Best Water Pressure Problems in Kansas City MO

I had a contractor working on a duplex rental. A a water leak was discovered that ran from the upstairs unit , through the 2nd floor, to the basement. I called John the Plumber. The owner arrived within 45 minutes & did a preliminary assessments & agreed to return the next day to fix the problem. He did just what he said. It was repaired. He was very professional & reasonably priced. Plus he wore a mask & maintained social distancing. I highly recommend them.

Where do I start. Last night I came home to the main drain in my basement backing up. I called one of the big box name companies and they came out right away. Unfortunately they were not able to clear it so I was told I needed to have them come out today with a camera. A more experienced supervisor arrived this morning and insisted I had a collapsed sewer line without doing anything. I was not ok with his assumptions so I insisted he use the camera. He said he tried and that it was with out a doubt collapsed. Estimate cost to fix it was $4,500-11,000. I was beside myself!!
Using my better judgment and after reading reviews and decided to call Wel-Don. They came out today as well and had the line cleared within minutes. No collapsed pipe, no BS, just honest, fast service. Oh and the final cost..... $90.00 smh. They have my business for life!

I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

Very highly recommended. Can't say enough good things about Mike and Bristol.

Chase was very professional - he explained what work he would be performing during the install (including bringing the gas connection to the unit up to code), left the work area spotless and walked me through the workings of the new water heater before leaving. Additionally he called before the appointment to confirm, arrived on time and completed the job within the time estimate provided.

These are the only plumbers I call. Always on time, clean, professional and priced right. Did a great job today quickly on two problematic leaks.

Would recommend! Royal Flush recently came out to bid a job for a new water line and make a different repair. Loren gave us a better solution for the new water line that didn’t involve a plumber. He saved us a lot of money and effort. I’ll be calling you all again next time. Thanks!

These guys are awesome. Everyone was so professional and so prompt to help us during our plumbing issues. We had overflow that caused sewage to get into our home via a basement toilet. It got in the carpet, the wall, and the garage. Richard with the excavation folks took the time to camera my outside pipe and show me in detail what had happened. He was also great at helping and explaining the process that eventually led us to get our outside pipe replaced by his crew (they were awesome, too!). Tony and his restoration team were super helpful in eliminating the sewage and cleaning up our carpet and walls, while explaining the next steps. It was a super stressful thing to happen but they all made it a much better experience. Thank you guys!

Taylor our repairman show up on time, knowledgeable, professional, quick and reliable and friendly on repairing our shower faucet which we had repaired by another company that wasn’t fixed correctly the first time and took a painful 3-1/2 hours.

Taylor knew what to do and repaired our shower faucet and took him a total time of 30 minutes top. We are so happy for his skillful repair work! The cost was small. We appreciate him and Above and Beyond for their great professional services. Will definitely call them again if we need and plumbing repairs.
