Genesis was very polite and professional. He was patient and respectful with my mother when she kind of rambled and shared with him topic adjacent information, replying thank you for bringing that to my attention. He also shared with us that our water turn off switch was leaking and did his best to fix it. He also went above and beyond and cleaned up the leak and recommended that we put a bucket under the switch to catch the dripping water. We very much appreciated Genesis' helpful and courteous manner!

They are very kind and professional. each employee ive worked with has been very knowledgeable and they have even walked me through smaller tasks over the phone.
