The inspection was done in a timely, professional manner. My main drain was found to egress into a septic tank rather then to the city sewer system. Hydro Physics identified this issue which I then verified and remedied.

We had an excellent experience with Hydrophysics when we got our sewer inspection. They were happy to let me watch and explained what was going on as it showed up on the camera. Their process is very innovative and the whole inspection took less than an hour. I highly recommend Hydrophysics if you decide to get an inspection on your sewer connections.

We used Hydro Physics to run a camera down the sewer line before we finished our basement. They were very responsive and helpful in answering questions both during the inspection and afterwards once they sent the report. I found hot water coming out of my back yard last week while my wife was doing the dishes and a friend recommended I have the pipes scoped, so I called Hydro Physics. John came out this morning and man was I impressed! Very friendly and knowledgeable, he walked around the house with me and patiently explained all of the issues and concerns that he saw. Drain tile, sewer lines, gutter downspouts and storm drains - I learned a ton. John definitely went well above and beyond what I called him for.

I had a minor backup issue in my main line and called Hydro Physics for help. They came out on a Sunday at no extra charge and did a scope of the main line. I got a copy of the inspection via DVD before the guy left and it was very reasonably priced (especially on a weekend). I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Before hydro physics treated my drain it would back up and had to be rooted out 2-3 times a year but not once in the 2 years since they began annual treatment. Wish I had know of it long before. It would have saved a lot of money.
