I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. JOHN AND HIS CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANY PLUMBING NEEDS I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW.

Mike was great. he arrived early took care of our issue without even needing any parts.

The company name really does say it all - both times I called on them, they arrived QUICKly - less than 24 hours after request - and exactly at the appointment time. Once on site, they worked quickly and efficiently - no messing around, just work!

I was having water back up into my bathroom and my landlord had them come over. They were here for 20-30 minutes and then they just kind of left. I'm not having the problem anymore so I guess that means they fixed it, but just a confirmation would have been nice. I didn't know if they left and they had planned to come back or what. A 'We fixed it, have a nice day' would've been awesome.

Pierpoint replaced an old water heater that was thought to be the main culprit of a water leak. They were very timely in getting this service done and the communication was great throughout.

I used Steve for a number of years for work on my 1949 house in Prairie Village. He was recommended to me by a good friend who had also used his services.

We were converting an unfinished attic room into a baby nursery, and Steve completely re-routed and repositioned a huge pipe that was running vertically right through the location where we wanted the nursery. We couldn't have been happier with Steve and his work. He is prompt, extremely skilled, friendly, and reasonably priced. What more could you want in a Master Plumber? I give Steve my highest recommendation.

Kyle is kind, professional, fair-priced, and efficient. He's serviced our home twice.

First was for a drain line snake. Previous owners apparently washed their dog in the shower. Fun stuff.

The second was a new water heater installation. I failed to communicate some specs on our unit, which required a different model to be purchased to facilitate installation.

He reacted and responded incredibly quickly and was able to order the new model and install the very next day.
