Billy from Eternal Plumbing did a great job of walking me through what he was accomplishing and what he was finding during our plumbing inspection. He also walked me through some potential projects that I saw having done in the future.

If you live in LV for long you know how tough it can be to find a good contractor so I have given enough time so I can evaluate as accurately as possible. Mastermind installed my new furnace, thermostat, changed air filters, performed A/C maintenance, replaced shower cartridge, over the last several months and Haik has always been responsive/ontime, and FAIR in pricing. Believe me, I got other estimates so I know. His work is excellent and I believe I can trust that he stands by the work. I was able to get financing via a 3rd party but through Mastermind for the furnace so that helped a lot. Being a local business really is a plus also.

Great service! Francisco was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He came out to do a consultation within a couple hours of calling and he was able to fix our issue quickly. Francisco explained what he was doing during the process which was nice to be able to understand needed to be done.

We had a pretty large flood, and this team came in and cleaned it up that night (at 11pm). They then dealt with insurance throughout the entire process. Joe and team are legit. Glad to be back in our completed house.

Home warranty called a few vendors to fix our water heater and this company was the first option. The lady answering phones had the worst customer service when calling to confirm an appointment. She started yelling at me to say I didn't have appointment. I honestly couldn't believe the attitude she had when asking questions about my appointment. I now have another vendor scheduled. Even though I'm sure their company is very professional this front desk lady made sure I never use them again.

This company has been the best AC company I’ve worked with!!! In my rental, I’ve had issues every summer and the warranty company sent out a random repair person. They would just throw a bandaid on it and call it a day. Patrick from Express Home Services took his time to diagnose the issue and has been back to continually check on the unit. This company cares and has backed it up continually. Please use them should you ever need AC services!!!

Excellent service they came and explained everything to us. Brandon and Fernando were great got us up and running today and made sure there were no leaks after they fixed our problem I am so happy Best is the company I would recommend to everyone.

Over priced Goodman’s being pushed on you by in my opinion the unprofessional manager.
This place used to be a work place of ethics per previous customer experience and values and now has taken a turn for the worst.
DONT BUY THE DAIKINS
You’ll have constant problems!
And that’s all they want to offer because they went cheap over quality in my opinion!
