Needed a new water heater. Called Mastermind Mechanical. They came to install the next day. Haik was professional, and on time. He called to inform us he was on his way to the house. The water heater is a Rheem so it is a good quality. His estimate was very reasonable and Mastermind Mechanical had the best warranty out of the other estimates we received. I will refer Mastermind to my neighbor and friends.

David E. came to our home and was nothing but positivity from the get go, he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to give us some of the best service possible.

Googled plumbers for an urgent need and they had Brian call me right away (on a Saturday). Very professional, took time and fixed our kitchen sink problem promptly that same day. Extremely pleased with their service. Brain was exceptional, explained the situation thoroughly. Would recommend their service to anyone.

Christian Legaspi and trainee Zach did a very good job inspecting and cleaning our AC unit. They also checked our vents and insulation. They provided detailed explanations of preventive measures for cost savings, however, their recommendations seem a bit pricey which we would need to further review.

Chris and Alex came to my house and fixed my clogged drains in my sink and my bathtub & service was fast & friendly! They gave me very informative information on how to keep my drains clean & also on now to eliminate & completely remove the mold that may build up. If I were to ever get clogged again, I'd definitely give them a call! I definitely am going to refer my friends and family! Thanks Boss plumbing!

Misdiagnosed a toilet tank leak as a wax ring and charged $500 to replace the ring then wanted to change again to come fix the tank leak. Claimed it was a miraculous coincidence that the tank started leaking the day after they replaced the ring

Stone was great. Great easy professional experience. Very Knowledgeable and got the problem solved.

Alex V was very professional and made sure we understood the maintenance process and made us feel comfortable with his abilities to get the job done. He made suggestions for the summer so that we are a head of the season, such as getting our airducks cleaned as well as getting my 12 year old air compresser replaced. Alex V seem to really enjoy his job.

This company is contracted by AHS Home Warranty and my 1st problem is with the bad attitudes of the women who answer the phones and dispatch. The second issue is with the excessive and exorbitant amount of additional fees they charge for services either not rendered or already covered by the home warranty. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR HOME WARRANTY REPAIRS!
