Thanks Hector, after trying for 2 days with different companies, with bad results and delays in answering for fixing my ac these guys arrive the same day that i called them within 2 hours, and got it fixed for a reasonable price and offer to help in report a bad contractor who rip us off.

I paid $6100 up front for a tankless water heater to be installed during a week when I wouldnt be home. The sales rep informed me Eternal Plumbing would take care of everything including permitting etc. and I wouldn't have to do anything. The install began on a Tuesday and ended Wednesday. Im assuming the install is complete, however, I came home to a house with no hot water. The company failed to inform me when they were finished and failed to inform me that I needed to contact the gas company for gas hookup and failed to inform me I needed to contact the inspector to inspect the unit. At the point of sale, I was told all of this would be done by Eternal Plumbing. I called the gas company today and was told the next appointment was next Tuesday (8 days away). So, I wont have hot water for a total of 14 days (and I paid $6100 for it!). If you want a company that overcharges, under-delivers, and abandons an excellent customer, go with Eternal Plumbing. The exhaust on the tankless water heater is crooked and the pipe insulation inst wrapped or glued together, I guess they had better things to do than complete this job. What a joke.

I have used this company twice. Haik was so helpful by coming out on the day I called. Very professional and excellent quality work!

We called for a maintenance checkup on our 20 year old heat pump and air conditioner. Replaced one part and we're hopeful everything will be ok for several more years. Both fellows were very professional and explained to us what was needed. No pressure.

I called LV Restoration to make an appointment for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. I was given an appointment for Thursday, 2/11, at 12:30 p.m. with Louis. On Thursday, at 1:00, Louis was still not at our home & I hadn't heard from LV Restoration. I called the business & was told he was on his way. Louis arrived, looked around our kitchen, & left, letting us know he would have an estimate to us by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I called the office after Louis left & confirmed they had our email address for the estimate. On Friday (2/19) of the next week, 3-4 days after the time promised for the estimate, I had still not received an estimate from Louis. I again called the office. The woman answering the phone told me she would contact Louis immediately & either have him get the estimate to me or let me know what was going on. It has now been over a month since our appointment with Louis & almost a month since I called to find out where our estimate was. We haven't received an estimate or heard from LV Restoration. I can't comment on the quality or value of the work because we didn't even get that far. What I can say is that in the limited contact I had with the business, Louis arrived late to our appointment without letting us know. Louis failed to provide an estimate by the time promised. The office failed to keep us updated or to follow up with us. Needless to say, we did not use LV Restoration for our remodel.

I use this company 2x a year to check on my heater/ac unit. They always remember my appointment and show up as planned. The office staff is always the same, it's nice to call and they know who you are.

5 Star is the worst company I have ever dealt with! The technician had no idea what he was doing. He fixed the unit at 9 pm and by 9am the next morning, it went out again. The same tech came out the next day and fixed the unit again. Within 2 hours, it was out again. The tech came out for a third time and said he had no idea what was wrong with the unit. He said everything looked good to him. At that point we asked him to leave and had another AC company come out. Turned out 5 Star had installed the compressor wrong, did not bolt it down and used to small of electrical wires. That caused all kinds of problems including burning out the wires, disconnect box, contactor, etc. We ended up buying a new AC unit. I would never recommend 5 Star to anyone! Customer service is awful and they are not well trained.

I highly recommend Rick & his team. They were very honest with me regarding the price. I was told $375 to install the water filtration system & they were honest & charged me $275 because some of the plumbing was already there. They could have just lied to me & charged me what I was originally told ($375), but they didn’t.

We had such a great experience with Robert. Our AC broke in the middle of the night, and we were scheduled for a 10am-2pm window for someone to come out to take a look. Robert called around 8:45am to ask if he could come earlier - YES of course! It's only the middle of summer. He was very professional, polite, courteous, and extremely descriptive about our service and all the company offers. We will definitely be working with this company again and asking for Robert! Thank you for taking care of the AC!

No day is ever good to have a plumbing issue, BUT this one was horrible. Flooded my whole downstairs bathroom. After dealing with my home warranty company and getting the run around I called Active Plumbing. I wasn't going to be home until after 6pm and the plumber Chris said it was no problem coming out late. He explained the issue and gave me several different options to resolve my issue. He stayed until almost 9pm making sure the job was complete. If you have plumbing issues, Active is the only call you need to make.
