The inspection was done in a timely, professional manner. My main drain was found to egress into a septic tank rather then to the city sewer system. Hydro Physics identified this issue which I then verified and remedied.

Have used Benjamin Franklin in the past and had to replace a dual hot water tank system gas fired. Big job that our technician Jewell handled by himself and did a great job, the same day as diagnosing the problem. Professional installation that is better than original install.
