I cannot believe that using a service was actually cheaper than doing it myself but it absolutely was. The technicians went way above and beyond to open a pipe that was essentially impossible for me to have accessed, and the total fee was still the same. I'm not even done with the service. They also scope the drain afterward for no extra charge, and even without that I'd have paid 3x as much for a plumber to come do the exact same thing. I can't thank them enough.

The experience using r-mech has been fantastic. Sales guys were extremely knowledgeable. He really informed us on options and were able to answer questions with confidence and a level of reassuring knowledge base. Brad and Leonard came (on a holiday no less) and worked the entire day until the job was complete. The overall impression you’ll receive from r-mech is a company that cares. These guys are passionate and take a very high level of pride in their work.

The technician was less than satisfactory. Was not professional! Had no uniform did NOT follow ANY COVID protocol as outlined on website! No gloves no mask and entered areas of my home not authorized (kitchen)! Did not fix only that was instructed. Did not provide estimate so I assumed charges would be minimal ($100)! Had the technician advised of his fee he would not have been awarded the job. Was here less than 30 minutes and wrote a receipt for over $300! I was so disturbed by the entire interaction that I immediately called the office to speak to the owner. Awaiting a response (it has been over 2 hrs)! At this point will NEVER use this company again!

Had a main line issue, called roto rooter and was able to get somebody same day, they examined and explained my problem, jetted my line and did a great job of explaining options. Big shout out to Jason for being professional and friendly in service and answering my questions.

Kyle was awesome and professional. He and the other plumber shadowing him were courteous and maintained social distancing standards with masks. I will definitely call them again if I need more work.

Our HOA used Vaughan to remove an unused 2 City water meter before we had our private streets repaved. Tommy Vaughan scheduled an appointment in just a few days, was prompt and delivered a bid where several other requests for bid didn't. His guys were efficient, courteous, and explained things well. Vaughan coordinated everything with the City Permits department and the Water Department. It was all wrapped up quickly, with minimal disruption to the surrounding grounds with the dig. Highly recommend them.
