I can't say enough good things about Midwest Water & Sewer! I was looking for a company that uses the pipe burst method to replace 90 feet of sewer line on my home, from the basement to the county main. My home is 97 years old with cast iron/clay tiles. Pat, the owner explained the process throughly, how many days it would take, the type of piping they use, and replacing the saddle on the county main line, was included. The price was great too!! Pat is very customer service oriented. He always answered the phone, and when I had to leave a voicemail, within minutes, he returned my call. The process took three days and at the end of each day, his crew made sure the workspace was clean of free of debris. At the end of the third day, Pat called the city inspector and they came out and gave their approval. If you are looking to replace a sewer line, look no further, chose Midwest Water & Sewer. You won't regret it!

I needed a plumber at my house on a Sunday morning. Mike at Bristol was happy to stop by first thing and not only did he fix what he came for, but was able to fix a few other plumbing pieces around the house. We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. By far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they very personable, but very honest and work with integrity. They worked tirelessly to fix a shower leak we had. I had a great experience with this company. I had a facet, P Trap, and shower head secured inside the wall. I didn't have time to shop for a facet. I thought it was awesome that they already had that supplies. They even showed it to me to make sure I would like it. Bradley and Chris did an amazing job. They came equipped and even came early. These guys were so cool. I highly recommend this company and these two professionals.

Keith was absolutely wonderful to have in our home to solve our problem. Our main sewer line had backed up while we were away and Keith was on the job in less than 1-1/2 hrs after our call to Roto-Rooter.Keith was relentless in opening the sewer line. He ran 100’ of cable….then he attached another 100’….then he pulled back the 200’ and attached every grease cable that he had on his truck and ran it all out again for 230’ of cable to clear the drain!Success!
