Best Sump Pump Maintenance in Kansas City MO

We called Anthony after the HVAC in our new house iced over on a hot day. The service tech claimed our system was basically empty and that we had a large leak and would likely need a full replacement. To their credit, they got someone from the sales team out the same day to do an assessment and make a recommendation for a replacement system. My wife was home during the initial service call, and I was home for the sales pitch later.After the assessment, the Anthony sales rep recommended a $14,000 complete system replacement. Given this was a large sum of money and the HVAC was only 5 years old, we opted to get a second opinion and contacted our home warranty provider. Their technician came out and pointed out that the system would be unable to freeze over if it was basically empty, - there has to be some freon in the system to freeze in the first place.After searching for a leak, the warranty tech was unable to find one and concluded the system had a slow leak somewhere. He suggested we could refill the system and see how long it lasted - that was well over a month ago, and our existing HVAC is working as expected despite the triple digit temperatures we are now experiencing. Our total out of pocket cost for the warranty call was $85 vs. the $14,000 quote we received from Anthony. Even if they have to refill the system annually, that's a long time before it becomes cost effective to get the replacement system.After discussing the entire experience with my wife, we concluded this was an easy cash grab attempt from new home owners and a woman who handled the initial service call alone.I'm very disappointed this entire contact with Anthony and will not be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for HVAC service in the future.

Two weeks ago Chris diagnosed the gas leak to my living room fireplace, described the needed repair, and gave a price quote.Today Chris returned to do the project. He had to be resourceful to get at the broken valve, cut pipes, create new connections. He explained the work to me and showed me the process as he went along.He could have run an entirely new gas supply line (and charged me accordingly), but he evaluated that the existing line is intact and worthy of continued service.Chris is knowledgeable, technical, thorough, neat and left me feeling confident with the work. He is good.Once again I am grateful for KB.

We had a sudden pipe leak in our daughter’s loft bathroom where the water was soaking through our kitchen ceiling. I contacted many companies and Connelly was the first to answer (without having to leave a vm). The woman who answered was very polite and assured us they would get someone out as soon as possible but may not be until the next day. However, not even ten minutes later they had rearranged their schedule due to our urgency. Kevin A. and his assistant showed up within the hour. I was so hesitant as my husband and I usually do all repairs on our home (this was one we did not want to tackle). They immediately assessed and explained both our options. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. Very honest and trustworthy. They pulled out the price book in front me, and explained everything in language I understood. Immediately I knew this would be the future company for all our future professional service needs in their specialities.

MIke at Bristol Plumbing is so responsive and does such great work. I have had them at my home to do work several times including a trip to my house in sub zero temperatures to check for frozen pipes. They have done a outstanding job from replacing fixtures in my bathroom to fixing leaks. I give them a 5 star rating and would recommend them to anyone!

Derrick was A-Mazing! Great experience super knowledgeable he did an exceptional job! We had a pipe burst and he fixed my shower and gave me tips to hopefully not have them freeze in the future.

Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy is the guy to call for all your plumbing needs. We received an arrival window. I received a call within that arrival window to confirm arrival. Service was friendly, interested in our needs, and fixed our problem on the spot. Staff is well equipped for all plumbing needs and will take good care of us!

Came over quick for an emergency unclog later at night. Was professional, and got it done for a very fair price. I would recommend him to others 👍🏻

We had a fitting break off a pipe causing us to shut the water off to the whole Serve & Lift Center KC Food Pantry. All other plumbers were quoting overtime responses or next day response. One call to The Plumbing Pro, and before I was even off the phone with the lovely call taker, we had a plumber in route!! After assessing and gather necessary parts, quoted a fair price, and had the work done quickly. We will definitely reach out again should the need arise!!

I have to change my review. They did a very good job replacing my sewer drain, but when they came back to smooth out the dirt in my yard, they broke part of my driveway and left without telling me. I understand mistakes happen, but I cannot recommend a company that will pack up and leave without notifying me that they have damaged my property.
Very disappointed.
