I have to say that in the past I respected this company for what they were. I have used this company for plumbing heating clogs and other things. I have a HVAC issue that is human felt that now In the heat of the summer sometimes we have to look at people for their worth and not what their credit report says. But I found out the true value of my dedication and loyalty as my credit report was not up to what they wanted so I had to go to a substandard way of cooling my house. I will take my business elsewhere where I'm valued from me and not based on my credit reports

Seen the truck working on my neighbors home and decided to give them a call after my dishwasher got clogged and caused a leak under kitchen sink. This was right around the holidays and they came right over after working on the neighbors place. Very professional and got everything done in an hour or so. Just ended up calling them back to repair a running toilet. Same great service. Thanks a lot!

I have used Mission four times — twice for emergency-type situations and twice for maintenance. They have been great to work with. Most recently, Patrick Shelor came out to diagnose a pinhole leak on a pipe and then replaced it. Despite the unfortunate timing of it being a Saturday night on a holiday weekend, our problem was fixed within three hours of identifying it. Would recommend Mission!

Have leaks in plumbing they did, was sold a bad water heater, then charged for them to come fix it (It was not fixed) Had to retrieve my tools they were trying to steal, and they showed up hungover, very unprofessional and rude. Going to have to call new plumber to fix what they did.

First the quality for the work was terrible, the tech left all the screws out when he put the cooler back together. They charged me 2400.00 dollars to replace 2 cooling fans. I have no issue on the labor if the work was done correctly. The kicker is that they charged me 1200.00 dollars for 2 cooling fans that I found out today are 90 dollars each. That is like a 600% price increase. I needed help fixing my cooler and what I received was getting taken for a ride. I would not recommend CEI.
