Shaun came out to replace our outdoor spiggot and did a great job. He looked at and gave me quotes for other concerns as well. Our 4 year old liked him so that's good enough for me!

Zac came to my house to install a gas line for the new gas stove and water line for new fridge ice maker. He then was kind enough to look at a toilet and fixed that too. He always had a smile on his face and such a personable guy. What a great representative for his company.

Had a new furnace installed today. Gave our CC info to the tech; he read it back...had it written down perfectly! Get a text from our CC company...debit denied because of expired cards. The office must not have used the info the tech wrote down and used info they had on file from previous debits. Had to call them, and this is huge..because the A/C wasn't working! Guess it was not fully checked b/f he left to make sure all was in working order. Had to have a tech return. Waiting around sucks!!

I still haven't received a quote for my kitchen. Just wondering

I've had Joe out to do several projects, a complete HVAC installation, all new plumbing lines and a new stack for wastewater. He is timely, conscious of budget limitations, friendly, clean and willing to answer questions regarding my projects. I'm looking forward to having him back when it's time to add that bathroom I've been planning.

Main line back up that required going down to the crawl space to get this cleared. Mr. Plumber was able to fit me in their schedule last minute. Tony spent over an hour explaining/showing me what needed to be done. Jeremy worked for almost 3 hours in the cold and did a great job. Everyone at Mr. Plumber was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was reasonably priced. I will be using them again for all my future plumbing issues.
