I am extremely satisfied with Techcool Air conditioning and plumbing, I’ve had truly bad experiences with other plumbing companies; however, Hector in Techcool Air Conditioning and Plumbing was amazing! He was able to find the leak in my wall that three other plumbers failed to find. This issue has been on going for the past six months but thanks to Hector ‘s attention to detail this has been fixed. I called them because of all the good reviews. I'm glad to add my own. According to our previous AC guy, the compressor unit needed to be replaced. Haik took a thorough look at the whole system and found out that only the capacitor was bad. He replaced it, and the AC is now working... for 10% of the estimated cost we got from the other guy.. Will definitely use Haik again.

Well I don't know where to start my water heater burst damaged my drywall in the garage and seeped into the drywall in the bedroom. Behind the Walls soaked rug and it was a mess. I wasn't home I have a tenant in that house and the Tenant and Joe at LV restoration Plumbing got together and started repair processe. The Insurance company was difficult to deal with. I had to remind the claims adjuster that I am the client. After Joe and the tenant got together it was great to see that my tenant and Joe worked very well together. They done everything necessary to get the house back into condition it came out to be an A+ condition I am so so relieved. It took a little time my tenant was patient Joel set up a temporary hot water system for the tenants. It went so smooth after the tenant and Joe at Las Vegas restoration got together and coordinate everything that tension and stress levels drop to near zero. I need to mention Joe delt with my insurance company and that was good for me. I am considering changing insurance company. If you need work regarding water damage or Plumbing call Joe. Thanks Joe.

This company is great! They keep customers informed on whats going on. I had hired another company in March who never finished the job! I called 5 Star and they sent me Rueben who is amazing. The other company had removed parts from my a/c unit, well Rueben after about a few hours, found parts and after months of no air, Rueben and 5 Star had it fixed! I'd recommend this company to everyone.

Whoever the lady is that answers the phone. Loves to harass customers and call there phone multiple times in a row, after we hung up saying we would be choosing a different company. And then she proceeded to have the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been in customer service for a long time and calling someone’s phone back is so unprofessional and to use foul language as well. Absolutely disgusting. Management can give me a call if they want to.
