Best Jetting Service in Kansas City MO

I Have an older house that was built about 85 yrs ago, John and his service team together assessed what needed to be done to complete drain pipes for roughing upstairs bathroom. They did a great job and would used their services again as well as recommend to others.

They replaced the garbage disposal in about an hour on the same day that I called. They left no mess behind and they were very efficient. It’s so nice to have found a great plumbing company!

Jason was very friendly and personable. The work he was going to need to do was explained well and he also explained what the likelihood of the issue being one thing or another once he got in to fix the problem so I was aware of the difference in price to repair the drain.I would definitely have Jason from Roto Rooter back for any future repairs if given the opportunity.

We had a backup in lower level tub, as well as gurgling toilet, along with the basement floor drain backing up...based on googling, I feared the worst. I called Plumbline, as they came referred from a friend. They came out the same day and diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes; it was just a toilet paper clog. It would have been very easy for them to have said it was something more serious, and I know there are companies that do things like this. But Plumbline did only what the job required and Dave was very pleasant to work with. We used a more 'publicized' company right when we moved here, because we didn't know better, to swap out some faucets and toilets...come to find out, they charged double what Plumbline charges for the same work. I strongly recommend you use Plumbline for your plumbing needs.

I was at the legends today with my daughter. I was appalled to see a CEI truck in a handicapped spot. When I called, the lady said maybe they were unloading a heavy piece of equipment. She also said they get permission to park there. It was truck #151. No matter what, it’s ILLEGAL to park in a handicapped spot without a placard.
