful job quickly. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because I felt it was very expensive. The replacement parts retail were only about an eighth of the total invoice.

I have to say that Jesse was awesome! A true professional that went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. Our new faucet had a faulty part. Jesse got on the phone with Delta customer service as they walked him through a diagnostic (not everyone would have taken their time). When the part arrived days later, there was Jesse to finish what he started. If we ever have problems in the future, I'll call Sunny Plumber and ask for Jesse!

My first visit from them didn't start off so well with the time for the plumber who was to do an inspection passing and me having to call them to find out what was up. The second looked like it almost was going to go the same way because when they called to let me know the A/C guys were not going to make it they said they couldn't find the appointment. They got it though and I had two plumbers out on a sales call not long after. They gave me my options and we discussed what would be best for what I really wanted to do and then set up the install. I never felt pressured to do any other work or that I had to pick one of the options. The third time for the installation went off without a hitch.

I got a call shortly after the start of my time window and David showed up quickly after. He broke down again what he would be doing and installing and how long the water would be off. It took a little less time then estimated to get the old softener out, a new conditioner in and the descaler installed along with new connections to the hot water heater. Everything was cleaned up and he walked me through how the system worked and set the timer on the conditioner. I got the warranty card that he filled out for me and I just need to drop in the mail and the manufacturer's information for the equipment. Now I have a no salt virtual maintenance free system.

After a bad experience with a plumber it was refreshing to have a knowledgeable, professional plumber (Justin Kausal) who did an exceptional job. Sara Raney

To say they are over charging would be generous. I had then come out to replace a shower valve and a tub valve. All valves and piping are exposed as I had already done all of the demolition, and had brand new valves. I was quoted just over $2200. When I first called they would not give me any idea of what the cost could or at least what their hourly rate is. The $49 may suck but its money well spent when compared to what I would have wasted other wise.
Hind sight being 20/20 I am googling the price of shower and tub valve replacement, and I am only seeing just over $400 per valve on the high end. I would advise is to save your time and money by doing business with a company that is upfront with their pricing.

I had a leaky hot water heater and and an outdated solar hot water heating system. Sunny Plumber came out and ripped all that out of the garage and put in a new tankless system with a pump to get us hot water in the kitchen faster. I received same day service. They were prompt, reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

This would be my second contact with Sunny Plumber with them installing water heaters in both of my homes, both being very positive.

Luckily I came to my senses after my home warranty, 2-10, a degenerate of a company sent out a contractor, who from the beginning kept wondering why they would send him to do my repair and complaining about the whole procedure. RED FLAGS were going up!

After a week with no hot water or work being done by 2-10 warranty or the thin skinned contractor, I called Sunny Plumber again to replace that water heater and could not be happier. Fair price, great work of installation and not one complaint of how hard the job was, unlike the goober of a contractor 2-10 sent out.

Quoted $2000 to change a water heater. We laughed. Immediately lowered the price to $1500. Cannot speak to the quality of their work, because we went another direction; a much cheaper direction. Very disappointed at their attempt to take advantage of someone who needed their services.

Tech came out they were courteous, quick and able to meet the arrival window that they originally quoted me. I felt they did a solid job on three valve replacements that had been leaking. I have not used plumbers in quite some time and first impression was that the price was much higher than what I expected but I was able to use a coupon I found online. That would be my only feedback that perhaps the cost could have been a little bit lower. Would use them again but will research others to see if more competitive pricing in the market without sacrificing quality.

We were out of town, a Sunday night at 4pm, when our neighbor noticed our flooded kitchen and a huge leak from Our RO unit. Burst pipe. While on the phone with her, I called Sunny plumber. They quickly changed their schedule-and go someone out for us within the hour. TONY the technician was awesome. He fixed everything within 2hrs. Went above and beyond to make it look great.
In an emergency situation, most companies would try to gouge what they could. It was after 7pm when he was finished on a Sunday, but this company was fair, honest, quick and really helpful.

I am a member of their club, I was going to cancel -but being a member saved us at least $350 on this emergency job and got them to act quickly.

Can you find “cheaper” places —possibly. But to find excellent quality and amazing customer service for quickness like that-especially in an emergency—it’s rare.

I trust Sunny for all our plumbing needs and I’m so grateful for the Customer Service agent for finding a plumber quickly and for TONY taking his Sunday to save our house and go way above and beyond to make it perfect again.

Hot water gave up on us, called The Sunny Plumber around 6:30 am, they scheduled their field guy Elvis to come out and diagnose the issue within an hour or 2. Determined it was time for the old hot water heater to be replaced. Explained in detail very knowledgeable. Set up the replacement for same day between 12-2. Sunny Plumber did a wonderful job installing a new shower head for us today. The plumber, Elvis, arrived on time and was knowledgeable and efficient. We expected to have a faucet installed in the powder room, but it was only the aerator, which Elvis installed in no time. He also inspected our plumbing and made reasonable recommendations for upgrading and safety. We were very pleased with this visit, as well as a prior visit when a new kitchen faucet was installed.

Seriously though, I wanted to get an estimate on having a water softener installed and they sent some salesperson (who gave me an estimate of 3 to 15000 dollars) that wanted to test my water to tell me it was hard... I kinda already knew that. After this demonstration I knew that I was done with this company.

