It’s hard to find contractors who are passionate about what they do. I’d guess it’s probably even harder to find a contractor who’s passionate about water heaters. That’s the only way I can describe KC Water Heater. Chase took my call on a Saturday evening during a Chiefs playoff game for a non-emergency service call, and we talked plumbing for nearly an hour. He’s competitively priced and he pays attention to the details that would otherwise be overlooked. I’d highly recommend using him for your water heater project and you can live with peace of mind that you aren’t getting ripped off or half-ass workmanship.

Anthony installed a new water heater for me within 24 hours of my initial call. Not only was he speedy, his pricing was fair and beat the other bids I recieved. Anthony was professional, thorough and honest!

John with Sewer Doctor's did an excellent job for my home inspection. He was friendly, professional, and answered all of my first time home buyer questions. Highly recommend!

Showed up at early end of time block. The basement was gross & backed up. Plumber was nice, wore a mask per my request, cut out the roots out of the sewer drain, then made sure the backlog was cleared and gave some advice for not immediately reclogging the drain before leaving.

Jacob was great to work with. Had to trench our yard and replace the main sewer line. Came in on budget and on time. Will definitely be my plumber of choice in the future.

Had an excellent first experience with Quality Plumbing. Dan G. was very professional and helped me schedule a plumbing job around my schedule, without having to prolong to a later date. Timing was important, as we had an outside faucet begin leaking and it was supposed to drop to freezing temperatures the next day.The technician they sent, Dillon, was personable, efficient, helpful, and did great work. He also provided helpful tips in maintenance.The biggest point I want to leave with was that Quality Plumbing did this job for LESS THAN HALF the price Bob Hamilton was trying to charge. For excellent service and work, not sure how you can beat that!

Rudy and Jairo did an excellent job installing my new air conditioner and heating system. They was on time, did an excellent job taking out the old and putting in the new. Answer all my questions and then some. Gave me full instructions and demonstrated on how to operate both systems. Clean up was excellent. Great customer service. You can definitely tell they know exactly what they are doing. Highly recommend these guys!!!

I was contacted by Mac Wilson Plumbing, after I posted my need for a water heater replacement. Donna; who was pleasure to work with, listened to me, and got me in touch Zach. We talked about what was going on with my existing water heater and determined that it was past its prime. Donna had told me that they installed Ruud Professional model heaters... not the type that is sold at the big box stores. I decided to go ahead, and was amazed when I was told that they could install it the very next day. Two plumbers showed up and finished the job in just a few hours. They were very conscientious and neat. Zach and everyone in this company are great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumber... Very honest and customer oriented. Pricing was good too, Zach told me that most companies charge extra for the expansion tank; which code requires, but he includes it in the price.

Highly recommended, we have been using At Your Service for the past 8 years at our business in Olathe KS. We have used them for any problem that we may have had from blocked urinals, toilets, resetting toilets, or sweating 2 inch copper lines that were leaking. Patrick and Alex have been able to help us out in a very timely manner and have been very professional. Dwayne #3453Old Raytown House we love, Dwayne showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He completed the requested order of a mainline preventative clean. He gently suggested having another floor drain cleaned and fixed a problem with our washer outflow to the mainline. He as well got the tech over to video our mainline so we can know what is going on underneath our house. Because of his attention to cost and detail we now can prepare for service in the future. His work was fast, to the point and solved our problem. I have used RR for 10 years now and never regret it. Thanks Dwayne and Todd.

This company does outstanding work. They will figure out the problem and explain what is happening, and if possible, show you with an in the drainline camera. And they are not trying to up lcharge you with things you do not need. #Favorite!
