Ran the auger first then camera. unfortunately looks like we have bigger fish to fry, but he did what he could and we'll have to cross the bigger bridge when we get to it. other than that, I have used KB before for another service and that's why I went with them again. I was not impressed with this company or with Mike. He replaced one piece in the back of my toilet, a very inexpensive piece and did not have the part needed for the other toilet, charged 149.50 and left. He was here no longer than 30 minutes and my toilet still does not work right!!

Bill Fry and his plumbers are professional and great communicators. I needed a garbage disposal removed and a new large sink and faucet installed. Also needed a water line to my new fridge. A month into living at our house we discovered the grinder pump in our basement stopped working. We were really anxious after finding out that it wasn't covered under our home warranty. But Anthony and Scott at Quick Relief took care of us fast and at a cost much less than expected. We'll be calling them should we ever need plumbing services again and I recommend you do as well.

After getting the run around from several plumbers about the smell of sewer gas in my house, Steve and Adam came over to give me an estimate free of charge. They were one of the few people willing to brave my crawl space and were the only ones to discover the real problem, a rotten pipe from my kitchen sink. Adam spent quite a bit of time removing and repairing the pipe. He emerged covered head to toe in yuck. However, he did it with a smile on his face and for a very reasonable price. They also had addidtional recommendations for future repairs in my kitchen sink. They were incredibly friendly and gave me hope when I was sure that all was lost and I would be living with a stinky house forever. I even wrote them a thank you card (who does that?)! I highly recommend them!

All that I can say is Amazing! Punctual, does great work, and all around a great! Has helped me out of a pinch more than a dozen times. I once had my basement flood in a rental property of mine and John Sutter took care of the entire situation. He found the leak, replaced my pump and put it in a better location, and also found the right company to dry out the walls, replace the carpet and was just very helpful all around. It is very tough to find good help with emergency projects, but I trust John Sutter and anyone that he recommends!!!

I called up Pierpoint Plumbing, they came out to our house right away and fixed the leak. The best part is that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! I will be using them in the future.

Doug was very professional and explained to me exactly what he was installing and how it will provide better water service to our house. He also, pointed out issues with my hot water tank flue and provide me what needs to be done.

Our basement drain was backed up from roots in the line. I called Pat first thing in the morning and he was out the same morning. He was very friendly and great customer service. He drilled out the roots and unclogged the basement drain, double check to make sure the drain was clear. The pricing of the service is very reasonable. We will be using At Your Service for our next plumbing needs.

Skyler with Roto-Rooter came out to my house because I was having issues with two of my toilets and water pressure. He was very courteous and worked efficiently. I was surprised by how fast he was able to repair the problems. Roto-Rooter had a lot better price than Bob Hamilton who bid this job about a year ago. Bob Hamilton’s priced scared me away and I stalled the repair. Overall, very pleased.

Was able to get out quickly and at a fair cost but was more detail oriented than other plumbers I've dealt with, covering the hole created from the repair. Things like that separate one company from another.

Jerry has been our plumber for a couple of years now. He is very good at his trade and has gone above and beyond for us a couple of times. I first called him because of good reviews and am pleased to say they are all true. We recently had pipes burst. Jerry came, found the problem and helped us with things that weren't even his responsibility. Great work and an all-around great guy!
