Best Tankless Water Heater System in Kansas City MO

Here are my notes I hope they are helpful.Gave me another resume to fill out, which asked for previous pay. They actually read the first resume and made references to it.Talked with Sparky and JJ, both are great sales men. I get a little under 1/5th in pay after parts, which leaves some with 6 figure paychecks. Every job is to leave 3 options for work worth doing at the site. Selling surge protectors seems to be a strong idea, will probably do that myself at a likely lower price when I go into business. (and install one in my house.) Maybe steal the pay idea as well but change it to affect company profits instead of price, if possible. (Would need a computer program for that.)Online showed both positive and negative reviews on pricing. Ambushed employee after interview and job seemed ok from that angle.Need to leave review about how pay is done. Based on reviews it sounds like it charges customers lot's due to pay system, but I never saw the pay book to be sure. As long as work done properly is by skilled people trying to do a good job then this is good.Mentioned that I report issues up chain of command eventually to city officials if issues persist, never really heard back from them after. But boy was it a fun interview, better than any HR I've ever talked to.Rating for customer view based on what little is known and negative reviews showing people without the electrical (or social) skill needed. To be specific -1 price, -1 price but not all skilled (based on other reviews) From the employee side this is possibly a 4 or maybe even rare 5 star job.

Chuck came over to fix some issues at our new house through our home warranty company yesterday. He went above and beyond making sure that everything was in working order... he even checked on things that I didn't think to look into. We called KC Water Heaters at about 7:30 PM Friday evening. Chase was quick to call us back. We discussed the pros and cons of repairing our 9 year old water heater. We decided to go with a new water heater. Chase scheduled our install for the following day (Saturday). He arrived on time - calling prior to arrival. He verified our old water heater did need to be replaced. He checked our home water pressure and began the process. He is polite, knowledgeable of his trade, and extremely efficient taking out the old water heater and installing the new one. His prices are fair and he will leave your home clean. Extremely impressed....we had major issues with another corporate brand trying to charge us roughly $700 to snake a line that was 100 ft....we told them no way, called Poor John's and will never call anyone else again besides them.
They were quick to reply, quick to do the job, professional, friendly and incredibly reasonable as far as pricing.

A nasty smell coming from our drains needed attention. Found True Blue from good reviews and gave them a call. The technician, Alex came out and was kind, professional, and really educated us on the problem, how to fix, and how to maintain. Alex shared the companies business model and how they work which was good to hear, they don't work off commission or anything like that, and really value the customer and the relationships they build. Will for sure use them again for any plumbing needs.

Did a great job of relocating a driveway drain that had collapsed. Very friendly staff and workers. Need some improvement on communications between supervisors and workers. Need some improvement on communications between site supervisor and billing staff. I would use them again.
