Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw. My experience with Jesse & his “helper” was very pleasant! Best service I’ve had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse’s knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience! He left my home only after ensuring everything was working properly & I was happy with the service! Thank you Jesse!

Gave them a call at 12:30 and by 12:34 called back and came to my house at 3 o'clock. Unclogged a basement drain. Friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Will use again when needed.

Great experience with this company. Started off rocky, as a backed up sewer line was not effectively dealt with and I felt the service man, while doing his best, was in over his head in this instance. I then was considering other plumbers. However after visiting with the owner, we came to an agreement where I trusted them to do the right thing. They sent Andy out for a new perspective and right away I recognized he was efficient and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved and I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly and charged what was very fair. I would no doubt hire them again and would make a stated preference for Andy!!

Called them in the morning for a leak we couldn’t find and they came a few hours later and fixed it! Huge relief to stop the damage the leak had already made and grateful for their quick response!

Jason Meyer (0131) was very straight forward about fixing current issue, but more importantly, how to prevent future issues. Walked me through a conversation about cost to patchwork the problem versus cost to truly fix it. Understood my situation and then recommended his professional opinion of the best direction to proceed. Would recommend him to anyone.

We've been using Plumbline for years. But on Christmas Eve when a waterfall came pouring from the oven vent in my kitchen ceiling... Dave arrived within 30 minutes and had 2 pipes repaired and our water running in time to make our Christmas Eve plans with family, and able to host Christmas morning brunch. (albeit a big hole in the ceiling haha) A Christmas miracle! Thank you!!!

I called Jerry last week for the first time for a sump pump repair/replacement. He was out quickly, answered my questions and installed a new one, fixing an issue with last installation. I was very pleased and knew if I had a plumbing issue again he would be my first call. Didn’t expect to have a pipe burst a few days later on Christmas night! We caught it quickly so just turned off water and texted Jerry. He came out first thing the next day and fixed it. Both times I was very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and price. Definitely my go to plumber now.
