Best Air Conditioning A C in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

TECHCOOL Air Conditioning is awesome. We had an issue with our A/C not cooling. We called our home warranty and they sent out a company that was unable to fix the problem. We requested another company and we were sent the best. Zack from TECHCOOL arrived was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Zack was able to find the problem and fix it.

Probably not the least expensive but they are timely and their employees that I worked with were amazing! Kudos to Franco, Carl and Brandon!! As the old saying goes...you get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny.

Francisco and Alex did a great job capping off two gas lines. They showed up in a company truck with company shirts, which might seem like a small thing, but it lends legitimacy to any company. They showed up when they said they would, brought all the right parts and did the job right the first time. I liked that they explained what they were doing as they went along. They worked fast and even re-lit the pilot light on my water heater for me after turning off the gas main. They were very personable and at the same time respectful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating, air, or plumbing services. Thanks for a job well done!

I found these guys on a cold call just for an estimate because my case was a semi emergency to most people. They came on a Sunday and in a timely manner which is rare in itself, but the technician, who introduced himself as Brian, very professional in his assessment and the price I felt was affordable but I needed a confirmation from my Realty Company, again on a Sunday and tomorrow being a holiday! I regretfully did not get a go ahead on the project but I must admit I was still enamored by the company and their representative! If I owned this home, I would have chosen them to do the work, but I thought this is the least I can do to show the appreciation of an exceptional company! I wish more people were as professional as Brian and LV Restorations! Two thumbs up 👍👍

I had what I thought was a small problem with my shower, but it turned out that practically everything had to be replaced. It took a couple of visits but it all turned out perfectly. Maria was very friendly with her customer service skills and seemed very concerned with my problem. Very pleasant to deal with. Chris, the tech, was very professional, knew exactly what to do and even showed me what he was doing. I would highly recommend 5Star for any service you need done and done right.

I was not happy with the sales person and it was not disclosed that I would have a fee for the quote. You should really advise people not to ask about someone's marital status or ask if there's another decision maker in the home.Questions should be worded differently.Are you the homeowner able to make decisions would have sufficed.After multiple quotes your company was almost 4-5x more expensive than the other licensed and bonded companies in town

We needed a plumber for our water heater leak asap. A friend recommended Boss to us, we're so glad we took their advice. Chris came out within hours and quickly diagnosed our trouble. We needed a new water heater. To our surprise, they have a program to get it changed out, one set price which includes an above average water heater. Chris was professional and efficient, very warm and personable. We appreciate the quick service and patience. I had lots of questions and they took the time to make me feel comfortable with all the details.

Mason stopped by to give me a quote. The quote seemed higher than I was expecting, however I am sure it was fair given the solution.

Ultimately I did not use their service as I require that the in-wall humidifier is connected to my Nest Learning Thermostat 3g and the Express team did not believe this was possible without voiding the warranty. They might be right, however my research indicates otherwise.

Mike was awesome. I needed last minute help with an emergency plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I will definitely recommend this company and will be asking for Mike as a tech again.

Had my yearly maintenance service done on my AC. It's had to find companies these days that don't have an agenda but I have to give a huge shout out to Marsel at Alaskan. Professional by all means but also personable, transparent and honest about what I needed to have done, which he took care of right away at an affordable price. Kudos to Alaskan for having one of the best technicians around.