To wake up early morning to no hot water only to find out your water heater leaking in the garage at 6:30 a.m. was a sorrowful sight first thing and on a Holiday. I called on a whiim but Sunny Plumber answered and they were at my home by 7:30a.m. replacing my water heater and a job well done in less than 45 minutes - Thank you for being there!!

Brain Garcia was very knowledgeable, very polite, and a all around good worker. He took his time in explaining any concerns I had, he's a wonderful technician.

This is my second need for the Sunny Plumber to do repairs in my home. My experience was even better than the first and the first was fantastic!! Ivan repaired the garden faucet on the front of my home and even showed me pictures because I was unable to leave the inside of my home to go outside. (had an accident and fractured 3 ribs!) Very courteous, patient with my many questions because the past repairs on the same faucet haven't lasted more than a year or so. I have had to replace this same unit 3 times in 4 years. He says I have a two year warranty parts and labor and says this is a permanent fix and I will probably not need a future repair like I have in the past. I will DEFINITELY use Sunny Plumber for any of my plumbing needs. Kudos to all of the staff and techs they are wonderful!!!

Update 02/19/18 - Had some minor services scheduled and they were easy to work with. Had to push the original date back and it was no trouble, on the day of everything was done fast and I have some piece of mind now not having to worry about future problems. Great service!

The agent that come to service my house was knowledgeable, and professional.They know their work.

My pool shower went out yesterday (Sunday) and while it wasn't an emergency I called The Sunny Plumber. They sent out a guy in 45 mins and had the water flowing soon after. They didn't charge me over time rates and it was virtual painless! The Sunny Plumber's are great!

COMPLETE SCAM! I had a leaking shower faucet. The plumber came out, turned the faucet on, turned the faucet off, and then said I had to replace all the hardware. He quoted me $1700. Then he said he would give me deal, and proceeded to quote $1500. Needless to say I didn’t take the bait. And then he tried to charge me $50 for a free quote. 30 minutes on YouTube and $40 in parts and I had my faucet working as good as new.

Hip came out and flushed the water heater and checked all the plumbing. Very courteous and professional.

I feel the prices were a little high...considering he spent a total of 20 minutes here in 2 visits. The parts cost are about 35-40 dollars n i pd 230.00 n thats with a 75.00 coupon n no service fee.. Service tech was nice enough.

Unfortunately our hot water tank flooded our garage, we couldn’t use even the cold water because the water just would pour out of the tank. We called the Sunny Plumber and they were here in less than a half hour. We knew we would have to purchase another hot water tank, but we decided to go with a tankless water heater, so we won’t have this problem again, it came with a 15 year warranty, Sunny Plumber took care of everything including the permit, now we have instant hot water and we are fearless of ever flooding.
The technician Ivan, was very meticulous and cleaned up everything behind him, he was pleasant and answered many questions we had.

The plumber was good at his job however, the service was expensive. It appears that there may a racket within the plumbing industry in Metro Las Vegas area. Every plumbing company wanted $675.00 or above to install a hot water heater. Why does it cost so much to connect 3 water lines?

The Sunny Plumber was quick to respond to replace my flooding hot water heater. Diagnosed the problem, quickly completed the job and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the site when the job was complete.

Very nice tech came to diagnose a leaking pipe--he gets the 2 stars. So $49.95 is the charge for the visit alone--there is no free estimate. Ok fine, I can live with that I guess. The plumber told me that the two pieces of leaking pipe became detached and needed glued and would take him 2 mins. $260.00. REALLY!?!? Highway robbery. I said no thanks, went to Lowe's, spent $4.16, applied glue, reattached pipes, and done. I understand being a profitable business, but charging almost $300 for a 2 minute job is absurd and insulting.

These guys really don’t know what they’re doing. They did all new plumbing in my house. It was all pretty much wrong. Then after they got done had a clog. They sent somebody out he snaked it. You days later the clog was back. Called another company They snaked it no problem since. But because of them I had to pay for the same thing twice. The plumbing work that they did in my house was grossly overpriced.

Brian was great! Sunny Plumber was fantastic we called at 8pm on a Saturday evening and they arrived at our home the next morning by 9am. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Brian (??) was awesome! Great service and on time.

They replaced my water main about two years ago as it was leaking in the front yard. After the replacement my irrigation system stopped working in the back yard and only after some investigating I discovered the sunny plumber installed a ball valve to control the water to the irrigation system, they failed to put in a valve access box and buried the ball valve in the front yard in the off position... I had to dig up my front yard to find it (luckily I took photos so I knew where it was before they buried it).

Upon turning the water on all of my pipes were cracked and leaking due to damage from them trenching my front yard and they also cut my electrical l wires to control my sprinklers... I guess this is their way of “doing things the right way” like they say in the commercials! Over charged me $8500 for a water main replacement and then destroyed my irrigation system and buried the evidence... solid company right here!

I have photos of all of this... don’t let this company overcharge you for basic plumbing repairs!

Not impressed with their service. They cancelled the plumber Maintenance inspection appointment I had with them two weeks in a row. Then they finally send someone and this guy Ivan comes out to inpect my water heater. He then drains it as part of the inspection and advises me that I should probably get a new heater. I decline that service. The next day i go into my garage and my water heater is leaking. Quiet a coincidene that my water heater was operating just fine prior to him coming out and then out of know where its starts leaking. Dont use these guys unless you feel like spending koney when you dont need too.
