Rude lady receptionist/secretary
My PM asked for an appointment after 1:30 pm and the lady who answers the phone said sure. She called to let the PM know someone was on the way and they would be there by 1:30 pm. The PM told her the person meeting the technician would not be there until after 1:30 as previously requested.
Her rude response? They can wait until 1:31.
Business will be taken elsewhere and we had a lot to possibly give them.

They fast and reliable

Very pleased with True Blue. They came out the same day we called, they were on time, and they fixed our clogged drain. Alex was very pleasant, polite, and he fixed our drain for a very reasonable price.

Doug Anderson from LBA came to replace a disposal at my office. He was very nice, courteous and professional. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive; just knew we would want a very basic disposal. He even checked in with me prior to leaving. Very nice gentleman.

Never got my estimate back after they came out to my house. Called to check why and they stated they would send it but I have not recieved my estimate after several weeks

Responded quickly when I called and headed over to clear drain even though they had just got done! They did a great job and didn't leave me a mess to clean up! Definitely will call again if needed!

I had the pleasure of having Curtis in my house today to help with some drainage issues in my washer. He was so kind, helpful, patient and knowledgable. I appreciated all the work he did, and the fact that he never tried to talk me into anything extra. He also tried to teach me a few things here and there to look out for in the future. If you ever want to request someone in the KCMO area, Curtis - 653 is your guy.

Both Chris and Jason walked me through what they saw, how it would be fixed and even gave some easy to do maintenance tips. Very friendly and professional. 100% happy with the service I was given.
