We were absent for 18 months and the cartridge for the shower faucet collected scale and the hot water flow was severely reduced. I called NPA and scheduled a service visit for noon the next day. That was fair enough for a mid day call. But later, Andrew phoned and said he could come out that same day, which he did. He diagnosed the problem, went to get a new cartridge, came back shortly and installed it. They exceeded my expectations.

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

So glad we chose Boss Plumbing through our AHS warranty. For the first call they came out same day! The second call they came out next day. Some of the work we need done isn't covered under our warranty but they gave us a fair estimate. They really communicate well with customers both the office staff and our great technician Jonathan who came and resolved our issues both times explained clearly what the issue was how he fixed it and what else needs to be done.
