Best Sump Pump Maintenance in Kansas City MO

We use Anthony for all of our HVAC and plumbing (our new system was installed by a different company prior to our purchasing our house in 2020). I put in a work order request on Easter Sunday and a technician called at 740 Monday morning to confirm his arrival. Royle was knowledgeable and friendly and a joy to chat with first thing on a Monday! I have found everyone at Anthony to be reliable and fair-priced. I won't use anyone else!

Contacted Climate Control for a AC tune up. Ryan O'Dell was very professional and honest.We knew our 15 year old system was due for replacement but Ryan was respectful and appreciate how thorough and patient he was.Highly recommend Climate Control for cooling, heating and plumbing.

KB Complete came out to my neighbor's to fix a plumbing issue. She speaks English but has a very thick Japanese accent which can make her difficult to understand, is elderly, and lives alone. KB took advantage of her. They charged her three grand to put a piece of plastic around a broken pipe. The pipe a year later is broken yet again, but they said it is only warranted for one year. One year warranty for fixing a pipe that cost three thousand dollars. That is ridiculous, and when we called them back to say they did not treat her right they refused to do anything about. Claimed the work was good, it was out of warranty and that was that. They may be good for the people who can stand up for themselves, but I will never use someone who takes advantage of people when they know they can get away with it. Pathetic.

I had a contractor working on a duplex rental. A a water leak was discovered that ran from the upstairs unit , through the 2nd floor, to the basement. I called John the Plumber. The owner arrived within 45 minutes & did a preliminary assessments & agreed to return the next day to fix the problem. He did just what he said. It was repaired. He was very professional & reasonably priced. Plus he wore a mask & maintained social distancing. I highly recommend them.

We checked GT Distributors out this afternoon. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They offer a lot of holsters, backpacks and other gear.

After having several plumbers out to discuss our job, we decided to work with Mike / Bristol Plumbing.
After recently moving to the area from the east coast we were looking for a plumber who could help us with our ktichen remodel and install a new hot water heater but we were also looking for a plumber that we could call on in the future for other remodeling endeabvors or repears. Mike’s prefessional, knowledgeable, straight forward, honest approach was refreshing and was backed up by the quality of his work. We could not be happier with the work that was done and We will definitely be using Mike / Bristol Plumbing in the future... I can’t recomend them highly enough.

Keith came over on Tuesday to inspect our kitchen faucet, which was leaking. He was able to identify the problem right away, and was upfront about how he could look for a replacement part, get it shipped (which would take weeks (we verified this with reviews of Glacier Bay)), and installed, but that would be more expensive than just replacing it. He gave us a recommendation of brands (Moen or Delta), and we were able to get one for him to come back out on Thursday to install.

He installed the sink in ~30 minutes, and was clean and efficient. We were able to pay by card, and we were even given a discount because of a scheduling miscommunication on our part.

We will definitely be using KP Plumbing again when the need arises!

On 10/6 I had a clogged kitchen sink so I called the company that had done some extensive work for me last year. After the technician cleaned the drain, he then told me that I needed more work that would cost $3,500, but it only looked like a grease buildup to me. After he left, I then called The Plumbing Pro. So on 10/7 Scott came out and also cleaned the drain and said it was just a grease buildup. I thank him for his professionalism and his honesty! I will definitely call them again!!!!!

Glenn, the technician sent, did a great job. Evaluated the probable source of the drain blockage and ran the camera to confirm. Ran the snake all the way to the main. Said the line was in good condition given it's age. No extra cleaning of that line needed. Going to have him back to ck another line at the other end of the house. Great service.

Had a sewer line backup, they responded same day on the weekend, they cleared the backup and used slip ons over their shoes.

I have been using Quality Plumbing for years for plumbing services and have had nothing but great service. I recently had a HVAC system installed by them and again was very impressed. I would highly recommend using them.

Horrible experience!!!! Horrible customer service. My husband Valentino has had to go back and forth with them and to this day we still have a huge hole in our yard, that is a complete safety hazard. Do not go with this company unless you enjoy gambling.
