Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

I can’t say enough great things about Bluefrog plumbing and their Master Technician, Chris. Earlier this week, my HVAC stopped working, and just would not turn on. Within an hour of me calling, Chris was on site. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that it was an easy fix, he gave me a price on the spot, $298 including parts, and labor. I of course said yes please, and he immediately went and got an aftermarket part and installed it. The whole thing was finished within a half hour. I phoned LBA Thursday to schedule a service call as a result of as a 401 code alert on the thermostat. The lady scheduling said it would be Monday before the service advisor (RUSTY) whom we prefer would be available. I explained that I have cancer and was concerned about the heat. Rusty arrived our door step a short time later. Rusty is extremely honest, personable, methodical and extremely knowledgable regarding our two HVAC systems that include zoning. The repair was promptly diagnosed, repaired! GREAT JOB!

Was able to get out quickly and at a fair cost but was more detail oriented than other plumbers I've dealt with, covering the hole created from the repair. Things like that separate one company from another.
