Justin, the technician gave heads up when he was on the way.. and reached on time as communicated. He did his job with perfection and explaining each and every step while he is doing it about why he is doing it and how does it help to work the system efficiently.He gave some good learning points to change the settings and cleaning the outside system.I rate him as 5/5 and hire him for any future problems too.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... Jason went above and beyond to help resolve our plumbing issue. The initial call led to finding mold, but Jason continued to be available through the whole mitigation process- communicating promptly, even when not at work. At one point, he even came over to determine a parts list on his own time so he would be prepared to fix the original issue as soon as the all clear was given. My husband and I are so deeply grateful to Jason for his knowledge and skill set. Aside from all that, he was incredibly kind and personable!

Allan Schellenger (Tech. 1512) with Roto-rooter did a very nice job installing my new water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to fully explain what steps needed to be taken and why. He was courtesy and always took the time to answer any questions, never looking rushed or burdened. With his excellent service, I will definitely be using Roto-rooter again and asking for Allan directly!

Bruce came out and fixed my plumbing issue in a professional and courteous manner. He was honest and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
