He was supposed to come and give me an estimate my faucet is dripping on the outside of my house. Got a call one hour before he was supposed to be here never even looked at my house, never came, instead gives me a price of $500 to $700 ......ridiculous

We were originally scheduled in a 9-11 am slot. The office called us to tell us that the technician originally scheduled had reported that he was sick. Shannon stated that the new tech would arrive between 12 & 2. I informed her it would need to be 12 because we had to take someone to the airport before 2. Mark arrived around 12:30 and promptly got on the job. We discussed that I needed to leave around 1:45. He stated that the job usually took 1 to 1.5 hours and that I was rushing him. I thought to myself, well you have an hour and 15 minutes. At 1:10, he bid us farewell and said everything looked good.he admitted he didn’t clean the ac unit as he normally does. I said, well, see you next week. He said, “ You WON’T see me! “ I hope we got a good assessment of our ac, or we are done with this company!

Tech - Phil - arrived and listened to me explain my problem - clogged kitchen drain. I showed him my drains and concern it might be a sewer issue. He deduced (correctly) it was merely a clogged lateral. He cleaned it and checked his work completely. My drain is clear. He did a good job. I would recommend him to anyone. Just wish LBA’s prices were a bit more reasonable. I’m a repeat, longtime customer, for a reason.

We had wood rot damage to several out buildings. We needed someone who could cut the old wood out, install new sections and paint. We also had to have the subflooring and plywood floor removed from a playhouse on the property and replaced with decking. They did a fantastic job. They were polite, timely, worked hard and completed the job well, and left the property neat and clean. We enjoyed working with them on our project.

I've had Joe out to do several projects, a complete HVAC installation, all new plumbing lines and a new stack for wastewater. He is timely, conscious of budget limitations, friendly, clean and willing to answer questions regarding my projects. I'm looking forward to having him back when it's time to add that bathroom I've been planning.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!
