Chuck arrived on time and replaced our outside faucet quickly. He also did it correctly and welded it (instead of screwing it in), which is something I wouldn't have been able to do myself.

He also spent about 30 minutes with me and answered all my other plumbing questions.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Found these guys after having razor rooter come out to look at my collapsed house trap. So glad I used them instead. Good price , good workers who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Being a contractor myself, i can appreciate the commitment it requires to meet weekly and daily deadlines. So, when I needed repairs beyond my experience, I called Mike at Bristol Plumbing. I've come to appreciate the benefits of his plumbing knowledge and strait talk. He's always punctual and has done bid work as well as offering a fair hourly rate. And his work is much safer and cleaner than other companies who, I've come to understand, have overcharged me for similar repairs. Trust me. Whether you want a new water heater/expansion tank replacement or a toilet valve, the work will be done to code specification at a fair rate, and in a timely manor. But, that's what professionals do.

It’s hard to find contractors who are passionate about what they do. I’d guess it’s probably even harder to find a contractor who’s passionate about water heaters. That’s the only way I can describe KC Water Heater. Chase took my call on a Saturday evening during a Chiefs playoff game for a non-emergency service call, and we talked plumbing for nearly an hour. He’s competitively priced and he pays attention to the details that would otherwise be overlooked. I’d highly recommend using him for your water heater project and you can live with peace of mind that you aren’t getting ripped off or half-ass workmanship.

The service was great! Arrived on time, found the problem (it was not easy--but he was determined to figure this out), tested and retested to make sure the problem was corrected, left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Would definitely recommend them!

Keith came over on Tuesday to inspect our kitchen faucet, which was leaking. He was able to identify the problem right away, and was upfront about how he could look for a replacement part, get it shipped (which would take weeks (we verified this with reviews of Glacier Bay)), and installed, but that would be more expensive than just replacing it. He gave us a recommendation of brands (Moen or Delta), and we were able to get one for him to come back out on Thursday to install.

He installed the sink in ~30 minutes, and was clean and efficient. We were able to pay by card, and we were even given a discount because of a scheduling miscommunication on our part.

We will definitely be using KP Plumbing again when the need arises!
