I would give negative stars if I could. Air conditioner had to be repaired after less than a year to the tune of $700. Then they sold a $900 policy for repairs that apparently does not cover anything. Do not take your money here.

We've used Steve several times. He's prompt and courteous. His work is good. His prices are fair. He explains what your options are if there are any. Plus, he's a heck of a nice guy and you're supporting a locally owned small business! Highly recommend.

The Fry Team it’s not only reasonable but they are quick to respond always have a smile on their face and do a thorough job! They notice other things that might need to be addressed, and sometimes just fix it while they’re there at no additional cost or tell you things that need to be addressed at some point with no pressure sales. The plumber that came (Terry) was very professional, respectful and went above and beyond my expectations.

They scoped out my line and tbey both were informative and friendly.

They pulled out toilet to fix the drain. They splattered my walls with sewage, tore up a piece of molding and spread the wax ring all over my floor and carpet. They also scraped he rest of the wax ring from their boots or something on the brick planter in my backyard. I learned that when I sat down on it. They did take money off my bill but my house was just remodeled and the damage and 2 hours we spent cleaning up after them was ridiculous. The owner told us that Mr. clean would remove the stains but it didn't. The bathroom will have to be repainted and a piece of trim replaced. It will cost more than they took off of the bill.

Woke up to realize our furnace had stopped working overnight. Not ideal for early January and 3 small children in our house. By the end of the afternoon, Quality Mechanical had someone there to fix the issue. Super easy to get in touch with someone and they got to our house the same day!

I was struggling to find service for a semi-emergency situation. I yelped quality insurance and got a quote, a plumber scheduled, and a time frame all within 10 minutes. Very effecient. Dillon showed up and communicated everything he was doing. He got my house back up and running very quickly. I’m very grateful I called and will be using them again for sure.Edit: I had a second backup a few days later. Dillon responded to my message at 6 am and said he would work with dispatch to make sure it was his job to come back out and fix my plumbing. Both the owner and Dillon were both super cordial and responsive to my needs to have a plumber back out. Dillon showed up and went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing is operating correctly. I can’t even say how thrilled I was to come home to a bathroom and shower that WORKS! The customer service from Quality Plumbing is amazing. The attention to detail and knowledge rivals it. I've been literally been cleaning up after a french drain service for 3 weeks because I didn't let them bully me into a $23,000 sewer line replacement and had to insist they aug my main sewer line to clear a branch line that was connected to a different floor drain. They tried to tell me this drain wasn't connected to anything when in fact they probably broke it AFTER they pushed all the mud down from the exterior drain into it- it is absolutely connected to my sump pump and my basement is a complete mess. Not to mention I also barely survived their AC tune up in record heat which froze my coil. No need to contact me, this company needs to re-assess their business practices pronto. Complete circus and my main contact didn't even show up or respond to my request for estimate of work. #hotmess

Mac is the best! Came over here last time, fixed shower leaking into basement ceiling with tightening the seal. Charged us nothing and gave advice as to who to call to fix backup in basement drain with a long enough auger.

So I called on them again when my toilet needed the wax ring replaced. They are fast, courteous and professional. Would recommend to my best friends.
