Best Install New Fixtures in Kansas City MO

I'm giving this company a rating of 5-stars because the handyman that was sent out was absolutely phenomenal. Adam assessed the situation and completed our job in an hour flat, which was not an easy task. He had to set up scaffolding to install a light fixture on a 20ft+ ceiling. And he did a great, quick job. We will 100% use this company again and be asking for Adam. NOW the 1 drawback to hiring this company is that you have to schedule on the phone and it is a bad experience. The guy on the phone felt he needed to give me a 15 minute sales pitch and tell me I was wrong about the height of the ceiling (yes, I do know how high my ceiling is and yes, it's a good thing the handyman brought scaffolding). It's really like the guy wasn't listening at all, not great service. BUT Adam was phenomenal and I'm glad we stuck it out because the handyman service was actually worth it.

He drilled a new service line for me, did a great job and gave me a lifetime warranty.

I had a problem. Hot water heater that wasn't working. The guy from Devoted Plumbing knew exactly what was wrong. Repaired it without suggesting an expensive replacement. He explained a toilet question I had, and was awesome with my dog. If you ask he even has some interesting plumbing storiesl. I wouldn't call anyone else. He's trustworthy, and that means something to me.

Mac Wilson Plumbing replaced my sewer line. They had to delay their work by a couple of days because of weather, but kept me updated and rescheduled the job quickly. They were able to do the work in one day while my husband and I were working so there was no inconvenience to us. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for another job in the future.

Great service. I love how they send you text to keep you updated on when and how far the technician is from your home. The price was extremely reasonable and they came out on Sunday evening emergency with no extra fee. They repaired the rest of the job in the next few days and we were very satisfied. They are extremely knowledgeable and will give you options on the most cost effective way to repair or a new install.
