Pat was very helpful and seems to have resolved the issues with a toilet and sump pump. He was very professional. As with most plumbers, the price was high.

Kevin has replaced parts in our water filtration systems, and answered a lot of questions we have about plumbing in our home. He's timely, professional, courteous and knows what he's doing. He doesn't do what's easy, but does the right thing. He is also one of few plumbers I know who understand water filtration and doesn't look at me like I'm crazy for wanting cleaner water. He gets a 5 star recommendation!

HE FARMS HIS WORK OUT. I DIDN'T GET A RECEIPT, NEVER GOT A SCHEDULE OF SERVICES AND SOME RANDOM GUY CAME TO DO THE DRAIN CLEANING AND DIDN'T COMPLETE HIS WORK. WHEN I CHALLENGED JOHN ON HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND PEOPLE HE IS USING UNDER HIS COMPANIES UMBRELLA! Ask to see his licenses and make sure you get a scope of work & bill of services if you dare.

I am surprised that this company remains in business. Their technicians love to schedule appointments with you directly, then perform a no call and no show. You rinse and repeat this cycle a few times before you get frustrated and call the main company office. This is where it becomes more interesting. The office manager will proceed to yell at you and claim that you are lying about what has happened so far. Note: This is all before you ever get to have a technician arrive and before you problem can be resolved.

It has taken five (5) days worth of runarounds, constant lies, being yelled at several times, and several days worth of time off from work with no technician and the flooding within the premise continuing. Save yourself countless hours - no days - worth of hassle and find a firm that actually cares and respects their customers and one that will be interested and timely in solving your issues.

After having several plumbers out to discuss our job, we decided to work with Mike / Bristol Plumbing.
After recently moving to the area from the east coast we were looking for a plumber who could help us with our ktichen remodel and install a new hot water heater but we were also looking for a plumber that we could call on in the future for other remodeling endeabvors or repears. Mike’s prefessional, knowledgeable, straight forward, honest approach was refreshing and was backed up by the quality of his work. We could not be happier with the work that was done and We will definitely be using Mike / Bristol Plumbing in the future... I can’t recomend them highly enough.

From the first phone call to ask questions and schedule service until the young man who came to clear my kitchen drain left everything was amazing.
In a bit of a panic with both kitchen sick clog and lots of standing water. Problem was not only solved but changes were made to make draining system more efficient. My husband was a master plumber for many years and he approved of and was impressed by the changes that were made which is a huge compliment from my perfect plumber husband. Service tech was so nice, efficient and cared about our issue. Oh, and as a bonus, very reasonable cost!

HP was great in installing our new air conditioner and following up after the final checks were interrupted by a major thunderstorm and power outage event. Really excellent work and we appreciate it!

Bill installed a dishwasher for us and during that time he noticed a plumbing leak and fixed it right up for us!! that way moving forward we would have NO issues with our new dishwasher or the Leak! Thank you Bill and Team!!

Went through the home and checked all plumbing gave fair estimates with great presentation as professionalism. Free of charge inspection with water sensor was nice. Will be in touch. Would recommend.
