I called Bristol as my 13 year old Noritz tankless hot water heater had developed a significant drip and had stopped working. Mike and his team were out the very next morning and confirmed that the unit was indeed “toast” and needed to be replaced. Mike and his crew showed up the next morning and began the removal and replacement with a new Noitz tankless. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and willingness to explain all the way through the process. He made some needed changes to the existing air intake and exhaust piping and took the time to explain why. They left the area clean and just like they found it. Needless to say my experience was awesome and I would highly recommend Bristol Plumbing.

The coldest day of the year so far found us waking up to a freezing cold house and the thermostat and furnace not working! I called AB May at 7 am to see what they could do for us. Ive used this company on many occations for various things. they are always on time to appointments. They are very kind and professional. each employee ive worked with has been very knowledgeable and they have even walked me through smaller tasks over the phone. They have always been willing to work with me and get out to emergencies in a very timely manner. the prices have always been fair for the work performed and they have never pushed me to do work that was not needed. i work for a water restoration company so I am constantly needing a plumber on stand by and bill fry and his crew have always been available for me.

Not only was he prompt/on time, which is super important to me as I work from home and was in between meetings, he was also able to diagnose the problem we were having with our toilet immediately. The repair was complete in under an hour AND he was super patient as I dealt with an unruly puppy throughout the repair process.
