The inspection was done in a timely, professional manner. My main drain was found to egress into a septic tank rather then to the city sewer system. Hydro Physics identified this issue which I then verified and remedied.

TERRIFIC! We did not have running water over the Labor Day holiday D/T a cracked housing unit on our water filtration system and had out of town guests D/T arrive by 3 PM that day. The first plumber I called on 9/6/2016 was Quality Plumbing. I spoke with Dan and within in 20 minutes of talking to him, he had arranged a plumber to be at our home. One hour later, Andy Patton was greeting us with a smile, ready to evaluate our problem. Quality Plumbing had the parts we needed and Andy had the work done within 20 minutes!!!! Andy was very courteous, professional and made sure we understood how the new unit worked before his departure.My Grandfather and Father have run their family plumbing business since 1925 in Maysville, Missouri. That being said, I know the value of quality workmanship and customer service. I will always support locally-owned companies and since Dad is too far away, Quality Plumbing, is now top on my list. I have already referred two people (Thanks for the cards, Andy). Keep up the good work guys.

Adam at R-Mech was very helpful and efficient in assessing our problem. Ultimately, we needed a new water heater and he worked directly with our home warranty company to work out the details. We were all set to go with a few hours. I would recommend this company based on my experience.

They did several little projects around our home, they were very quick in responding to my inquiry and were able to get to the projects 2 days early. The gentleman that came to do the work was very professional and courteous. We will have them back to do some other projects and look forward to dealing with them again.

We recently used Essary Plumbing for the plumbing in our home additions. Trevor and his crew were awesome to work with! They were knowledgeable, efficient, and did a great job. We priced several companies and they were very competitively priced and their work was top notch! We will definitely use them for all of our future plumbing needs! To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

Travis was punctual and extremely friendly and cordial. Didn't push any services but listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly with skill and experience. Truly thankful for a positive experience and most of all getting the problem dealt with right away. The communication from start to finish was also helpful - confirmation calls, calls the day of service to confirm arrival time, ease of payment, everything. Highly recommend!
