I am extremely satisfied with Techcool Air conditioning and plumbing, I’ve had truly bad experiences with other plumbing companies; however, Hector in Techcool Air Conditioning and Plumbing was amazing! He was able to find the leak in my wall that three other plumbers failed to find. This issue has been on going for the past six months but thanks to Hector ‘s attention to detail this has been fixed. Had my first contractor completely flake out on me and abandon me after a slab leak flooded most of my house. Had the worst insurance company in the world. Seriously, if you have Western Mutual for your home insurance, switch immediately, I won't even get into that here because I will probably catch a slander case in the local courts if I do. As for Joe, he stepped in and helped me get the insurance company to pay more than they wanted. He had a awesome attorney I was able to consult, and in the end it all worked out. Maybe not as good as it should have if I had a real insurance company, but for the nightmare I was dealing with, the only good thing was LV Restoration and Joe personally helping me thru it. Ended up doing a full on remodeling from the floors to the ceiling. The work was excellent, and from everyone I talked to we got everything done in a record time. Of course it didn't seem that way, but I sit back and think about everything from plumbing, to electrical, to paint, to I don't think anything was untouched. Had a few problems, some big, some small, but they stand behind their work, and do whatever it takes to make it right. I have never done a full remodeling or delt with a flood ever before, and I don't wish it on anyone. LV Restoration is the company to use. He came in and fixed the nightmare that was left by the first contractor who disappeared after cutting holes in most of my walls and I now have a new house. Just finished everything less than a week ago, so I still haven't really had a chance to absorb everything that was done. But everyday now it gets better and better as I get used to a whole new house and get everything back to normal. I am working with Joe soon on a commercial project I have coming up, and I'm looking forward to knowing going in that the work will be to the highest standards. Don't hesitate to call for anything you need. Don't risk another unknown contractor.

They came to my house within 2 hours, assessed the problem and recommended replacement. They were able to secure financing within a few minutes. They sent someone to bring and set up a portable air conditioner to cool the house down until they could come the next morning and install my new AC system. They came back and were on time, friendly, fixed my problem quickly, and were nice to my pets. John worked with me on a good value for my service and cleaning my ducts.

For unfortunate reasons I am on a very first name basis with Chris and the Gang at Active Plumbing. I am so thankful that I found them. They are fast, professional, clean, and efficient. They are also very knowledgeable . I won't call another plumber in Las Vegas.

First of all they charge you a starting fee. Because of that you would expect their prices for parts to be, well, maybe not reasonable but at least not astronomical. But they do not just double the price, they add a zero also. They charged me $260 for a capacitor that costs $10. I actually bought the same capacitor for $10 incl shipping as a reminder to myself not to hire Alaskan again. Then they wanted about $800 to fix an air clogged water heater line, venting it is less than 10 minutes or labor. I will fix it myself instead, not because I enjoy having to be self sufficient, but because of the way the Las Vegas market currently is, you have to.
